Really horrible property management
So I started renting around 2015 and less than a year in my contract my unit was broken in. I filed a claim and called the police and everything I was supposed to do. I stayed trying to give it another shot only after I moved my unit myself. Well in June I went to check on my unit and saw it was messed up by rats coming in my unit after 8 yrs . I work at night and sleep in the morning so I started going to the unit at night when I wasn't working to try to clean up my unit and try to stop the rodents from messing up my belongings. July 1st I get a call from manager that I can't clean my unit at night and I needed to file a claim if I had damaged property. So I go back out of town and almost two weeks later manager calls to inform me that my lease apparently had expired from when I signed it and that now I needed to sign another lease so I can file a claim. So I resigned the lease and got in touch with the insurance company. Well then I get another phone call from manager stating that he never received it and I needed to sign this and acting very rude I informed him that I had already signed it and sent it and tyler still wanted to act like i was lieing for some reason. I have now sent him my copy of the lease to prove it to him. He apparently has computer literacy and I shouldn't have to deal with this incompetent manager

My storage was broke into and items are missing and items are broken. Property manager calls me and tells me this. I travel from Chicago to California go to my storage call the police only to have the storage withhold the footage on surveillance of the breaking and entering and tell police that I was the one that did it. I was unable to get a police report, I was treated like a criminal my things are missing and I want whoever did this behind bars.

Once they had my number my phone started getting blown up with spam texts and calls.
I'm 100% positive this company sold my number. I do not give my number out period. However, I did call them to make a payment for my partner and they added my number to his account for some reason. Since my phone has been blown up with spam all for him! I wish I knew how to prove they did this and sue them for it. I've had this number for years and now I'm looking at having to change it. It's completely illegal to sell personal information without disclosure. He's moving out of the unit and a formal complaint will be filed but I still just feel that not enough. Imagine how many people they have done this too.

They broke into my storage
I try to close my door the boy said no cuz he was going home what about the rest of my stuff he said don't worry about it so I had to leave because he punched out he doesn't get overtime

GATE NEVER WORKS
On three occasions the gate is not operational during non office hours. The code is correct but the gate doesnt open. Their service recovery is horrible. I have not been contacted with apology or offer some sort of compensation for being terribly inconvenienced. Stay way from this location

Bad managemanagement
Not sure if it was a manager or employee. Was told when I got the unit I would had access 24/7. I mean it's 265 a month, I paid extra for that privilege. So one day while going through photos albums in storage I'm told I'm staying there to long, it was less than 2 hours. The only day that week I was there as well. They said they could terminate my account for it? What kind of power trip do you give your employees?

A store just broke into you I wasn't notified for a month afterwards when I went to pay my bill now I can't get a hold of anybody at their customer service lines he keeps hanging up on me where do I go to file a complaint

My storage is broken into I wasn't notified until I went in to pay the bill 30 days later. I tried to call customer service line several times two different ones and I keep getting hung up on. Seems like you can't get a hold of secure Care when you have a problem and they don't call you when have an issue

These *** put in a new pinpad at the gate and didnt even have the courtesy to email anybody and let them now, so now im locked out of my *** storage unit because these lazy *** cant send a *** text message, email, or even make i *** 2 minute phone call. So now im locked out if my *** *** because they cant do their *** job.

Poor customer service. Complaint about rat and mouse urine all over our goods. Came from next door unit. Account was vacated in November 2021 after management inspection of unit.

Still getting past due notices snd threats of legal action. Management pays very little attention to premises advise management of one tenant offering me gay oral sex and described vehicle tenant. Nothing was done. Called about past due and manage he said dont worry about it yet I still keep getting bills for unit. I moved because of rat a mouse urine permeated my property. I had move out inspection and had removed property two months ago. Dont use this facility unless you dont care about your stuff

I'm never able to get a hold of anybody at the office on the site to pay my rent instead my rent is almost late every single month because I'm not able to get a hold of anybody in the office to pay the bill over the phone so therefore I'm upset and I get charged too much for my rent because nobody answers the phones and nobody returns the calls last after 4-year relationship gone bad I needed to change my passcode to the gate and I was not able to change the passcode due to the manager said I was not allowed to that was my unit I've been paying my bill for a very very long time and I believe I have the right to change my code who says you cannot change your code or is the manager just lazy and won't change the code for you because he has no time or something which is stupid and it's not very professional don't trust my ex anymore and I want my stuff secured that stuff I've had since I was a little kid it belongs to me there's nothing of his I just would like to secure my storage a little safer by changing the passcode since we were together for 4 years and he knows everything I did so can you please change my passcode that's not right to not be able to change my code when I set the whole account up in the first place it's my storage unit I pay the bills

Now I get a email that says that what I signed on my insurance part when I first rented this unit is that I am not covered by rodent or water damage? Okay well how can I explain the metal part of the walls pushed out from the top to the bottom in different areas that's the only way that this damage could have happened and it wasn't there when I first moved my stuff in!? This should not be this way at all I'm going to take myself out pretty quick

Very threatening and unprofessional employee
The boy working there this afternoon till 5pm was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with not only at any storage facility but any business establishment PERIOD! He had an attitude from the beginning. I was first in the building yet I was asked to step out side and wait however he attended to both people I heard the door for. Checking in he was very rude told me he owned the establishment and could do what he wanted. I was simply paying and picking up an auction that I had won online through a completely different company. As I was attempting to leave I was waiting at the gate pad so he could open the gate he refused to give any code for me to get in or out for multiple loads. Instead of letting me out the gate he wanted to attempt to lecture me and tell me if I ever come up there to him with an attitude he would turn me around and refuse my auction. However he has no authority over that which it is stated in my contract online where I buy my auctions from. I have been doing this for over 4 years and never have I had an encounter that is so disrespectful and reflects secure care entire reputation once I was able to get out of the gate he went in side to get some paperwork and my $50 cleaning deposit.. he never even gave me a receipt for my cleaning deposit upon check in because he was trying to I guess intimidate me and tell me he was the owner and he has the final say in everything. I reached for my deposit money back from him in which he turned stemmed back and put my money in his pocket. At this time my mother and my 8year old nephew came through the gate. Your employee was attempting to disrespect me and tower over me as well as cuss at me. My mother had to physically get in between he and I because of how vulgar and pressing he was. He lied several times to my mother about what he has said to me or why he was speaking to me. As a 28 year old female your employee in the middle of all of the cussing and intimidating he thought was making him big and bad (in front of my mother and 8year old nephew)he told me I look like I have a *** he also said I could suck suck his *** I went inside the building to attempt to get a card or paper with a contact information to corporate and he chased me in and was going to try to physically remove me. Leaning over my mother still talking *** to me he was even making my mother feel threatened while she was trying to sign whatever was on the clipboard he hit my hand away with from trying to get my deposit money back. At one point he said she could step aside (my mother) and we cant handle this. In which I have no problem I am a mixed martial artist and licensed to carry a concealed weapon. So I refuse to let anyone speak down to me or try to intimate me and ban me from something he has no say in.
