Cancel parts order

I cannot get anybody on the phone! I tried to cancel online but I get an error that tells me I have to call them. When I call them, I get the automated system runaround

About parts ordered a couple weeks ago

Tracking number not sent and nothing was sent to me about the order we placed. The funds were removed from our bank account for the order and I would like to know what happened. Please call us Thanks, Phillip 808-300-****

The 2 21 inch blades that were odered at the same time did not come in todays package.

I have always been able to purchase the blades in one package together. Sales people call them "the twins" 2 21" blades. I am hoping they fit my lawn tractor which has a 42" cut. I have not been able to change them yet.

Parts ordered didn't arrive

I ordered parts on July 11 2023 and it is July 31 2023 and no parts received yet.when I checked on the order status it says it was shipped on July 13 2023.i checked to see the tracking number and there is none.i tried to call customer service to talk to a person,but all you get is automated menu that is totally use less.This will be the last time I order a part from Sears parts direct.

Where is my part

I called eventually I talked to someone and they said they sent it to the manufacturer and it said back order but he said he sent it to the manufacturer and I should be getting it I'm a bit skeptical I probably am not going to get it when I need it and that makes me mad.be careful

No customer support. Misleading info on website

I ordered my product 8 days ago. Sears says delivery was 2 days ago. Not. Sears also says my order is "in process." I'm notifying Visa and cancelling my order. What a joke. Unreliable company.

I have contacted them 3 times and still not settled

I ordered a part for my stove was supposed to be in stock. After waiting a month. I called and they said it was on back order waited another few weeks and they sent an e-mail saying they had no time frame for the back order. I called the next week to cancel my order. They told me it would be refunded. Another two weeks and nothing. I called again and was told they would make another request. I asked for a confirmation e-mail and another week nothing Not sure who is the person I need to contact now but I am very annoyed. This is Bull John Lakey

Never got items. Cant reach customer service this is super frustrating. And ridiculous. When ordering you should have reliable customer support if needed

Your website sucks. Your automated answering service is a nightmare.

I ordered a belt for my lawnmower. I couldnt find it on the website. I called three times before I could get a rep to help me. Rep was nice. Then between when I ordered it and today I got 3 emails/texts saying it had been back ordered. I bought one somewhere else. Tried to cancel my order with the automated answering get another text that it had been back ordered. Finally after two more calls get a hold of a rep that tells me it had been shipped. Honestly I am sending the belt back when it arrives. Chances of me buying anything through Sears is slim to none. Sorry but the whole experience was frustrating.

Ordered part on 6/29/23 part was supposed to arrive 7/5/23 never received confirmation email part did not arrive was almost impossible to get a person on the phone when I finally figured out a way to get someone on the phone it was an outsourced customer service call center and they told me the part would arrive 7/8/23 I asked for a tracking number they said they would email me one and never did called back on 7/8/23 and had to call sears home warranty number because parts direct number kept hanging up on me and I finally got another call center person on the phone and they told me the part was never ordered from the manufacturer but yet I was still charged for it and then the told me I would receive an email confirmation for my refund which still hasn't came. Very sketchy!

Have not received order

Order #E737427. Received email that order will be received July 6. It is now the 10th and no receipt. No tracking number. Cant speak to a human. Have wrong first name on order should be Tina.

2 of the same was shipped

2 of the same items were received. I ordered a right and left track meat pan hanger. Instead I received 2 left track meat pan hangers. Order E737229

Returned items refund incorrect

Ret returned items. Incorrectly amount was paid back to my charge account to items were billed on one order, but only one item was refunded. Also, another item was not delivered to me. The first order was for two wheels and three bags for my vacuum cleaner. The refund I received was for three bags, but no refund for the wheels even though all items were shipped in the same package. The second item was sent with the wrong item in the package.

Did not receive my order

I will never order from Sears parts direct ever again, my order number is W761386 ordered on 6/10 stated it was in stock was to be delivered 0n 6/14 have not got my part, look up my status and all it say's is processing

Tax charge

I ordered a part and just noticed I was charged local and state taxes. In California we only pay state taxes so I'm very confused on why I was charged a local tax charge and why was my shipping $14.99 and it took 7 days for me to receive my order?? Thanks

I give a zero but you did not have that option

Wrong after a long conversation that the picture was a drawer not full pedastal and drawer assembly. I asked for UPS PU but she said 3-5 before UPS contacts me and after you all receive it it could be 3-5 or 7-10 business days for refund. I need to change to email return label and my husband will drop it off at a UPS STORE! Id like a call to get this completed. Thank you in advance! Tammy Fuller
