The machines are jammed , you cant win ! When you get the bonus you win Pennies ! I didnt win in the bonus more than my original bet ! The machines can all be set to lose ! Its dirty , when you playing a group of machines , you intentionally clog or break the machines to lessen your chances ! Today really took the cake at this crooked casino. They gave me $170 in freeplay which is obviously marked not to pay out anything. I got down to 80 cents, left my card in, turned the chair around and told person next to me I'd be right back I had to get more money. When I came back this old man had taken my card out, turned the chair around and stole my .80 cents. I contacted a CSR and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Really... don't they have cameras all over??? They don't give a damn about there long time customers. I've lost close to $100,000 in less than a year and they could care less. I am done. There are NO bonuses and mainly dead spins. The only ones that win anything are there selected ones. Funny how you can dump $200 at a $1 a spin and not get one bonus. Next person sits down and 1st spin at .25 cents wins $76.74. Has happened more than once. Shame on this casino and uncaring staff. When they know they've drained you to your last cent, there done with you.

Gamblers be aware...Rigged and dishonest.
Stupid me, have been going there for years. Each year gets progressively worse. They are beyond greedy. Each time I go, I lose $1,000+. You never win and if you do, it less than your bet. Bonuses are rare and hard to come by. Majority of times they are under $10 or zero bonus. Even if you play high same outcome, money just goes faster. They don't count your comp dollars correctly, either. Bounce back play isn't tracked right, either. Sunk over $1,000 cash, and they claimed I only put in $367. I had proof of all the ATM tickets and went home broke. Very dishonest casino. If they think you have money, they'll take you for every cent you have. Can't go back anymore, it's not even fun anymore to consistently lose. Shame on this casino and the way they literally rob you.

Bad experience every time
Won the Florida lottery in 2011, so friends said "You're so lucky you should try the casino". What a mistake coming to this one, the worst cheaters of any casino, hands down. Gave away half million dollars to this dump of a place that has really bad food, blasts awful music all night, smoke inundated rooms, uncaring staff should have given the money to charity. Machines are so fraudulently tight even when in rare chance you get a bonus scatter guaranteed you will always get the lowest payout after dumping in thousands before it finally hits. ZERO entertainment value, offensively abusive cheating. One time I did actually hit the Big payout line, they told me a technician needed to open the machine and verify the line. I was told it was a "Malfunction" even though the the yellow lights were lit up and the ,machine sounded a musical carnival sound..refused to pay me what a scam. Complained to the gambling commission never heard from anyone, a joke. Finally, they abuse you further make you walk across the entire smokey place to the cashier, why isn't there one on the other side of the building on the way to the elevators...dangerous as it increases risk of being followed/robbed. If you are a visitor or not "X" card they won't let you use the cashier in the high roller room..insulting. Guess what? You are paying $175 PER food dollar exchange credit on your player's card, so getting a hamburger in their restaurant by trading those credits costs you nearly 2 grand! Verify that with them its true, what a joke. Prefer to give my money away elsewhere, good riddance DON'T GO TO THIS DUMP!

I went there in the with the new social distancing. Casinos are not designed for this. No machines to play no interaction with others that is what a casino atmosphere is designed for. The machines are tighter than violin strings pay nothing. Everything is a hassle - lines for cashier window. Save your money it is a waste of time.

Very upset,unsatisfied and disappointed with my recent visit to this casino. I have been going to this casino for more then a year with my boyfriend who is from another state. He has gone to this casino and has paid with a very decent about of money we’re talking about 5K plus. We went to the casino my boyfriend bought in at least 7K the Pit Boss came to him and told him his I.D was expired and the next time he comes he wants him to bring his new I.D so they can scan the I.D and update the details no problem we spent more then 12 hrs playing at the table and when it came to cash out they told him they could not cash him out because his I.D was expired. Now my issue is when you work with a bunch of people in different “departments” you should at least be aware of some of the procedures they take as you guys work in one casino. When it came to cashing out it became this huge ordeal that his I.D expired 2 weeks ago now when we walked into the Casino 2 security guards stopped us for I.D we provided them the I.D with his being expired. We walked to the restroom and when we came out 2 different security guards stopped us again for I.D so his EXPIRED I.D has been seen by 4 different eyes no one said anything. The pit boss didn’t say anything he didn’t say hey your I.D is expired it may be an issue at cash out maybe you should go home. Nope they let him buy in his money and they let him play for more then 12 hrs. Now I’m completely frustrated as to why they let us sit there and play for more then 12 hrs and didn’t mention a word but when we asked them why they let us buy in for chips their response was we have no idea what they do over there. We have spoked to Supervisors and supervisors or supervisors at the cage they said they were not going to cash him out (although he has very good history at this casino) the manager of the casino even knows my boyfriend he has came and greeted him one time he bought in with 20K. So we explained to them yes his I.D expired 2 weeks ago but it’s impossible for him to go get an I.D to cash these chips from the state that he’s from as they don’t just provide a new I.D on the spot. We had a bunch of security surrounding us. The manager of security said he should’ve never been let in the casino with expired I.D which goes to show this was overlooked by the staff of the casino. Long story short we had to walk out this casino with more then 5K in chips. Once he does get a replacement in a few weeks he will be back to cash these chips and I will ensure that he never returns to a Seminole casino anywhere. I also have video of this entire issue. Very distasteful regardless of procedures they have to take it’s very obvious there was several mistakes from every role in the casino. Never again!

I have spent thousands on slot machines that donot ever hit or give back any money no bonus aweful they just take and take and take complete fixed and fraud I am not going there any more My advise to anyone thinking they will win Never will this happen there never disgusting I do t know how they go to sleep at night I don’t it’s unforgivable what they do to there customers ... Was cheated at black jack table
was playing live blackjack, and was on third hand $50 min. placed bet and also $100. on match and hit the match both had aces. then the pit boss came over and explained the limit on match (without players card ) is $50. this was the third hand and after the win.. they refused to pay even though the dealer never explained rule or pulled back the bet prior to dealing hand. they legally and morally should pay. this rule isnt listed anywhere in site. i was robbed, and want to file complaint and let everyone know, i will never go back.

Happened sunday night @***.that *** being allowed to bully people by seminole is amazing.i play there 5x a wk.i play slots and walk around and order coffees from waitress' and give them $5 tips to help them cause im nice and cool.then talk to other workers who are my friends and then play again.baldie for the second time in 2 wks comes at me intimidating me with 2 other security guards telling me i gotta leave .that no life said trashed him for being a no gd guy to others and im correct as workers hate him as he misuses power ,he also said waitress' *** bout me.i take care of them.im a gd guy.patrick is a hater.he told me have a plan next time im there or he wik start a paper trail.i told him i can get a personal lawsuit against him.he lauighs.disrespectful dumbass.casino ought to transfer him /investigate patrick. i told him i could talk to social media.the otier security staff there are no issues.he said its not a hangout.hangout?i play socialize and play again. smh
