I need a refund

I got rash after using the product I jus need my money back an stop charging me for the product..I don't want to Use the app for scentbird no more... Give me my money back.. they keep charging my card to some I don't want to use no more..

Perfume broke

My perfume came broke . And yall dont have Customer service where somebody can call and talk to I mean you all keep charging my debit card over and over and I do not want to keep receiving your perfumes so I dont know what to do but you keep putting me inside of a overdraft and Im tired of it so please quit stop sending me these damn perfumes

Missing order

My order was sent to the wrong address it was supposed to be sent back to you guys and then re-sent to me this is been over a month and I still have not received the order

Didn't receive May fragrance

I didnt receive my fragrance for May. Its impossible to talk on the phone with customer service unless you pay $5 which I refuse to pay. It was their screw up

Subscription cancellation

I had the subscription for three months and dicided to cancel my subscription since I wasnt using the perfume. Months later I notice that they are still collecting not only collecting money out of my accout but for three months they canceled out of my sons account, too!! One month they took out twice in my account and once in his sccount!! So that means they took out THREE times instead of one!! Scentbird does not have a customer service phone number so customer service is done by the app or by email only. And OBVIOUSLY that is lacking!!

No phone number

Scentbird, youve been around for SO LONG now. Why would you not have a customer service number?? I can start one for you if youd like (for real). I dont think that I wouldve signed up had I known I couldnt contact you by phone! It still exists. Not everyone wants to email their situation-it takes unnecessary time and energy. And THEN I have to wait and you reply at your own convenience and not at mine. I dont know. I love the scents and the idea. However. Having an actual conversation with a person to resolve an issue would be much much much more beneficial to your company. Thanks.

Subscription

I started my subscription on June 17 and has still yet to receive my perfume it is still saying is it was in processing it has been one month on Monday

The sample was sent to me does not lash is not worth the money

Did not even last an hour I would like to cancel my membership. Thank you. and thats not one of the fragrances I was looking for that I put in my inquiry so I would appreciate if someone can reach out and contact me so that I can cancel my subscription or you guys do better. I do not believe in buying fragrances that does not even less far is the scent. I spend lots of money on fragrances from other places and the scent last two days, the scent still be in my clothes the scent still be on my body and till I wash it off so please contact me at 989-717-****. Thank you again since I had to put 100 symbols wow.

Over charged

Terrible , I won't ever recommend sentbird any body. You overcharge my account , monthly pay is 16.95 and you have taken from me 18.95 + 31,00$ total 49 $ . Same day 8 of July...I expect my money back in my account latest Monday 10 of July. I will report you to BBB . sariannejohnson7@***.com

I'm having one *** of a time with this company I am not satisfied

I ordered from scentbird over 14 days ago and I'm still not getting any kind of information it's still stating that my package is being processed I go to the website to try to track my package and it's all lies I've contacted them several times and I'm getting nowhere if I would have ever known my money was going to take this long to be spent on a product I didn't receive I would have went elsewhere with my money I'm completely dissatisfied with this company it's absolutely horrific

I have no idea what I ordered

This will be the 3rd or quite possibly the 4th time I have written to scentbird. The problem I have is I do not recall EVERY picking out any fragrance. In fact , yall asked for my credit card information before I was even able to look at the products & pick the ones I wanted . So heres the deal,I wld like to know how I can access the site & find out what it is that I supposedly to have picked & purchased. Not mention I have no idea what credit was used to make the purchase. AGAIN PLZ HELP!!! Plus I want to cancel the subscription for next month!

Package not delivered

Package was not delivered to my door, DHL CANNOT PUT PACKAGE IN MAIL BOX ONLY USPS HAVE KEYS TO DO SO? SO WHERE WAS MY PACKAGE LEFT? My 1st ORDER & I'M HAVING ISSUES RECEIVING PRODUCT ! P L E A S E. CANCEL AMY FUTURE ORDERS, I WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS EVERY MONTH. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR HELP? I'M CALLING MY BANK TOMORROW TO STOP PAYMENT & FUTURE PAYMENTS. PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY DOOR? WHERE WAS IT LEFT I DONT KNOW BUT IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH DHL DELIVERY, THEY ALSO HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE #. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.. Product issue

I received the product (Versace Eros Scent Sample) and it smells very good through the bottle--but that's the problem. When I try to use the scent, it does not come out of the sprayer. Instead, it slowly leaks into the case that came with it. If I can receive a reimbursement sample, I would greatly appreciate it! Let's get this product perfected! Keep being great.

Cancel membership

They make you email them to cancel membership I emailed them on April 22nd they still billed me on May 23rd and did not cancel my membership they do not have phone number to call them do not recommend as it is impossible to cancel the membership
