Called...no answer. What is going on with customer service? I need more putty to send in impressions....

Cancelled and still billed
I cancelled my order and was told Id be refunded the money I had put down, still have not been refunded and got an email saying my payment fail. Why am I still being charged for this is I canceled it!?!?

Did not receive product or service I paid for. Injuries from impression materials
Instasmile are a company that makes clip on veneers for teeth. I paid £474 for a full set of top and bottom veneers. I was sent only the impressions kits to start the manufacture of the end product. The materials from the impressions products injured my mouth that I have a swollen upper lip and blisters. Instasmile have declined my impressions over and over again. I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund to no avail

I still haven't received anything yet I was lied to my money was supposed to take up to 14 business days it's been well over a month I have proof of a customer service representative saying she was prosseseing my refund another representative lied and said they didn't see where I spoke to anyone I have proof on my email i need my money back have children to support

Missing tooth
My front tooth has come out I had my Covid jab on Saturday and passed out. I have been trying to get some help with regards of fundings I heard this place is good and offer support where I can pay monthly

Horrible experience
They are the worst company. They lie, they tell you they will help, but then just blame the other companies who they are associated with named genesis. I ordered my product Jan 5th. It is now June 17th and havent received anything except for bills

Im so disappointed about these veneers: had them a month and ones already snapped and the other one has a crack in it. Cant eat with them in either. Its also extremely hard to get hold of someone about this as you have to email and wait for them to get back to you which takes forever. Dont waste your money!

2 months still have yet to receive teeth, back and forth all this time its a scam. They said my impression failed for the 3rd time. I asked for a refund and they replied that message was a error that Im impression is still in over view

I ordered my INSTAsmile a few days away from 2 months ago.I thought 2 months was good enough time to have for my wedding... my wedding has came and went. Its been nothing but back and forth from the start. I had sent my first impression in and it failed. I went to a professional dental to do my 2nd impression and they said it still failed. Keep rejecting my impressions,
I've sent in my impression of my teeth to get my Snap-on Smile custom fit. They sent me the box with the putty in it to make the impression. They also send one extra just in case. Well they have rejected both of mine that I have sent in for different reasons one was supposedly the putty was under mixed. Then my second one I sent they said I had drag marks for my teeth so that one would it work well now I'm all out of the potty and I'm guessing they want me to buy more? I just want my teeth to be pretty.. So sad more??

Never received and will not refund me.
I paid for uppers and lowers. I never received them and they will not refund me my money! They told me I am just out the money I spent which was over $800. Is there a lawsuit I can take part in.

Wrong charge
Ridiculous, ordered with the $40% off, then they charged me the full price, fought it, after a very long time they finally changed it. I ordered my clip one January 5th it is now May 4th and I still have received nothing.

I have been scammed over $500.00 for them
I paid my down deposit of I to believe it was $150 I received my impressions I did my impressions but they told me that my impressions were not correct that I need to redo my impressions and then they would send me my veneers well I redid my impressions and they said they were not correct so by that time I was out of material so I had to get more material which was extra $90.00 MA still will not accept my impressions they have took over $500 out on my debit card for monthly payments and I've still not received my veneers. Now they are telling me that I have to catch up on all the missed payments. Because I stopped making payments because they would not send me my veneers I haven't sent any payments in over five months and they're telling me that I have to make five months of payments before they will even assist me it's a big scam.
