Consultant stealing

Consultant claims she is taking cash donations to purchase Buddies for police departments to give to children in need. The police department has no knowledge or want of her supposed charitable work.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Scentsy switched my order over to my consultant.

Burner fire

My burner was turned off,i woke to a fire .Scared me to death and if i was not home my house would have burned down.I filed a complaint and i was told i would be contacted.Has not happened.Im upset and angry.I have smoke damage,it burned through my hp printer and my burner is distroyed.And it will not let me post photos

Report someone using scenty name for direct tv

Shelby tinnes is got Directv account in scentsy name at her house at 2038 Sherry's lane Millen Georgia 30442 , as a business account. And Shelby tinnes dont own scenty.

Not happy at all

My first consultant decided to use my bank card to order herself stuff change my shipping address to her address so my stuff went to her home so I switched Consultants because scentsy would not do nothing about it... now with my new consultant they had a deal going on in August that if you made a $350 party you got a free warmer they told me I did not qualify for a free warmer I made them almost $700 in sales. It sucks because I love my new consultant but with the way that Scentsy handles things I'm not sure I want to do business with them anymore.

Great customer service but still no order yet

I contacted my personal representative initially when i tracked my order showing no delivery date or movement at fedex. After no contact back from my representative, I decided to contact customer service who advised me to wait 5 days if no movement to call them again . They also and called fedex and placed a trouble ticket . The next day being the 5th day, i called and they resent a replacement package out. That was six days ago and i still havent received the package at all. Hoping it comes tomorrow.

Fraud with one of your sellers

I ordered $97 of sentcy from one of your sellers and they pocketed my money and said she don't sell sentcy anymore after they had my money for a month and a half. I am livid I love your products but when I pay for it I expect to get what I paid for. It would be best if you made sure your sellers didn't have a felony for grand larceny like she does. She never even gave me a receipt even though I asked multiple times for one.

Cancel order

I spent a fortune on my last order of bricks I know the scent is supposed to last about 60 hours .I have 12 scentsy in my small apartment and I cannot smell them when they are new at all. I would like to be refunded my money. Michelle Durfee 330-338-**** Please fix this thank you

Damaged package

My 1st order in this Subscription was sent to my house damaged it was it looked like it had been ran over by a car and even the package receipt things said damaged all I would like is to have it replaced the container the perfume goes down in and the perfume we're both damaged

6 months I have been getting the run around from a consultant and I never received my order! Scentsy is never open and does not have a good number to call!

Take it from me, a former consultant

I've wasted 2 years and I don't even know how much money on this company. It is a complete scam, if anyone here thinks they can make money from selling scentsy you are mistaken! Even the directors. Don't believe anyone who claims to make big money off this company because they are either lying or cheating the system. And trust me, there are lots of cheaters out there, who make it just that much harder for those who are actually working at it. After building up my team (my pyramid)and working my butt off there wasn't much more I could do. I stalled. Everyone sold scentsy, its become saturated with consultants. So I had a few bad months and they stripped away whole team and wrongly took my title as well. I fought them tooth and nail and after taking to the highest up person I could possible get on the phone, they told me yes THEY were wrong and I was RIGHT, but they still wouldn't do anything about it. All they could do was change their wording in their policies so it wouldn't happen again. Today was the last straw when I noticed less than 3 months of an order being entered, they removed it along with all the hostess rewards I rightfully earned. I tried calling the support line but they close so stupidly early I couldn't get to them and now tomorrow it will be too late. All they care about is money. Heidi and Orville want you to believe they care about their consultants but they couldn't care less. If they did they wouldn't make it so hard on us.
