Deadly Memory form mattress

I purchased a Sealy memory foam mattress and box spring 6 months ago. About 2 months back, I noticed the right side of the mattress had a fairly large dip. I sleep all over the mattress, and this should not happen when you spend $900.00 on my purchase. The dip gets worse and I cannot sleep comfortably.

Complete failure of customer service

I ordered a (nearly) $3000 mattress. They moved it to a "partner" ({{Redacted}}) who committed to delivery on 2/18. On 2/7, I got a text telling me (literally, I am quoting) that SDS' "truck is broken down on the roadside" and that they wanted to shift my delivery to 2/22. I escalated to Sealy "customer escalation team" and they absolutely refused to do anything. It's 100% the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Zero customer empathy, no sense of "the customer is always right"... Go buy the same product for less money at a local store and get it delivered the next day with no drama. Or find a better product. Period.

Sealy doesn’t stand behind their warranty!

My mattress is only 8 years old. It has lumps and the pillow top is flat and falling off the sides of the mattress. Also, of the 8 years its only been used two. The warranty is 10 years and Sealy refuses to replace it.

Your company isn’t standing behind your warranty!

Ive called twice and both of your representatives said that the store, Ashley Furniture should take care of the warranty. Ashley Furniture Store says that warranty is is Sealys warranty not theirs? This makes sense to me. My mattress top has slid off the sides of the mattress and it has big dips in the mattress. Also, this set was in my guest room for all the years and only used a couple of times a year until two years ago when my husband and I began using that room. I really believe that your company should be replacing this set. Id be willing to pay a little extra to get a better quality, although I was told that this is supposed to be a good quality. Not happy with the bad and the service

I purchased ACV posturbatic hybrid bed the Norman from mattress firm when I got to my home there was *** in the mattress matches from told me well we'll give you a discount off sorry that's all we can do. I paid for a brand new mattress I did not paid for mattress with *** in it plus the tags were missing off the mattress. I know I bought it from mattress firm but you guys should stand by your product even though mattress firm doesn't. They told me all they could do is a small refund but Because I live out of their service area they're telling me now although they told me no we can service you at any time in that area now they tell me they can't so I'm stuck with a defective bed and not happy!! I would not recommend

Posturepedic Roma Chair model 9843G

December 2014, my workplace purchased (from Staples), two (2) of the Posturepedic Roma Chairs, Model 9843G. On both chairs, the arms are wobbly. Are there any instructions online, as to how to tighten the bolts/screws to make the arms more sturdy?

Not firm

I bought sealy hanson model. Said firmness level of 7. I have slept on it for 3 days. Said good for back or side sleepers. Feels good sleeping on side on the edge of bed. Sleeping on back not so good. And, end up sweating on what ever body part is touching mattress. Quoted from description: Hanson features targeted support for your back and core. Sealy comfort gel foam provides support under the heaviest part of your body where you need it most. Not happy. Lying on back, it sags.

Ultra firm mattress is not firm and only 5 days after receiving, the upper body part is sinking now

I bought this Sealy Ultra Firm Silver Pine in Macy's 09/12/2021 for $1000 including tax. Delivered 09/27/2021. I felt it isnot firm at all. After sleeping for 5 days the mattress started sinking down on the upper body area. I went to Macy's today 10/03/2021 . I was told I need to pay $200 ifI return. If I want to exchange, I have to wait for the technician to evaluate it on 10/20/2021, Then they will tell me what is the next step. I am very disappointed about the product and service.

2nd set of Honor Luxury Q firm matt set since 10/19.

I bought the Q Honor Luxury Queen Firm mattress from FOS in Cape Coral FL in Oct 2019. The padding on top between coils and matt top flattened out within a year so that I could feel the coils when lying on my side. I went back to FOS May 24, 2021 (1yr-7mo later) and was stupid enough to buy another one. That was delivered last Sat 5/24. Now Wed, 6/2 and I can already feel the coils!! I called FOS and told them I wanted them to pick it up; that I would be in to reselect a firmer set (if that's what it takes), and was informed that they don't "normally" take any matt set back (although mine have been protected by a matt cover since dates of delivery and was in ultimate perfect condition); and actually want to charge me for a pick up and another delivery charge $140 !!!). I've been a Sealy customer for my entire life. This is insane. Just wanted you folks to know what's happening to your good name at FOS. I will go to another store and buy another brand.

Horrible Customer Service

I called "Muga" on 2/8/21 b/c my 94 y/o mother's brand new adjustable bed wasn't working and STUCK with the head down and feet up. I explained it was an EMERGENCY situation; mother is demented and living in Memory Care and this bed is immobilized in a terrible position. He says he'll call my husband back at 2:30 to walk him thru the trouble shooting. HE NEVER CALLED HIM! Left us up the creek! $1200 bed and THIS is the CRAP customer service. I will NEVER buy Sealy again. DISGUSTING. The store offered no help either and sent me the WRONG owners manual via email. Thankfully my husband went to the Memory Care and fixed the bed himself with no help from Sealy or the store where the bed was purchased.

Unable to get call back from customer service in Canada

Bought 2 Sealy Atwater queen size Mattresses from Costco Canada. One Mattress developed *** on one side. Flipped over same problem. The other mattress squeaks very badly. I have called Sealy Customer Service, left several messages over the course of 2 Months. I reached The Receptionist 2 times, and assured me that I would get a call back. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told there's no one to talk to me. This Mattress has a 10 Year warranty.I had not read the bad and low reviews ( 2.9)

Looks like a factory 2nd

I bought what I thought was a top-of-the line product. My mattress was delivered 5 weeks after ordering it. After I paid, I was told by Mattress Firm that the padding was in short supply due to Covid so it was back ordered. So the big day finally came. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. As soon as it was laid down I saw all the strings and tufting. Maybe Sealy was rushing to get caught up with their orders but this is a factory 2nd. My fear is that it was rushed to the point where its going to fall apart.

Shipping problems

I online ordered a cocoon chill mattress from Sealy on a Monday. Then I was contacted with an email from customer support the next day asking for address verification via an ID, mail document or banking statement. I found this absurd given that my card is linked to my current address, and that my shipping address and billing address were identical in the order confirmation email, but I complied anyway. It's now Friday and I called customer service again, which in itself means being on hold for at least 20 minutes every time, and have been informed that the mattress was shipped this morning but without a UPS tracking number. The woman who helped me along the way was very nice and I don't fault her. But dear lord, don't make this more difficult than it needs to be Sealy, especially when I've just given you a pretty penny for your product...
