I recently bought 3 bags of lawn food 37.5 lbs.

Every bag had huge clumps in them I had to brake down with my hands. I checked at least 20 bags where I purchased these all where the same. Kind of a pain when you pay what it costs to purchase this product.

My summer guard fertilizer was all wet in the bag when opened!

When I opened my summer guard fertilizer to apply two out of the three bag were all wet. Too lumpy to spread! Is this fertilizer still any good?Ch

Purchased Scott's brand Dandelion and Clover to get rid of it of them.

Since I put this on my lawn, the dandelions and clovers have tripled in my yard. My yard has never looked so bad in all the years I've lived here. I mow my lawn, they go away, next morning it's all back again and looks like I've done nothing!!!

No delivery of products they charged me for

They charged my credit card without my renewal request. They never sent me any lawn products. They will not refund all my money paid. They never answer their phones and disconnect you after 15 minutes. They do not call you back as they say they will.

Disappointed in the claims made about a Scott’s product

Thank you for allowing me to express my disappointment concerning, the Scotts Max Flex 100 hose. I purchased the hose at a Big R store. Scott's write up on the package was very impressive. I liked the appearance as well as the rarity of kinks and twists promised. One of the instructions read, do not store the hose under pressure when not in use. So the first time before I rolled it up I took off the sprayer so the water would drain. As I rolled up the hose, kinks were coming up to the Scotts Suncast Hose Reel I purchased at the same time as the hose. Summer wore on and many more kinks appeared. They were difficult to twist out and many reappeared at the same place. I guess I'm more disappointed in the promises I trusted, enough to make this purchase. Promises not evident in this product. I purchased the seed/fertilizer combo. It ruined my yard and all crab grass grew. Upon reading the info on back...this product is not for the east coast. It should not be sold here. I e already reported this. I sent pics. Was told not to do anything someone would call me. Haven't heard a thing!! My lawn is ruined!

Poor product performance and no respose to "no quible garantee"

Saturday, June 06, 2020 Scotts LawnService P.O. Box 388 Marysville, OH 43040 Greetings, I have emailed Scotts twice in concerns of an issue with the 4 in 1 water smart plus grass seed for sun and shade. Both emails have to date been unheeded, hence this letter. I have also tried calling and online chat, both impossible to connect. As I explained in the emails on May 14th I purchase two twenty pound bags of the previously mentioned grass seed, (receipt enclosed), the seed has disapprovingly failed. I planted/spread in accordance to package instructions utilizing a Scott rotary spreader. I have TruGreen maintain my lawn so I am sure my soil is not the issue. Since I have always preferred Scotts products I chose to seed and/or over seed myself after a hard winter season. I also have a sprinkler system so watering is not the problem. Weather has been warm, actually plenty warm so I rule that out as well. I waited for over three weeks for the seed to germinate yet to date only a scarce trace of anything and that is sparingly and scattered. I have used Scott products for decades and spent plenty in doing so without issue until now. You proudly display the Scott seal of a no quibble guarantee yet I find it impossible to utilize that guarantee. Please provide me the refund or credit I assume the no quibble guarantee entitles me. Sincerely disgruntled lifelong customer, enclosure UPDATE 06.11.2020: It seems to me that the "no quible garantee" is a no response is garanteed.
