It’s legitimate please read don’t scroll pass

I use to work for this company a few years back. I swear I don’t anymore and wouldn’t want to due to drama amongst staff but yes they are real advocates and do work for the patient. Not every customer service agent is as good or as knowledgeable as the other. It’s a call center so there’s a turn around but there are people there who legitimately work hard for the customer. And it is hard work harder than most people think. It’s so easy to miss something on a document and get locked out of pharmaceutical programs with this company they know all the stipulations that are required that someone may miss or mess up on. Most people don’t realize pharmaceutical companies make money off of their meds and their goal is to continue to make money so the more people able to get in their programs they lose money. Most people that have negatives comments are angry because they don’t pay attention to the verbal contract or try and rush through the call and don’t listen to “monthly service fee” yes people are working for you. Or they don’t like the length of time with detail that is required to get you into these programs. If you get frustrated with the process could you really imagine doing it yourself?!?! They are knowledgeable and go through training to do what they do. I wasn’t always happy working there but I believe in the service I provided. I hope you took the time to read and take a Chance in them one day.

It is a scam

Shame on these scammers for ripping iff or trying to rip off people that are looking for some assistance with high cost medicine. I filled out a short application inline, informed I needed to call 888-331-****. Spoke to a gentlkeman that said he was in Austin. Something didn't seem right to me during the short conversation, I became uncomfortable, so I ended the call.. within seconds I get a voicemail from Douglas telling me to call the 888# regarding my application. The called id showed the call to be coming from 281-369-****, which apparently is from Rosharon,Tx which is nowhwhere near Austin. I am contacting Google, the actual drug manufacture, and Austin,Rosharon District Attorney to inform them of this scammer.

Dishonest

i called the company on 10-10-2017. Then I called the company the same night. I cancelled after talking with Marcia. Per the reviews the company is a scam. Since 10-10-2017 I have talked with Marcia, Ashley ,Julia, and Roxanna. I cancelled the same night and they want me to believe I did not cancel within the time frame. I paid the company on 10-10-2017 and the staff claims I did not. If there claim is ( that I did not cancel where is my kit and paperwork? Today is 10-23-2017 and I have not received anything. phone our Virginia District Attorney and I am working to file charges against your company. I could not find one positive review about your program. Send my deposit and first months payment by 10-30-2017 or I will post my experience on face book and twitter. Lethia Nuckols

KNOWLEDGE OF STAFF 0 , FALSE ADVERTISING,MISQUOTED, NO CREDIBILITY,

I talked with several employees and each had a different story. The company has no credibility. I cancelled my membership because I do not trust them. I also sent a letter to the BBB. I am including a copy of my letter to Robin Farmer, Frank Todd and Brandon Todd. I would be embarrassed to work for this company. If I do not get my refund ASAP I will post on Face Book, Twitter and anyone that will listen to me. I only paid the deposit and one month payment. I have not received any forms or paperwork. I do not want to be associated with this company. They have awful reviews.

Do not sign up with them!

They will bury you in paperwork to get prescriptions, they will delay and mess up the doses of prescriptions, they once let the receptionist at my doctors office alter my dosage (not the doctor), they do not fully inform you about billings and etc. Then they will bury you in more crap to cancel, all the while parroting the company line of "yah huh we said that." They dont care a bit about their customers.

Horrible!! Misleading Information

I tried to sign up with them when I did not have insurance and did not have a job. They stated that they needed a prescription from the doctor but I told them that the doctor would not see me without insurance and I explained that to them. They insisted that they still would be able to help me regardless of this information. I indicated I would attempted to get the doctor to sign but was not successful all the while them promising to help me. They also hounded to pay for my account even though all they sent me was an application in the mail. At this point o had paid the them $85 for initial sign up in July and $35 for the month of August. Did I mention all they did for me was send an application to me. That's it. So they took my $85 and kept it and refunded me $35 for August payment. They mislead you into thinking that they can help but they cannot.

Bad business....

Don't use this bogus business. They just want your money and act like they are earning it by obtaining low cost prescriptions. I paid the initial fees and the $80/ monthly fee and recieved the initial bottle of meds and 1 refill. That's it. Long story short. I haven't got a Rx. Since Feb 2017. But they where still collecting my money. How about a Class Action Lawsuit? They are thieves Brenda Klabacka

They are scamming the public as well as the drug companies

This company is scamming the consumers that are in need. Right along the major pharmaceutical companies, in my opinion they need to be shut down. They charge a one time fee of fifty dollars and all they do is put a pre prepared envelop in the mail, then they hassle the customer about getting it filled out and sent back, basically this company is BOGUS. Thier customer service representatives are rude and extremely unprofessional. My dealings were with a female named Meghan "don't forget the h" she is extremely rude, they have 28 complaints none resolved.

SelectCare Benefits Network - Discounted Prescriptions Review

My mom found out she had Stage four lung cancer and it was terminal. My mom lived on social security and did not have the money for the prescriptions her doctors were writing. She found out about select care and signed up. She was hospitalized at the time in her packet came to my house . My mom passed away two days after leaving the hospital and never opened the packet . We called to cancel they select care and they said to send the packet back, we did but they took out for a month knowing my mom was no longer alive. So they initially took out $360 after knowing she wasn't going to be using there services took out another $ 240 And they did nothing for my mother . Every time I call about a refund I get the run around

SCAM!!!!

This company is a SCAM!!! Here is a statement of what SCBN took out of my account totaling $880.00 The second photo is what SCBN actually paid out for my medications. SCBN profited $520.00 off of me!!! Here is proof of what this company actually does to it's customers. Beware people. The RX Outreach prescription drug company charges me the exact same prices listed listed here on the RX Outreach photo. This is not a discounted rate the SCBN gets. You can go straight through the RX Outreach and pay the discounted rates and not be charged anything extra. You will pay exactly what the paper from RX Outreach says. No tax. No fees.

Warning... Scbn Red Flag

I almost signed with Scbn on yesterday 01/13/2017. But when he said he needed my bank acct number that was the red flag. I told him I don't give anyone my bank account number. Told him that I will talk with my husband first. Actually I wanted to do more research. So glad I did. Was about to give him the $85 (one time $50 and $35) and after that it would be $35 a month. It is a shame what they are doing. He really had me fooled for a minute. Talking about I qualify and he will have an advocate to call once I pay the $85. He also said well you can wait till the weekend and get back to me. Check us out with the BBB. Call us back anytime. WOW! People are something else!

Too Much Personal Info Required...

Upon receiving a call within 30 seconds of entering information online from Heather to inquire about a discounted medicine I found things to be suspicious. I Googled the name of the company Select Care Benefits and found comments stating they are a rip off and not the honest company they claimed to be. While reading this info, I was switched to another person Heather to verify all the information and when they asked for all kinds of proof of income and other information. I told her to cancel this, I was reading that it is a scam. So hopefully, I have saved myself the problems all these other people have endured. I They were pushing for a routing number and bank account information, when I was paying with my HSA card. I don't understand why they needed my social security information either. Too much info was taken with date of birth, address, phone number, middle initial, doctor. I can only pray that I don't get ripped off.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS WELL AS YOUR IDENTITY AND DON'T WANT TO BE CHARGED OVERDRAFT FEES STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

This company is the worst I joined them in March and did not receive one ounce of medications UNTIL either May or June and the only reason I received it was because I had to threaten them with legal actions they never once called me to tell me that my "doctor" filled out the paperwork incorrectly which I seriously doubt he did since I was actually there when he signed it and I am the one who mailed it off to them. If you value your money PLEASE I BEG YOU to not believe the garbage or BS their "advocates" or anyone who gives them a five star rating are trying to sell you, they are crooks and prey upon the needy which is sickening and sad in my honest opinion it is ridiculous how long it takes to receive your medications but takes them only seconds to drain your bank account on a monthly basis mind you I joined them in March and received medicine in May or June have not received anything since their excuses are far fetched and they cannot even remember my prescribing doctor name they have too many different PO BOX's and phone numbers as well as names for their company why not have just one physical legit address and phone number, or if you do get a PO BOX why not have one instead of multiple from a different postal code not the one that you see on your membership kit, this is the last and final straw in fact they named another doctor who I've never met or given any kind of approval to change around my medications to. I tried to work with them but they are just not worth it, I've dealt with plenty of medicine assistant programs and none of them are as slimey as these people are. Whomever is giving them great reviews more than likely works for them because their score is 2.1 on facebook and none of the reviews on their facebook are nice they have one stars with just about everyone and customers are asking for refunds they waste no time trying to belittle them and tell them how wrong they are and how right they are when in fact they are manipulative and conniving, I am also gonna contact my bank and have them dispute or refund me for the cash they pulled off my card yesterday or today I refuse to let these crooks drain me for every penny I have and I refuse to let them think they will get away with it, they are also not a health insurance agency but they are passing themselves off as one when you look them up on Google yet in their membership kit they state that they are not a health insurance company so why pass yourself off as one when you pop up on Google? I am in the process of getting them to refund me all of my money back $140 (since I did receive medicine in May & there was a hold in April since I had not received any kind of medications from them when I joined them on the 9th of March for $85 so that does not count ) as well as ending my membership with these *** artists. They deserve to be shut down I am actually extremely upset and stressed I worry more if I am getting scammed and will receive medications with these people than I do not worry, I would rather figure out some other way to get my medications than to keep having to make them do their jobs and actually send me what I am paying for. I am actually so distraught over this as I wait on them for my medications I am actually becoming sicker my symptoms to my lupus are not getting better they are getting worse no thanks to them at all. I just want a refund of the amount that they owe me and I will be happy to figure out how to get help by people who actually want to help me and not take my money for the fun of it. I would not recommend anyone to these clowns do your research before you even give them any information that way you can decide for yourself if you want to do business with these people or not.
