Little to no meat

We have been eating at Schlotskys for many decades and have never once had a complaint. Our usual order is the turkey avocado sandwich which always has a generous portion of meat on it and thats why we order it. Today at the Preston location in Dallas my husband went through the drive-thru and brought the sandwiches to our hotel. This sandwich had less than a childs portion of meat, it had little avocado and tons of lettuce. Called the store to complain and Veronica told us thats all they put on their sandwiches. Stores should be using a formula set by the franchise and should all be uniform. Weve eaten all over Texas in different locations and never once had such a tiny amount of meat on a sandwich. Veronica said she would refund us but it would take two business days. I guess time will tell.

Bad product

First, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the store or at PissedCustomer. I've been trying for TWO WEEKS. Please call 979-415-****. My experience at store #2923 was terrible as far as the quality of the sandwich I bought on a customer pick up. If I can't get follow up customer service I will have to be honest in my (non) recommendations of Schlotzskys.

Bad managers

My daughter had been working for a schlotzskys for a few days and the managers and owners treat their employees like trash. They belittle them and talk to them like they are nothing. This is a huge problem. Store number 1145 manager name is Janice

Food quality was not quality, it was not eatable

My wife went to schlotzkys and purchased 2 smoked turkeys with extra mayo, well , the sandwiches were so hard you could not eat them, and there was no mayo on either, I did call the manager and she offered a remake for medium sandwiches, and the bread was so hard once again it was trash, so i called the manager janet and told herand she said there were nothing she could do,

Messed up order and employees talking crap

Ordered 3 sandwiches and a cinnamon roll. Didnt get one of the sandwiches. So we go back and apparently they didnt ring up the 3rd sandwich. So we bought another one. While we wait Derek is in the back talking crap saying he read our order back to us which he did not! And just kept going on! We told the team lead we could hear but you could tell she was to scared to say anything and needs more training cause she couldnt even verify the order because there was no receipt had to go back to the car grab the food to show her when all she had to do was look at the screens. So by the time we got the 3rd sandwich the rest of the food was cold, bread wasnt cooked all the way and there was more lettuce then anything. So a $17 sandwich definitely wasnt worth it!!

Treated unfairly

I felt treated differently from the other customers. I was the only African American in the restaurant. The lady that received my payment, she was not friendly. She didn't put a smile on her face. But she smiled at the other customer. I felt unwanted.

I went there at 7:55 and they had already locked the doors and we’re standing there on their phones not even paying attention that a customer was at the door and it was it 8 o’clock therefore it was n

I went to purchase a sandwich and drink. It was five minutes before closing, but the doors were already locked and the employees were standing around at the counter on their phones wouldnt even acknowledge me at the door! It was very frustrating and unprofessional of them not to even acknowledge me not to mention it wasnt closing time yet.

Wrong order

Order 2 pizzas as today is BOGO and one was not a pizza, half a folded pizza with the wrong ingredients on it.

Dissatisfied with sandwiche

I was using a T-mobile reward and it took the cashier a while to figure out how to put it in the register. I asked for no lettuce but when I got home I had lettuce on my sandwich. I call the store and no one answered the phone so that's when I contacted pissed.

Okay I will try to make this short but it is hard and does no justice. This guy is wonderful he is always welcoming and happy when he serves you. In this day and age with nasty and terrible customer service in any industry it is a hard to find people like him. Thanks Sam Reynolds Road in Toledo OH

Customer Complaint

Really bad attitudes one employee didn't want to take my order so I was switched from person to person 3x the manager proceeded to mock and laugh and make a big deal about not putting a cookie on the kids meal I asked for and to just add the extra brownie to the order. Our food came in two seconds and was wrong stale cold and just not good service at all .. not to mention they had so many boxes at the front if food just sitting at the front so I hope I don't get sick...idk I used to love schlotskys

Worst Customer Service in my 64 years of experience

Visited store #1592 on July 15, 2023. Was greeted by MS. Nikki at the register who never looked up during the entire ordering process. She did manage to fiddle with her 3 inch long, multi-colored nails all the while never saying one word. From the time I walked in till when she handed me my receipt, she never spoke or looked up. She had a hand written badge indicated that she was the manager. As a bonus, while waiting for my sandwich, I was treated to listening to her yell and curse at the people making the sandwiches. Perhaps I should have expected this as 1 -2 years ago this particular store was shutdown due to health code violations. I can't find a direct link to file a complaint with their corporate office, I have to think it's for a reason. If this is the type of management that Schlotzsky's wants, no more Schlotzsky's for me.

Messed up order....bad

ordered 3 sandwiches and a calzone. one sandwich was a meal. every single part of the order was wrong. paid for extra cheese, got no cheese. asked for no tomato on one, all had tomatoes. ordered a mellow yellow, got lemonade or iced tea. not sure exactly what it is. nothing was marked so no idea which sandwich was which.all looked identical. the only thing that was right was the calzone, which is probably wrong but I've never ordered it before and don't know for sure. forgot my drink. had to ask for it. the lobby was closed so I had to pick up my order from drive through. spent over $50 for a wrong order. not amused.

Rotten food ,rotten service

Me and my family spent 70.00 on this resturants sorry service and really bad tasting food the manager is the worst person I've ever experienced she doesn't belong at any fast food I will never return to that store the lady refused to replace my order much less refund my 70.00 to *** with schlotzsky's

I need to speak to a manager or a general manager, or a district manager

For one I love Schlotzskys but the main reason Im calling is a complaint on an employee this is from Colorado Springs Colorado, and the location is right outside of US air force Academy off of North Academy It just stormed and we walked into the store and the young female clerk. She was very nice and said that the power just went out and it be about 15 minutes before they can start making sandwiches and I said oh really how long has it been out and she said about 15 minutes and I looked at my husband I said you wanna wait around for a minute and see if it comes back on, and this young boy comes walking up behind her and says the power just went out and theres nothing we can do about it I looked at him and I said you know were never gonna come back here again and my husband says you were very rude and Im gonna call your district manager and the boy did not give a crap So I hope your check into this situation and Im sure you mightve had complaints before or about him but Ive been coming to Schlotzskys since 1977 or 1978 when it they first opened up And if you want any for me information, you can call me back at 719-651-**** or my email that I think is given in this paperwork

Poor customer service.

I waited 46 minutes for a call in order.. I always have issues with the slowness of the service and attitude
