Technically difficultly

When receiving calls, the touch pad to " press 1" to accept calls...securus isnt recognizing the touch tone. Multiple calls in a row and then it works to sporadically not recognizing touch tone.

Release. Wanting to receive my jpay 6 tablet

I recently was released from prison. I purchased a jpay 6 tablet at $130.00. Though to the inmate population adjustments i was told to return my purchased tablet. Id like to get information on how to receive my jpay 6 tablet due to my release.

Need to change email address on my account

Yes, I'm still having issues with not being able to log into my account. I'm not sure why this is even an issue at all. Can someone please fix the problem?

My Son hasn’t called since he left booking. Is the phones not working or is it Sacurus

I havent spoken to my son ever since he got book and went to general pop. I have money on my account and still no calls. (I have T-Mobile.) Is anyone else experiencing not hearing from a loved one with this service???

Messages not getting through

In the past sometimes men would not get my messages. Maybe 2x in last couple of years rejected with an explanation. Last week on 7-12 i sent 6 identical messages with 3 pictures of myself holding my dog which passed away and i was informing the 6 men with a letter of how we were doing. No one has responded as yet. One did respond to another email sent the following day the 13th. I sent 2 questions to him concerning the emails with 3 pictures and said he never got that one and i asked him to ask the others if they did. He said as of yesterday the 17th got nothing? There was nothing out of the ordinary with the pictures or my grieving letter to cause it to be rejected and i have not gotten a rejection notice like i did a couple of times before. I lost many of my stamps but i don't know as of this moment what is going on? Sad that i may have to resend them all again and use more stamps. This is unfair to me and the men we write too and i understand there could be staffing issues but the one i sent on the 13th went fast but the ones on the 12th are still in limbo. Hope you can help me but i think i will be hitting a brick wall with this issue and trying to call your 800 number is a waste of yime time to talk to a live person. Sorry but just had to vent my frustration. Thank you Lorraine Carroll

Terrible service

Website is terrible and doesn't offer sign ups for phone services nor creation of accounts. Online help doesn't activate. To get a customer support beyond a terrible automated system is non existent. Worst program for inmates and those whom wish to be in contact with them.

You took my money twice n i cant get a call

I keep calling never can get a representative. So why say call ! Just say report secures for fraudulent activity n stop wasting people's time n show people how you steal n then to cowardly to answer for it.im get as many inmates possible to go on phone strike so you lose out just like me but yours is going to be a way bigger financial loss.not like I'm get to speak to anyone but now I don't want to talk.ive dealt with yalll for years n yall always been *** up

Service Is Horrible

Video session for 6-25-23 was scheduled for 8:00-8:30pm system didnt start until 8:16pm only gave me 13 minutes if the session. Ive reached out to Securus wait time 30 minutes to hour then they stated that call need to be transferred only to get hung up on. No live agent to speak with, the options they have for you to use has nothing to do with the video issues. E.R.D.C.C Bonne Terre, Mo Requesting a full refund of $9.06

Paid for a visit and it says that it is waiting for approval I want my money back or the visit please and thank this is not the first time I have lost money

Trouble paying a negative balance

It took 2 days of calling them to actually talk to a live person to explain what I needed help with. The issue from the start was from a dispute that they got mixed up with and it locked mine and my boyfriend's account and I haven't talked to him in over 3 weeks due to their mistake...and I payed for a monthly video visit subscription that they canceled, and never refunded my money...and I still have a negative balance in the amount of the subscription that I have to pay before I can get my calls and visits back.

Hello my Securus accnt has been blocked by securus and closed i cannot even log in to it, my accnt is not accepting my password or login, it has been removed, and I have paid $100 on 6/18 Reference# 1988**** on 6/18 I am giving a run around, and at this point, I no longer even need this accnt but I was told by Moneygram associate and manager that i need to contact Securus for my REFUND of $100 back that was paid on 6/18 please help me Talantlivaya@***.com $100 was paid to Securus Account No. ...4580 Securus Phone Accounts Reference# 1988****

Video visit won't connect

Our video call/visit had no audio the other person could see me but I cannot see them then when I called to get a refund or a credit it took forever to talk to a live person and then I was told I needed to fill out a credit request form so they can investigate. Not very helpful

Unable to talk to a real person to get credit back because of there broken equipment

I have sent four emails and no response, video booth broken at jail and I need a credit for the visits that have not worked and I would like someone to go fix the booth at the jail so I can see my son. Very unhappy with there customer service and there online assistants is a joke also.

I put 7500 in her account it says my phone is clear for calls I went to T-Mobile and got phone bill with my num and proof its my account the correction center says she doesnt need a phone list she can call anybody as long as she money on her account yet she cant get through to anybody
