Great friendly service

No longer have a complaint. Although hold time was long. Service was excellent. Lady I talked to on the phone needs a raise. I think I have another sentry safe at home that Ive lost the combination to. Ill try the Internet service first next time because its probably a little faster. Thank you.

Lost combination

Cant contact company by phone and company will not call me back. We bought this safe over 25 years ago. Its dry and in our garage. It is empty but we have some old pictures & papers we could put in it now. We talked to a Locksmith and they said they would charge us $189 to come open it but to call Sentry and they would probably give us the combination. Where is my Safe?

I ordered to Safe online from Sentry. When I was trying to pay, the information kept defaulting to my sons address. I live in North Carolina and he lives in New York. I would change it to my address and save it, but then it would default again. after I clicked on submit , it had defaulted again to Being shipped to my son. And so it begins. I have called Sentry Safe seven times and keep being assured that the problem is fixed. However, the safe ended up in New York City. Once again, they promised to send FedEx to pick it up and send it to NC. when my son printed the label, it had the safe going from me to him, which meant it would stay in New York City , I still dont have a safe! My son has to deal with 165 pound package sitting in the lobby of his fourth floor walk up. I dont feel like I will ever get this resolved. They have my money and thats all thats important to them .

Didn't receive purchase

Paid for combination for safe. Was supposed to be emailed in 5 minutes and survey and shopping email arrived in 5 minutes but haven't gotten combo. They said they would mail it to me snail mail. Is this a scam???

Model 1160 safe, s/n H3065****

I bought the safe to store jewelry, watches, and important papers to protect items from petty theft in our apartment. I was very disappointed to learn that moisture laden insulation make it useless for that purpose. Any ideas, or do I have to junk it?

Youre closed, so I cant get any help. Technical people should always be available to help. Lost code, cant close safe

New safe, no paperwork

They were able to provide me with the combination and owners manual, and I am most satisfied. It took 8 to 10 minutes for her system to upload my information, my agent or through my issues, wonderfully with no complaints.

Worst customer service EVER!!!

I called their customer service number twice, was on hold both times with no answer over 10 minutes each time. So I go online. She wants me to connect with an expert. They want my credit card number and for me to pay a dollar, that will be refundable... bull!!! You don't need my credit card number for me to talk to somebody!

Your lousy I can’t get a call to the company to use the new safe I bought

Same as above. I tried to call you and I never got in touch with you, only adds and questions. You have done nothing to help with my problem. It seems that your help is fake and it seems that youre just using it like someone who would play a recording to put someone hold and no one ever answers I think its stupid to require 100 symbols. Again youre waisting my time for no good cause

Can't open my safe

IT IS AMAZON

AMAZON WILL NOT RETURN OUR BRAND NEW SAFE BECAUSE IT IS PAST THE DAYS. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT AND WE THOUGHT WE WERE DOING THE RIGHT THING BY NOT OPENING THE PACKAGE UNTIL WE MOVED WHICH WAS LAST WEEKEND AND WHEN WE OPENED THE BOX THE SAFE WAS DAMAGED WITH 2 HANDS IN THE BOX. SO WE JUST WANT A REPLACEMENT. MAYBE EVEN A NEW DOOR IF THAT WOULD WORK . MAYBE SOMEONE HERE IN MARSHALLTOWN IOWA COULD PUT ON THE NEW DOOR. BECAUSE THE WAY THE SAFE IS NOW IT IS JUNK !!! I CAN SEND PICTURES ON MY PHONE.

Battery dead on my safe and can't find a video of how to change it

First operator not so good. Second operator excellent. She offered to send a whole manual by email. That was very helpful and I received two keys within one day so I could get my passport out of the safe.

I didnt get to help pops out because of the ridiculous red tape that was asked. I know I will never own a sentry safe.

My safe is missing the top of the place you place the batteries

No one answer the phone, my safe did not have the plastic top where you place the batteries. S# x075000****1951M, Key # X051
