Having problems receiving my merchandise

I ordered two little batteries and they are additional trying to charge me brow shipping which have already charged me ground shipping in the total and Im trying to retrieve my package online and I cant very *** mad right now

When my great grandmother got her scooter it did not work and they just but my experience was that they would not help me they will not come they always have excuses not to and they are not nice but they will charge you for something that does not work unknown

Chair just stops,battery wont hold a charge,bolts fell out under the seat,

last week my chair stopped in the middle of the road,was by myself and I only have 1 leg, I am so sad HELP the battery wont hold a charge,all the bolts fell out from under the seat except one of them,my pouch in the back of my chair came apart inside the seam let go and I can not put anything back there,never had a good experience with the scooter store,I am in need of some serious help what's a guy with only one leg is to do please help me resolve this issue with my power chair thanks my e-mail site is jimssite1@***.com

The Scooter Store stopped sending me statements

the Scooter Store stopped send me a statement in September and then sent me a statement requiring me to pay the whole amount as I had broken my contract for my agreed upon monthly statement. In the meantime I had sent a check to payment address on an old invoice they cashed the check and still didn't send a statement of my account, of course there is no way to contact them through any of the numbers or email address. I sent in my payments for October, November & December with the same results. At one time I reached a Restructuring Info number and the lady said she would send my problem to the team to see what they said. I called 2 months in a row same answer, no results.I now can't find that number anywhere on the net. I think I am going to stop paying my bill and they can come and get me. I NEED HELP.

Has a hard time with the scooter store

My husband recieved a mobility chair and the very same day a motor went out it took 2weeks to get them to repair it. Now the chair is down for the 5th time and we cant get anyone to help.

The motors r going out again, the batteries won't hold a charge they have been changed already and even had to have new charger. The chair is falling apart and no one will do anything to help. Now what r we suppose to do we r stuck with a chair that won't run it gets charged and suddenly stops. It shuts down on its own. It has so many problems and there isn't anything we can do .If my husband didn't need it we wouldn't have gotten it. We should at least b able to get a replacement. *** my husband couldn't even use it for the first two weeks after he got it because of the motor going out.

SEE LETTER

September 3, 2013 The Scooter Store P.O. Box 660115 Dallas, TX 75266-**** ATT: Cash Funds I just received another invoice from your company stating that I owe $691.86. As you know I had received a refund from you at the beginning of March of this year for $678.77 which you promptly stopped payment costing me $15.00. I then received second check for $678.77 at the end of March this year. When I cashed that check it clearly indicated that you had corrected your accounting error. You sent me another invoice dated April 27, 2013 for the same amount. I don't understand why you keep sending me invoices for amounts that I do not owe. In reference to that invoice I spoke by phone to a Representative who reluctantly gave me his name as Mike B. ( I doubt very much that is his real name) He informed me not to pay and he would research the charge and call me back. As usual, I did not receive a call or any other communications from your company until I received another invoice for the same amount. I do not want to resolve this through the BBB and the bankruptcy court but if I have to, I will. My records show that the Scooter Store was paid $2,798.90 by me plus Medicare paid $1,543.64. Another payment was sent to you from AARP for $385.91 for a total payment of $4,728.45. You sent me refunds of $ $1,318.23 and $678.77. That clearly indicates that you have received a total of $2,731.45 Due to your chapter 11 bankruptcy, I have researched SPIN LIFE (www.spinlife.com )and discovered that they are selling the same Celebrity XLE 4 wheel scooter for $1,889.00 plus the charger at $145.00, the cup holder for $88.00 and the ramp for $339.00. This is a total of $2,461.00. As a result of this information, I believe you owe me a refund of the difference ($270.45). I am sure you have many unhappy customers due to your business practices and I am one of those customers. I am not financially able or willing to pay you the amount of this bill and I am sure you are not in a position to pay me the difference of $270.45. Therefore, I am willing to resolve this matter, if you send me a letter and correct your records showing my account paid in full. Still looking forward to your response. They frauded me and social security

I purchased a power chair Back in 2012 from this company, when I man cam out he fitted me for a chair, Upon signing the paperwork I saw that the price was 2500 more than what brocure said , I asked him about this and he told me extra cost was for anytime I needed repairs and it would be covered so I thought it was like an insurance policy. I had to have batteries replaced and called them after 3 months of calling back and forth they finally replaced batterys, The batteries lasted about 6 months and they told me I wasn't charging it right, they told me problems with insurance ect I replaced myself They keep on saying I had a 258.00 balance and that since I was renting machine couldn't do anything for me renting I thought my insurance was paying for it, they charged my insurance company over 300,00 for 2 batteries and then with the 50.00 per month I pay they charged me again for the batteries and now they say I still owe them and trying to collect again, I have proof of what they charged me and medicare but wont do anything about it, I contacted the better business bureau and they refused to answer back on the complaint, they charged me $2500. 00 More than brocure they have ripped me and medicare off and get away with it because their big business This company is commiting fraud and is getting away with it.

It cost HOW MUCH???

The Scooter stoore man came to my house. He made all his measurements etc. I don't have Medicare but I do have good Insurance. He and I both signed a contract for a chair. The chair was supposed to be no more than $10,000.00 of which I am responcable fo 10%. I got a call from him a couple of weeks later, he told me he was changing the type of chair he was getting for me to one that is LESS expencive.... They brought my chair. It's a nice one, BUT. Then I get the bill. They charged my Insurance co. close to $22,000.00 for the chair, of which I have to pay 10%.And they want larger monthly payments than I agreed to. I called them and told them that I had a signed contract for much less than they charged me. I was told that they have "Great Lawyers" and that they will wreck my credit if I don't pay. I tryed to call the man here in town that came to my house but he would no longer take my calls. I'm glad they went belly up. They deserve it.

I cannot start my powerchair because the switch doesn't work at all.

I called the Scooter Store a week ago, with a problem, I was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks before they could send someone to service the chair. OKAY! I again called this morning informing them that I am having a hard time starting the chair.I was told I had to wait. I called a second time, because the chair won't start at all I was told to make should that the Batteries were charged, I replied that they were. I was then told if I could not wait 4 to 8 weeks, to find another provider.

Defective batteries from scooter store repairs dept.

I had my scooter batteries replaced 6 months ago and then they quit working. I called the repair dept for service. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called and they said the paper work was messed up. They tried to blame it on my Doctor's office but my doctor was faxing the proper paperwork. It took 3 months to get batteries! When he came I asked if they were under warranty, he said no, I asked him if they would be pro-rated he said no. They charged medicare for the new batteries, which replaced the defective ones they put in on the previous visit. Then to top it off they charged me 67.00 to replace the defective batteries (I wonder if the 1st set, the defective ones were even new at all). I can-not stand their lying ad cheating of medicare and seniors!
