Help with sending tickets

The number I was given to call SeatGeek customer service no longer works. An automated voice answered and told me they no longer accept phone calls.

Seating information

I need confirmation that these seats are appropriate for the elderly and kids. Please confirm! I am also upset because I could not speak with anyone about the seats and be able to add others to that area without having a party is two seats in a row. If I couldve got in touch with someone, then I wouldve been able to get the seats that I need it and no they be on a shadow of a doubt that my elderly mother and I would be able to have a seat and my eight-year-old grandbaby would be OK to be in that area also thank you and have a great day. It is beneficial for you guys to have a customer service line where customers are able to speak and make sure that they can resolve their issues in a timely manner. It is not monetarily valuable for me to spend my money on something that I cannot use. I would appreciate if from now on you have someone that has a customer service line that can answer the simple questions so that we will definitely use you guys again because it was easy to purchase but at the same time, can you please please have a live designated to customer service and that just text and text a week later , sending me a email a week late is not that is not good business at all.

7 row to rear stage um super pissed

Purchased great tickets for 100 bucks each and then you hammer me with 100 bucks in charges and then change my my tickets to rear stage , obstructed view and give me a 3 dollar credit. Not cool at all , bait and switch and just robbery... please call asap 21715****michaell

Can't log into account

Absolutely horrible experience, paid $58 for a $35 parking ticket, that I couldn't *** use. Tried to get the issue resolved and couldn't. Absolutely horrible and I will never use this sorry site, nor will I ever recommend it to anybody else.

Ticket issues

Basically what happened was I bought two GA Tickets FOR THE PARAMORE CONCERT ON JUNE 14th, the email that I was sent after purchasing told me I was supposed to download my ticket my apple wallet, when I tried setting up an Apple wallet, and adding the ticket, neither of those things werent working for some reason, so by the day of the concert I got to the venue (Hard rock live in Hollywood florida) and show the people at the box office my ticket situation, hoping they could help me figure it out because I had no idea what I was doing at this point. All three of the people working there took a look at it on my phone and even tried downloading the tickets themselves, but they told me that its sketchy that the site I bought these tickets from wanted me to download the tickets into an Apple wallet, and that the tickets are supposed to be just a link sent to my email. And they told me these tickets are most likely probably fake, considering I bought them from a third-party seller. I asked them if there is anything we can do about the situation to get me and my sister in to the concert. At this point the show was like 20 minutes away from starting. Thankfully, the people working at box office were nice enough to give us two new tickets for free with the GA passes. And then by the time me and my sister got into the venue, we already missed two songs. Im so grateful that the box office was nice enough to help us out for free but its been a month and Im still trying to get that refund from SeatGeek, but it is taking a little long. I paid almost $500 four tickets that didnt even work, I just want a refund.

Can't obtain tickets purchased

I purchased three tickets for a concert on August 1st, they sent me pending notifications tried to print them out it comes up error. But they took the money the first time I used the service they say they refunded the money we'll find that out in the next couple of days. But I need my tickets and I don't care how bad a review I leave

Very unhappy customer

Unfortunately I thought I was buying my tickets under a buyer guarantee but in unfortunately you guys do not stand up to your statements. I had to drag a 12-year-old boy out of Fenway Park bawling his eyes out because my tickets would not scan at two separate gates.. I was told this happens often left the park talked to three different representatives from seek geek only to find out a 5-day investigation happens before I even find out if my tickets will be replaced which is not what is stated on your website. I'm not saying you guys gave me invalid tickets and I'm not saying it's your fault but it's not my fault either! I also understand that a reason for the tickets not scanning needs to present itself but no matter the outcome I was turned away from the park after purchasing tickets. If I'm not able to take my son to a baseball game for his 12th birthday I will make this complaint very public. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience because like I said before all I did was purchase tickets I don't understand how I can be the one to lose in this situation

Tickets were transferred to someone else's name

7/6/23 I bought two tickets to the Morgan Wallen concert in STL - received a conformation email with a section, row and two seat numbers. They were transferred to my MLB app shortly after, things were good. HOWEVER - once my friend and I got to the stadium they weren't in the app anymore. I went to the ticket window to show them my conformation email with the exact seats, and they told me that seat geek transferred them to someone else's name entirely. When I tried to called seat geek's 1800 number it automated voice said the line was disconnected but that I could send an email - an email wouldn't have really helped when I was trying to fix something in the moment. Terrible experience.

Tickets not delivered

I had to make reservation twice but tickets of both items were delivered to my email. So I went to Padre's stadium's ticket office and they helped me to book one seat under barcode #787813****75. My account number is 7403****. It has to be US$139.00 but it seems you are trying to charge me US$181.00 with my credit card. Please adjust price. Please tell me your customer service telephone number so that I can talk with you.

Customer support

I received feedback that I obtained a promo code for an event I cancelled due to alterations of my order. However, when applying said promo code for discounts on other events, it is asking for an access code. I tried everything to my extent to apply this promo code discount but nothing works. I went on SeatGeek support page and everything that they said to do didnt apply. Now Im stuck unable to use my discount and Im feeling that I just got taken advantage of!

Unidentified Obstruction

Hello, I purchased concert tickets to Lizzo for Thursday (5/25) at 8pm at Vejas Arena. My seats were "BNCH A Row 30, Seat 8 & 9". When purchasing these tickets, no obstruction of view was mentioned. When attending the concert, there was a huge electrical line running down the middle of the stage. These were very expensive tickets and would like to be compensated for this inconvenience. Please let me know what SeekGeek can do. I spend a lot of money on this website, and I don't want this to be the last time I use you guys. Look forward to hearing from you.
