Menu omitted the fact the panini would be fire hot coals spicey. I am a very good customer at this establishment and they refused to give me a credit for food that was inedible.

Refused. Refund

I ordered from Seamless for a celebration. Two pizzas and 2 brownies (for the party). The driver arrived but did not have the brownies. I asked him to go back and bring the brownies. He refused. I then refused the order. I spent over an hour communicating with Chat. My request for a refund of around $70 was denied. All I received was a Brownie refund of a few dollars. The last Chat person just left me hanging.

Disgusted with the $10 off coupon

On 5/23/21, I ordered a meal from Bobby Q's in Norwalk, CT. The $10 off, which was promised at check-out, was never deducted. WHY??? The offer showed on screen but was never honored. I believe this is a sham and I EXPECT an explanation. With the fees, tip and taxes, my bill came to over $25. Pretty expensive for a cheeseburger!! I get a better deal from Five Guys and the burger tastes better!!

I'm being overcharged

Hello, I am a Seamless + member yet I have still been being charged delivery fees Please explain why this has been happening. I also expect to be refunded for all delivery fees I have been charged while a Seamless + member Please explain how the free monthly meal works Thank you Dave Sturm

Terrible

Im missing items from order some items are wrong. Seamless refunds me for one item and wont allow for request for more. They have no way of contacting them and restaurant takes no responsibility.

on August 30th I had ordered from Burger king which was on 400 east Tremont Ave in the Bronx and the driver had rung my bell went to meet him and never delivered my merchandise so I had to walk to the restaurant to have it re ordered thank god they had my receipt so i will need a refund of $3.49 for the delivery fee. $1.30 for the service fee. and $1.58 and $3.48 for the tip. Since he never showed up the order number is 600912**-**49566

Food not delivered at time requested and I was not home

I ordered pizzas from Goodfellows at 4:30 and scheduled them to be delivered at 6:15. I received a notification my order would be delivered between 6:15 and 6:25. I got home at 5:55 and got a notice that my food was delivered at 5:38. I called Seamless and told them that I scheduled the food at 6:15 because I knew I would be home from work until abt 6PM. They said the driver delivered it and no one was home so he left with the pizzas. seamless said they would only give me a 50% refund. I did not receive a phone call from the driver to let him know to leave the pizzas with a neighbor or not deliver them until I was home. I only found a text saying that driver was on the way at 5:35. I was driving home at that time and I don't check my texts when I am driving so I didn't know the driver decided to bring the pizzas early. I asked Seamless for a full refund but they said "No". I contacted my bank and filed a complaint and I will do with the BBB also.

ROTTEN FISH

I ordered sushi and got fish that smelled and looked like it had gone bad days ago. I tried to eat it and almost vomitted. Seamless offered me a 20% off COUPON FOR NEXT TIME. I am never ordering from them again.
