Horrible customer service
Ive been waiting for two months to get a refund which they charge me $14 just to refund me back my money when I never even used the phone calls so why should I have to get penalized and take $14 out of 50

Dispute transaction
The phone number they provided me with for my incarcerated loved one never worked . I had to dispute with the company for days to get my money back . I finally was refunded but for sure was mislead from the beginning

When I was signing up for this service, there was no info about cost or how it works, so I went into it blindly. They charged my credit card $45.98, but they do not even service the facility where my son. is incarcerated. They did allow me to send a post card and was informed he will receive it in 9 days,... LOL! He will be tried and hopefully out by then! What a joke! If they don't give me a full refund I am going to tell my credit card company it was a fraudulent charge. Scam=Fraud. Right?
