Mad customer

I bought your grub control product grubex. I have been using it for 2 years now and at 1 time I had a beautiful green lawn. Now 2 years later my lawn is a disgrace. Then one day I read some reviews online about this product and it suggested your product never breaks down from watering. It just sits there in the same form it was when you put it there. So I decided to put some grubex in water to see if it breaks down. I am flabbergasted, after 2 hours and counting it hasn't even begun to dissolve. No wonder my lawn looks disgraceful, it doesn't dissolve and enter the ground. You people have a lot of nerve selling something and guaranteeing it when it is quite obvious by my experiment you never tested it to see if it works! ONE PISSED OFF HUMAN

Unhappy user of Scott's

We have used "Scott's" over 30 years. We winterized in the Fall of 2022. Put down application of Scott's in Spring of 2023 & a month later we had a ton of weeds & bare spots. Our yard was down right embarrassing! I immediately started spraying Ortho Weed B Gone. In June we applied 10-10-10. Our yard is now very green, bare spots are filling in & a minimal amount of weeds. Don't know what Scott's has done to their fertilizer, but we're done with it! What we are presently doing is far more economical as well.

Complaint about product

The crabgrass season long product didnt even last into July. The broad leaf killer only killed the stems of the dandelion, not the broadleaf itself or the clover thats still growing in my yard. The only thing that worked between these two products was the fertilizer.

Product not working

Weeds growing like crazy. Dandelions crabgrass extra.Never had problems like this in the past using Scotts .I followed all instructions on the bags

They do not offer a remedy for their product killing my grass. I have 15,000 sq foot lawn and the Scott’s Weed and Feed Bonus S killed my lawn.

The Weed and Feed Bonus S killed my 15,000 sq foot lawn. They arent addressing the cost to replace my dead lawn. They also said without the used bags ( why would I keep an empty bag of fertilizer that I used?) they cannot provide a refund. I paid cash and attempted to get a copy of my receipt but I also would not have kept a receipt for a product that I used and I have always had great luck with???

Well handled refund by Scott’s

The black mulch I had purchased quickly lightened to a gray color, not retaining its darkness. I called Scott to ask them if they would honor their year. Long color guarantee on the mulch and they did refund my full purchase.

Grass

I put Pro Vista grass on my yard supposed to be tolerant. I keep every year I have to replace a third of my yard because it keeps dying.

Help using Disease X

Talk with me please I just want advice Disease X was put on lawn Wed 7/19 at 8:00am. A heavy rain came at 2:00 pm. Will that prevent Disease X from working? Do I have to reapply ?Please contact me with the information Thank you ! Scotts provides terrific products for the individual consumer

They hung up on me

EFlier in season I put Scott's weed and feed plus fertilizer. I got coved and pneumonia still in therapy. Wife send me picture of my once beautiful lawn and it's a mess. What do I need to put down to bring my lawn back

Broken wheel

Have a 14 month old DLX spreader, that the wheel broke, how and where can I purchase a new wheel. Havent had any reply from Scotts yet very disappointed. Have used there fertilizers for more than 30 years now, Im 75 years old so they cant say the spreader was over worked, well maybe its not built to last being mostly made of plastic.

Edge guard handle broke

The plastic broke where cable hooks onto wire to close edge guard l need help to get fixed, is there anyone in your service and parts department available or do I just throw out this spreader that I paid over $90.00 for!!!

House and siding cleaner

Will start it as all of your numbers that you have say the same thing Im sorry were closed even though it says open on the Internet I purchased house and siding cleaner at Lowes cost me $18 and it does not work. I want my money back. I expect to hear from somebody I have my receipt. Ive been trying to call all of your numbers for the last couple of days its ridiculous. How can you give a warranty on some thing and you cant even answer the phone

Ridiculous demands of the CUSTOMER

I went to IFA and bought their products at a much better price. My weed problem is now under control!!!

I will never waste my money on another product from Scotts ever again.

You might as well go out and urinate on your lawn it has about the same effect as their garbage!! I highly recommend IFA products!!!

Spent $140 for their turf builder weed and feed. Didn't work, called the company and was told that they're DEMANDING MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT!!! MY RECEIPT WITH ANOTHER $1,000 WORTH OF OTHER PURCHASES AND NO THEY WON'T RETURN IT!!! HEY SCOTT'S YOU MORON'S IT'S 2023 PULL YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR *SSES!!! NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Worst product, case # 4455****

This is the worst company in the nation. We are disappointed, dissatisfied and perturbed on your Scott weed and feed that are not working. We reported this to the customer service and sent them the required details. To our utter dismay, the first Brand Ambassador asked us to send the scanned barcode whereas another one asked us to send scanned barcode with a case number across that we did. The third Brand Ambassador is now asking us to send all receipts in mail that we are not going to do as they are changing their word every milliseconds. We are surprised a so called repute company Scott in the nation work such an unprofessional way! We are waiting for the check, failing which we will be compelled to approach the BBB and share our experience on all the websites including legal for a justification. We called them numerous times on this and they are simply not responding.

Ezseed centipede Grass

Hello, My name is Daniela. I moved from Boston to Myrtle Beach SC on October 2022, and I am new to this kind of grass. On Mar 14th 2023 I bought from Lowes a bag of 20Lb of Centipede Grass Patch and repair and I paid $55.48 plus tax. I applied per your instructions on the bag, I watered for 10 days morning and evening( no exception) and no results at all. On the spots I've applied there are weeds and no GRASS. I am reaching out to you after I was told by Lowes customer service that they can not do anything for me. I wish I can attach picture to see the results.
