Solid Service but needs improvements

I thought this was a overall decent service ,I ended up getting exactly what I needed which was some feedback for my amazon seller account since my odr was taking a really bad hit. The only issue I had was the directions of how to list the product and how to setup the promotional code .They can really use some better dirrections for that part.I ended up teamviewing with one of the staff members on their livechat who helped me manually then afterwards it was a pretty smooth process from there. Solid Service but needs improvements. Service can use some improvements but they got the job done !

Scammers

Jermaine and pablo are the biggest *** they scammed me they have my $750 for an pro account and never delivered that and not even responding my messages almost 3 months passed...mothrfckrs they will pay for this....

Need faster response

Sellerinsure was slow at responding ,they did deliver the service which was a plus because I really needed a new account with all the verifications.I been using the account for a month,so far its fine. But they need to work on their speed of response otherwise they could of gotten a much better score from me,because I am impressed with the result. But they seemed to ignore me on a few emails during the process which lead me to think they would try to scam me.In the end I am just happy they did their job hired for.I got the account and feedback as promised and they apologized about the delays.I will most likely buy again but on the terms they provide a better source of contact.

Took Money 8 weeks ago. Still nothing and no response.

Andreij and Jermaine said they would help set up a new account for me. They asked for payment via Zelle and so we paid in full for the basic package. After 3 weeks I contacted their customer support (Andreij, because there really is no customer support) and he repeatedly told me to just contact their projects department via email. About 30 days later, I demanded from Andreij via chat that they finally start on my account, which they finally did... and then stopped. 4 more weeks later I have not been able to reach anyone and Andreij keeps ending our chat when I ask for a status update. Bottom line: Trey King, Jermaine Bailey and their fake support, Andreij have duped me into paying them for a fraudulent service. Save yourself the money and don't use them for any support. Should they finally work on my account I will be happy to update my review with the results.

BEWARE using this online service, they took over a month to deliver the store when they advertise 3-5 days, the first store was shut down because they didnt do the job correctly. They refuse to change the bank account they entered so i had to go through great lengths through Amazon. I Didnt even get the 5 feedbacks that were advertised to come with the store. Worst customer service ever. chat does nothing. Jermaine didnt answer emails for weeks. Worst business ever! DO NOT USE!!!! they are scammers! They will ignore you, treat you bad and if you comlain the threaten to shut down the store they set up.

These people are scammers. Do not trust their service

Let me start off by saying these scammers start off saying good things about their service just to get you to pay for it. I was told a newly fresh Amazon account will be delivered in 5-7 days. On the 6th day I was worried and contacted customer service and chatted with Andrei which he told me an email was sent to me. I went through my inbox and found nothing. I then went in the trash and saw their email and quickly added them as a contact so just in case they send me an email it will pop up in my inbox. Sadly, the second email and all the emails I got from Sellerinsure keeps going straight in the trash so I know Google doesn't recognise/trust their server and I know what I'm saying because Google knows if the email is coming from a trusted server or not. They explained to me and apologized for the delay because they were suppose to submit some papers to Amazon which I knew it was a liar but I still played cool. They ended creating an Amazon account under someone named Omar ____ from Mississippi and I'm trying to figure out if they know the guy named Omar or they just took his information and created an Amazon account just to make money off it. (And I will surely get in contact with Omar because I have his address and will do some research on it to get his contact number). Amazon then sent an email saying the account has been restricted and its under review and they would need proof such an identification card or passport and proof of address of the account owner which is Omar and I know sellerinsure will and can never get this info unless they knew Omar and why I'm saying this is because, Sellerinsure is located in California and Omar is located in Mississippi so there is a great possibility that this is a total scam. Amazon gave Sellerinsure 9 days to provide the documents or the account will be closed which they never did and woke up this morning, opened the fake email Sellerinsure created and the Amazon account got closed. I sent an email so the guy named Jermaine and never got a reply. I created two different account under different names and asked Sellerinsure about their service and told them i was skeptical about the reviews I saw online and all they said was, their competitors left the negative review just to tarnish their image and brand. Sellerinsure does not even have a phone number to call them and I paid for the service on May 18th,2017 and today is June 26th,2017. To anyone reading this review, I would tell you do not trust this people and this is my number 718-504-**** if you want proof of my chats with Andrei, emails from Jermaine from Sellerinsure and email received from Amazon about the account closure so you will know this is true. Lastly I will send a multiple screenshot to 'TRUSTPILOT' customer service just in case Sellerinsure wants to appeal this review and hopefully they will be denied and I'm reporting Sellerinsure's website to top Government agencies like Federal Bureau of Investigation, Internet Crime Complaint, EConsumer Government, and Department of Justice and possibly Amazon (with a lot of proofs) since I know I will never be allowed to open an Amazon account under my name so why not let Amazon know about this fradulent thing going on. Please do not let these people take your money and leave you in the dark and the only way to edit or delete this review is if I get my whole refund back plus the $34.99 Amazon charged. Thank you

Totally Scam

I purchased an Amazon account on Feb and after a month. I still didn't receive my account. I contacted them but none of them can give me an update about the order. Do I need to wait a little bit longer ? or there are problems with the order ? No one can give me an answer. They just flame me for no able to reply their email while I sent them an email since day 1. It took them 2 weeks to reply me and now they complaint that I didn't reply their email (which they didn't send me at all) which caused the delay ? I have no idea why this company can survive but they are totally scam.

Ripped me off

these guys claimed they could get me on to amazon ,think again basically they charge you for a service that you have to setup yourself and can do yourself without them, they charged me for a service that would only allow me to make 6 k then amazon want your details which i could not provide i am now banned nad seller insure have my money they are *** men then they told me they could get me back on they were waiting for fake passports seriously i want no part of that so i reported them instead to fbi and amazon. they ignored me for weeks then when i finally blew my top they answered threatening me to send someone to come see me if i kicked up a stink lol bring it on thats what i say the idiots.

Basic Appeal ,But it worked Haha!

My account was suspended by Amazon because I was getting too many return requests. They accused me of selling replicas even though that is such BS. It was because I did not verify the distributer. I wanted to get back to selling on Amazon so I appealed to them but in vain. They were not clear about their appeal instructions. I started searching the internet and found sellerinsure . I read about their appeal services and decided to give it a try.I was concerned at first because their appeal prices are much cheaper than other sites so I assumed it would be of less quality, but dont judge a book by its cover. I contacted them and was greeted warmly by a representative Pablo. He told me that Amazon is only looking for certain information to pass the appeal and not a college essay. They offered to write the appeal for me and give me a new seller account. The appeal they wrote was so basic but it worked. It makes me feel *** that I wrote a 2 page essay and was declined, and they wrote a simple formatted appeal and I was instantly reinstated.Cant knock their hustle ,they absolutely know what their doing.

New amazon account in 48 hours!

Jermaine got me up and selling within 48 hours. He gave me direct access to his personal cell number and we started working on a new seller account asap. Yes, that’s how fast the service is. So four months back my Amazon account is suspended. Why? Amazon gives me no proper reason for suddenly suspending my account, they just said I didn’t pass some review which they never mentioned was being conducted. I contact Amazon but i get no proper reply from useless seller support as to why my account is suspended. So I get in touch with the Sellerinsure fellows and they get the job done within 48 hours. I have a new account with 35 feedback now and I can sell again. They told me that I can operate multiple accounts at the same time and my accounts won’t link to each other,so eventually I will stock up. That’s all I need. These guys are doing an amazing job!

I would recommend to a friend

I purchased services from SellerInsure a few weeks ago. At first I wasn’t sure about the price, but I decided to give it a shot after hearing some positive reviews from a friend. I had been suspended before, and each time that I tried to sell on Amazon again, they would close the account and suspend me. I decided I had enough, got an Amazon account. The process was fairly straightforward, I got assigned to a technical agent, who went over my order details and got a few software programs setup on my computer. After that, he showed me how to access the new amazon account, and helped me setup the payment deposit method on the account. I have been selling for three weeks, and everything is running smoothly. My only complaint would be that getting my categories approved was annoying. Overall I would recommend to a friend

It looks and sounds so good, right? ITS NOT!!

I have used them under a few different names (I figured ill give them a taste of their own medicine;-)) anyway, first they were called Axtron and he used the name Tray King, now its Sellerinsure and jermaine Bailey. So the sales reps are gr8, but the SECOND you submit payment and I mean it, it all changes, sending countless emails without responses. About 1 full project was actually completed. The rest was money in his pocket and he walk off the job. Why did I go back if it is a scam?? Since I needed help with one thing and it was worth it to pay all that for it. Iam too lazy to finish all I have to say and I have alot more. You can message me here if you want more info.

Resolved: COMPLETE SCAM - NOW CALLED SELLERINSURE.COM!! BEWARE!

Updated by user Jun 24, 2016
It appears that Axtron/Seller Insure has now been taken over by a new company who are a lot more honest than the previous owners of the company.

The new owners of Seller Insure have been in contact with me to explain the situation and have offered to honor my order.

I am very pleased with the customer service of the new Seller Insure owners and their ability to pick up the pieces of the last owner. I would now recommend the services of this company :)

Original review May 08, 2016
The company was called Axtron but due to a large number of complaints have changed their name to Seller Insure. Do not be fooled. They are the same scammers. I paid in excess of $500 USD for an amazon stealth account. It's been over 6 months and I have received NOTHING in return and my emails are being ignored. I have paid for a windows vps as requested by Trey for over 6 months (at $30USD a month) and all of this was a complete waste. Their paypal account was shut down and so I paid via credit card and am not sure how to get my money back. The company used to be called Axtron but are now called Seller Insure. DON'T DO IT! Even the positive reviews are fake.
