Monopoly Go Issue

I have been robbed on Monopoly Go! Your game crashed when I was in the middle of a wheel for completeing a property set, and then when it restarted where I had all but one sticker left to complete the set (which I have been working on for months) suddenly I had nothing. But still ticks in all but one of the groups in the album. It is still that way now. Please respond. I have sent a message before and been ignored and it just is not right to ignore your customers.

I want to keep this friendly but unsure i can

The issue with scopely is due to the lack of respect for the fans of the WWe champions game they dont listen to anything people say and they basically ruined the game Showdowns boss battles G blitzes they ruined special events they put 6 star characters in as normal with recommended superstars to go against them. The biggest issue is the key pulls and paying cash for a superstar its so screwed up because its random but its always random trash i have received they should make it so that if you spend real money in game you get something worth the money you spent #endscopelyfrommakingwwechampions another big issue is you cant contact them and give them any suggestions they just ignore you heck you cant even go to their website and email the developers trust me i tried it doesn't send at all i had something typed on my phone and it just wont send so yes im taking my compaint to any place that will allow me to rate this garbage company

I play dice with buddies and i have apps on my phone well dice with buddies is saying i o them money from back in may which i dont but they have my apps blocked wont let me update them or download them they have nothing to do with this game and how do i o from may this is july? I want the block lifted from my phone thank you

Extreme lag

Extreme lag issues all the way around. Game was unplayable. The lag seems to be subsiding. Thing moving a lot faster. Still a little sluggish. Thanks for the quick response. Respectfully WilliamFHalseyjr. LLAP.

Complained about monopoly go

Partner event is not functioning properly, my partner's macaroons aren't counting towards the cake, and the point be earned from my other partners are low even though they are high up in the board maps (meaning they have a lot of dice and macaroons to spare). Fix this please scopely, this game is great.

Stuck on community chest screen

Hello I am currently not able to play the game because I am stuck on the community chest screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same thing. I am not able to get to the ID number to provide for someone to fix it

Scammed of a purchase in monopoly go

I believe the customer support of scopely and hasbro currently have no clue what theyre doing, they need a new team to resolve these issues that everyone is having, who knows how much free money theyve got just cause you cant contact them after being scammed. They somehow can have the purchase history of the $4 purchase not show up on my Apple Cash but they cant fix their game.

Server 9 keeps crashing, the server needs to be repaired.it keeps kicking myself ana other players out of the game every 45 seconds.

No real people to talk to

I did not get what I purchased but they took my money. To file an issue their response time for a live person is 2-4 days. It didn't take.them 2-4 days to take the money out of my account

Please help! Need help with support tickets!

I play the game Yahtzee with buddies and I've had issues lately with support tickets I place. Specifically, no matter what I say, I keep getting the same automated response. In the game, in addition to being able to purchase the bonus rolls, there's the offers tab for free bonus rolls. I've been trying to use that in between being able to purchase rolls. It worked for a couple of the games, but now even though I download directly from that page, I get a response of it not associated or downloaded elsewhere. Even one that says in progress didn't give me the reward and I get the auto response that it's not associated. Even when I explained that I have a screen recording from downloading DIRECTLY from that page, and include the necessary game id information and screenshots, I get the same automatic response. It's extremely frustrating as those wouldn't be games I'd choose to play, so it feels like a huge waste of time to not get what I've properly earned. I spend money on this game and would like to continue doing so, but I don't feel right about doing that until this isn't a problem anymore. I really love Yahtzee and all the fun game styles and tournaments, but this issue is slowly changing how much I enjoy the game.

Poor support

Crap customer service that refuses to even help. Been locked out of my account almost four days and emailed and messaged over multiple platforms multiple times and no one seemed to be concerned with resolving a security breach issue!!! My account is linked to someone elses and I can access their stuff but my stuff is completely gone from my access!!!
