My 2018 seado trixx has low hours about 25 hours only because it's always broken

From Year one the wire harness was bad ,then there was a problem with fuel, then it was electrical fuse problem ,then compression problems,then the throttle body was bad and now it runs but won't go over 2 miles an hour

FRUSTRATED

I purchased a 2022 Sea-Doo Switch Pontoon. I received it in October 2022. Immediately there was a recall and my dealership ordered it in April. 2022. The batteries on the Sea-Doo Switch continually is drained and is dead every time I want to start my Switch Pontoon. This recalled part is part of the issue. I have called customer service several times, and they are of no help. It is now July and we still do not have this recall part. SEADOO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT!

VERY DISSATISFIED

I purchased a 2022 Sea Doo Switch. I have to jump start the battery EVERYTIME I want to ride the boat! Customer Service is USELESS. The dealership that I bought the Switch from ordered the recall part in April, it is now almost July and we have no recall part! AGAIN customer service is NO HELP! SEADOO Stand behind your product PLEASE!

2023 SEADOO SWITCH CRUISE 18

Just bought 2023 seadoo switch cruise took it out one time Bimini screws falling off no extra battery inside for JL Audio system battery kept draining horrible. Dropped my boat off at dealer to run diagnostics, a case was created with BRP. and theyre waiting on BRP to get back to them and walk them thru on how to clear error codes. My boat has been in the shop since this past Monday, UNACCEPTABLE!

When I crank my sea doo, shouldnt the gauges come on. Mine dont , what could be the problem? Could a fuse be out?

Terrible customer service at corporate level at BRP

I purchased a brand new Se Doo and the engine failed the first time my wife and daughter used it , leaving them stranded in the middle of our lake . towed to dealer found a manufacturing defect , I requested to trade to a new one due to my lack of faith and this one only lasting less than an hour. I reached out to BRP customer relationship center . They really do not care and are not interested in helping out asked to speak to a manager no return calls from them. I reached again today still same lack of any customer retention or empathy for situation and I was advised a manager would call when they get around to it . So I emailed Sandy Scullion the president of this division and again no response . The dealer has to order engine with no timeframe to repair and manufacturer to date doesn't seem to care about its customers . I am a loyal customer I own to ski doos a brand new defender and now this Sea doo

Poor customer service at BRP

I purchased a brand new Sea Doo Wake for my wife and daughter, I put in last Friday and the first time they used it the engine failed less than an hour. I brought back to dealer , I reached out to the BRP customer relationship center and basically was told to bad that's why it has a warranty. I asked to speak to a manager, no return call. I called back today, different person, same lack of caring that my wife and daughter were left stranded in the middle of the lake. Still no call from the manager. I emailed Sandy Scullion president of operations no response . I currently own two ski doo snowmobiles a new Can Am Defender and no a blown up sea doo with less than an hour on it. I feel they should stand behind the product and to date that hasn't happened .

Jet ski is broken every year from day one

I have a 2018 seado trixx day one new battery bad put in with wood screw,then two months later the wire harness burned out,they next year it wouldn't start took too the closet dealer they told me I needed a new motor , took it somewhere else it was the throttle body now the stater is bad replaced that and still won't run all this with low hours on because it's never running

Trying to take delivery on a special order Switch. Can't get help as dealer says they can't take delivery. However site says they are my only local vendor. How do I purchase and receive?

Lemon just bought

Just bought a gtx 170 took out 3 times broke 2 times very upsetting 20 k for junk any more issues I need a new one .it's been less than a week since I bought it

Missing parts

Its been 7 months since my items were delivered. The main item was missing pieces which means its about a 100lb paper weight. I have emailed and called every week for 7 months with no resolution. The summer they got hacked was the worst of it all. In February all systems were down for 2 weeks so you just have to keep calling to see if they work. No one ever calls back. Ive offered to send items back, take it to a dealer anything to not be out $2000 anymore to buy a new piece because unfortunately no one is going to take responsibility for my unusable boat! I contacted my credit card company to finally charge them back for this junk. We shall see. Run far away from Sea Doo

Seadoo service unacceptable

Good evening, I own two seadoo 300 **** & 2022, after a scheduled winter service, a trace of moisture was found in the thread of one of the three spark plugs, and seadoo authorized service wanted to open the engine head to see if it has in and out where this came from. The seadoo is still under warranty. I didn't allow this to happen to my bike and they refused to service me.

2021 spark part problem

I have 2021 sea doo spark with 21 hours on it. Started coming up with codes according to dealer saying ECM was faulty. Dealer has had unit since middle of August 2022. It is now February 15 2023 and still no answer when part will be available. Great machine when running. If you buy one, you better hope it doesn't break down. BRP seems to be able to get ECM for new units but not mine. Totally disappointed in Sea Doo.

Customer service is an Oxymoron

After close to a month of mucking around, as their address and phone number are wrong in their website, I contacted the NZ sales manager via LinkedIn. He was pretty good and has arranged the DESS, still waiting for it though. Seadoo (BRP) sort out your customer...

Website contact is often unattainable or just plain won't work, replies are generic, and not even answering the questions. Phones always go to voicemail, and calls are never returned. Different departments don't talk to each other, and fob you off to a different department that is completely uncontactable. Recently had an issue with DESS not being fitted because of a chip shortage, and not telling anyone that their $30k boat can be started with any sea-doo fob. Some dealers overseas are providing FOB locks from Sea-Doo until the DESS is available, but apparently not here. Just trying to get a reply takes over a week, then its not even an answer. Round and Round in circles. Completely incompetent.

6 months 12 days late from delivery date

I paid $4,500 for a slip I could not use because It was to be delivered in April 10th. There was little communication from Sea Doo to me and others. You jacked us around. I felt the company was just greasy and catered to other people who ordered later than I did. Your Sturdevant Facility was like Fort Knox. Had to sign in twice just to use the washroom. They would not show me production or look at any product. They made sure the Southern Year Round warmer states had boats first. Our lakes have the ice 1/2 of the year. You did not take that in consideration. Your apology to us was pretty lame. Thats just the tip of the iceberg.

Because I am a sea doo owner

I own a sea doo I would not recommend you buy one. Although it is pretty it's very fragile. My sponsor snatched off my jet ski in the water. my ski have been down for 4 months now. It should be covered under warranty, but sea doo is giving me the run around. I thought me spending $26000 would get me more respect but it has not I will not be buying another sea doo product. If you are trying to buy one call Me Before You do I can show you pictures. 770-709-****. Also looking at the pictures I post it looks like I hit something but I didn't I was literally in the water going fast had my son on there with me when it snatched off and almost went under
