Phantom charges

Every time I go to capital 1 website to make or change payments score sense is somehow aware of it and their ad pops up I make no attempt to do business with them but they manage to attach a 30 dollar charge to my account I in no way intending to indict capital 1 I LOVE their service

Cancel membership and payment's

I would like to have my membership canceled and have all auto payments stoped this is the second time I have requested this. I will be calling my bank to have this action stopped and if it happens again I will take the next step. Thank you Dorothy Taylor

Very rude customer service. Felt threatened and privacy violated.

I would like to speak to customer service manager to explain!!! Drive thru cashier was rude and totally out of line. I asked to speak to manager numerous times. And finally she came to the window. I felt she had resolved the issue and she gave filled my order and I drove off only to see the cashier come outside and film me with her phone and yell something at me. I turned around and went inside and told the manager that was unacceptable. There were at about 10 employees standing around listening to the conversation. She was relatively nice but I felt threatened and unsafe so I left.

Want to keep other people from getting ripped of by another dishonest co.

They want to charge you $30 to cancel. You make me sick, just a bunch crooks trying to rip off the consumer. Hope the BBB deletes your service.

fraudulent, hard to get hold of, not authorized charges! charge a 1.00, then 2 days later , charge 39.90!

Terrible Customer Service & Unauthorized Charges on Bank Account

I received an unauthorized charged of $29.95 and have been trying to request a refund with no response from Customer Service for 2 days now of typing this. Will rate 1 stars until I hear back then maybe change rating after.

I want a refund !

Scoresense I was not paying attention when I went for my free credit score, my fault. I called immediately to cancel when I seen the charge on my credit card account. December 14 2022, I talked to "Kate" (doubt that was her real name), I received a cancellation number and told that I would get a $29.95 refund. As of Jan. 09, 2023 no refund on my credit card account. I called again, talked to "Lilly" and was told that she was sending an email to the financial department requesting a refund. I was told that the financial department makes the decisions on refunding the money. I asked "Lilly" if there was anyway that I could contact the financial department, she said "you have to call beck to this number". Scoresense is a real scam!

Took money from my bank account after deleting/ No reply back

I have not gotten a reply back from the company for a week, thought I texted them a week ago. I've deleted my account and found out they took money from my account. The email was sent to my other account moneyaly424@***.com and I have emailed the wrong credit score company. They've told me to get in contact with the company immediately.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Provided me a full refund along with an apology email.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Score sense has fully refunded my money as of November 30th, 2022. Thank you so much for your help!.

I did the trial they have, cancelled subscription the same night, or at least I thought I did. Then, full subscription fee was taken off my account. The same day, I called and asked for my money back and told them I had cancelled the same day I started the trial. I was informed that I was getting my refund in 7-10 business days. When nothing showed in my account, I contacted them again. This time I was told that I would see my refund in 3 days. 2 weeks later, I'm being told 3 more days. Still nothing until I get an email from them saying that I don't have sufficient funds for my upcoming month of service from them... I emailed them back telling them that I do not have a subscription with them, that I still have not received my refund for the last time they took money off my account and that they better not be removing any more funds off my account, and where is the money they owe me?? I have not heard back from them through email and when I call their customer service number I am hung up on every single time. So $39.99 off my hard-earned money, stolen out of my account as far as I'm concerned, and they continue to try and steal more?? I don't want to have any of my personal information associated with a company that has their employees lying to customers, ripping them off and thinking it's okay!! Worst mistake I could make!!

Credit score payment

I was trying to get my credit score and paid my dollar to start. In the meantime, I changed my phone. I lost the website. I didn't get all my archived e-mails. I pulled up my bank statement when I finally got back on line. 39.95 was taken out of my account. The phone number that was on my bank statement said National credit for homes. I called the number and they were closed. They sent me a phone number was Score Sense. I called Score Sense and the nice gentleman told me to E-mail you and explain what had happened. All I need is a refund of my money. Thank you, Cheryl Webb
