I PURCHASED SCANGUARD PRO ON 6-8-2023. I KEEP GETTING AN ICON SAYING MY PRESCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED WHICH IT HAS NOT. IT GOOD FOR A FULL YEAR. THE ICON IS MESSING UP MY LAPTOP. Recover my Password Vault

How do i gain access to my paid subscription software. Especially my Password Vault I have been a customer since 2018. Never experienced bad service like im having. Been using my vault storing all my passwords, now dont have access to them. Ive searched bank & email files without success.

Product does not work. Have tried to cancel but no clear way to do so on their site

Technical question

Called customer service Menu items for technical department disconnects after answering (3) times Website offers email response ( if a customer has technical issues, we dont want to wait for email response Contacted cancellation department, said I had annual subscription, cant cancel, he offered to email me a detailed information to correct my issue, 12 hrs later havent received Cant cancel, cant speak in real time to discuss, product cant be used. Your awful

It showed up on My account I didn't know anything about Scan guard after they billed me I was upset I'm Shure they are a good company one mistake it can happen to anyone let's be understanding maybe I will try them in the future but this is a bad timeline for me

Automatic payments

I guess I got an email over a month ago but yesterday 8-31-22 scanguard pulled $149.00 out of my account. It overdrew my account and I will get charged a huge fee before scanguard will refund $120.00 of it back. I am NOT happy! The website says $29. Its obvious a scam.
