Fraudulant business
Buyer beware!!! I went to a legit theater website to purchase tickets to a show. I was apparently re-routed to this scam site. I purchased what should have been $35.75 per ticket, but was charged $362.95 for 2 tickets by this fraudulent site. I didn't even realize this until much later! I reported them and expect to have my money refunded! They are not accredited by the BBB. Do not be duped into paying 3x the regular price for a ticket by this "business"

Buyer beware!!! I went to the website of the theater from which I wanted to buy 2 tickets. I was apparently re-routed to this scam site. The tickets I wanted were about $35 per ticket on the legit site, but this place charged me $362.95 for 2 tickets under the name Luke Gonzalez. I didn't even know until much later. This company is NOT accredited by the BBB and has terrible reviews. Don't be scammed into purchasing from them! I have reported them! They need to refund me my money!

Got ripped off ticket price
I paid 187 dollars for two 22 dollar tickets that are still available to purchase at the venue. How they get away with this is terrible. This should be illegal.

Never received tickets
Trust me! Dont do it. Never received tickets. Thankfully purchased with my American Express card so they handled it for me and refunded my money. Lady from this place kept telling me the email was wrong but luckily I took snap shots of everything and that was a lie. Stick to TicketMaster.

Very pleased and grateful
I didnt get my tickets as I should have. I contacted customer service and Mark found my email had one letter wrong. He fixed it for both orders I had. Later that day, John made sure I received an email and within 15 minutes, I had the tickets for the event today. Though I was very nervous about getting them in time, both customer service reps assured me I would have them. We went today with not a hitch and had a wonderful time. So grateful for the help!

I don't have my dam tickets, I have been trying to get them since July. Its September. I spent $1260. I want my tickets
I was at work purchasing the tickets. The order timer was about to expire on me. I misspelled my email address, so the etickets didn't get sent to me. BUT the billing card address and phone number was on the purchase order. Today is September 19th I bought the tickets on July 6th. I should have solved this problem by now.

This is a Scam!! I am out 309$$$
NeI bought tickets in March 2022 and saw the show this weekend. There were no tickets available!!! I had to rebuy tickets. Now I have spent 500$$ on tickets. What a rip off!!

Total intentional rip off
$660 wasted we wanted row h and paid for row h but they gave us row HH which is the farthest and cheapest from the stage. I chatted with their customer service and basically they said either sit in row HH or try to sell your tickets. They would not give us a refund of the price that we paid for the seats close to the stage. I don't recommend anyone using these people to buy tickets for anything.

Still no ticket transfer from purchase in March
I am still waiting for my ticket transfer for a show at the Greek theater on September 9 th. I purchased the tickets in March and have been charged. No email to allow download still. Where are my tickets?

Scam tickets
Bought tickets in March for July show. They charged my credit card for the show and when I called about tickets said they had no record of me purchasing tickets. I have turned over to American Express
