Unhappy with result of complaint regarding power cut issues

Below is the email of complaint We have just returned from holiday to find out that we have had a power cut on the 19-06-23 As a result of this power cut all my tropical fish have died. 18 chichlids. I arrived home to find rotting fish floating around in the water. The smell was awful and this was really distressing for my elderly mother The fish tank is a sensory item to help with my mothers Alzheimers Please provide compensation in order to restock the fish tank We received an offer of £20 ( bearing mind 11 smaller fish had cost £111 to replace) Then we received an offer of £30 which I refused as would not come close to covering the cost of the fish I was ignored for a while then offered £20. I had to point out that they had previously offered £30 I have emailed almost every day advising that the 11 fish had cost £111. Finally they offered £50 ( that I have never agreed to accept but they sent the cheque out anyway. Due to our current circumstances I have had to cash the cheque

I have complain about Scottish power

I make account with them 26/07/23 direct debit for gas and electricity I was dont have electricity on Wednesday 09/08 all day and I have kids in the house they was crying all day because they want to eat And I call Scottish power 100 times and they dont help me They very bad servicing and the staff dont help at all they dont understand our issues we not happy we had very bad day with out electricity

No supply

5 broom Grove as no supply of electricity I am child minding my family members children and I can't get her electric on at her property this is a urgent matter one off occasion the meter is saying 1p debt owed we don't know any codes the tenancy holder is unable to reach and there is children of 2 and 1 year old at the property its going to be dark soon no can not get it to come back on please could you make a discretionary credit to the meter or call me on my number ASAP 0775951**** please someone help me

I am being harassed for a bill I have paid

I am being harassed for money that has already been paid. This has been going on for quite a while. My anxiety is through the roof and I cant take it any more. The debt was paid on the 9th June 2023.

Payment

I have been in contact with you over a couple of weeks and cannot access our account 160********. An email was received yesterday with details of payment due. We owe 107.76 and, no matter how I try to 'make payment', 'Access Denied' is the result' This has been the situation throughout this 'payment period'. I have already, as a last resort, sent a cheque to Scottish Power for 148.02 by 'snail mail'. This has been duly cashed. I am able to contact our bank in Scotland but not, alas, Scottish Power! It appears we still owe you 107.76. I am not prepared to send another cheque for this amount. Even clicking on 'make a payment' in the latest email sent by you, where I was able to read your statements and amount due, 'denied access'! Please note that we are in Canada and normally pay through our account with you via Visa, which is listed with you. This is extremely frustrating.Please allow access to our account, phoning you doesn't allow access either. In this part of Canada we are 8 hours BEHIND UK time.

Refund on electricty 29.99

No one has contacted me or refunded my 29.99 over payment on electricty, you cant get thro customer services, so this needs sorting NOW, It's a joke this, you want my money but j cant have an over payment. My number is 0797994****.

Not worth rating.

An inconsiderate company, no replies, false contact numbers or numbers that are no longer available, website and app that passes you about from pillar to post. Told them sometime ago our youth group couldn't afford the increased D/D they wanted and told them we could only afford £100/month. Due to hardship in our deprived surrounding areas and kids. Ignored and cut us off

*** poor service

3 months trying to get a meter to replace the one they removed Im so scunnered i can't be bothered to go into all the details. This outfit is a circus of clowns an absolute *** the ratings bar does not go low enough to properly assess them

Absolutely awful

I am trying to contact them about my deceased parents account. Their phone number takes me through the options, but when I select to speak to an agent it just cuts me off after a message about prioritising vulnerable customers etc. Online chat won't connect either. What an awful company.
