So I went to sabarro in canton Ohio & your manager said they didnt have it which is a lie because it would have told me online so I need a refund of my money cause that was some straight up bs & your workers need to do better. Please email me back asap. They didnt want to do their job & they was VERY disrespectful! & not only was they disrespectful they told me I needed to cancel my order & get a refund,, never told me how to cancel it,, never told me how to get a refund nothing. That was very disrespectful.

Raw Pizza

I Went to West Town mall ordered a pizza it was completely burnt. I asked for a new pizza they gave me one raw, and it fell apart then served my return pizza to customers

Horrible Experience

My recent experience was horrible and insulting. First I would like to say that the mall itself has no air working which made my experience even worse. As a diabetic my sugar starting dropping, while waiting in line for six minutes for a drink. The person who was at the register (the manager) I asked him for a lemonade with no ice. The manager rudely advised me oh we cannot and will not serve you a drink with no ice, it's company policy??? My response was so you're going to serve me something I don't want, and make it a new policy?? His response was take it or leave it... So I left angry and forced to stand in line even longer at another restaurant. It's various reasons I don't prefer ice in my drink, but I shouldn't be forced to take it (PAY FOR IT)! I will no longer patronize your establishment because of this (manager who advised me he doesn't have a manager) trying to force me to consume and pay for something I don't want!!

Received an email from Sbarro customer service with an apology, and they stated that they are processing me a refund. Thank you Sbarro.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas to be delivered on July 2, 2023. Delivery guy was great but one of my pizzas was extremely burnt. I was very disappointed as this pizza is my granddaughters favorite I contacted Sbarros. They received my message regarding the burnt pizza, but they ignored it and never responded back to me.

Online order

I placed an online order through the Sbarro website NOT DOORDASH. When I got there she told me that the store closed early due to lack of employees and that she cannot cancel or refund the order. I got the runaround for the next 2 days just to have the same woman tell me she didn't remember me and could not replace the order or refund it even though I had to email confirmation. On the email it says that the order was complete, and that I picked this order up. I believe that woman stole My money. She was very rude and not helpful at all. I don't believe that she would have forgotten me two days after the original incident. I'm sure it's not something that happens often. But I never got a refund and never got to order replaced. Felt like a complete robbery.

Wrong items

i have ordered sbarro through the app 2 days ago. ive been trying to reach out since for a refund. i order breadsticks and pizza from you guys and a received a pizza that look as if it was almost a personal size pizza. i have pictures of the pizza. the box was extremely big, it was a large size box and the pizza fit not even half of the box. the pizza was then cold. i would like a refund.

Canceled online order need my refund.

I ordered two different pizza on line and I canceled the one for pick up 168564****702****. I called the Springfield location store just to be told I have to find the number to call customer service myself! I still need my refund!

Managers at this location don’t keep their word (Plaza Bonita San Diego CA)

Been waiting for a refund since Feb1st. Natalie, the manager at the Plaza Bonita Location told me she contacted corporate for my refund and to wait a week. I waited and called a week after. Nothing. Cant get a hold of her. Waited another week, none of the other managers want to help. This place sucks! Ordered a pizza, and had no sauce on it. Salad was old.

Ridiculous

I paid for a pizza that I cannot cancel the order and they cannot cancel apparently and I'm unable to pick up because I'm at a different location trying to pick up my pizza! no one has a manager on staff. No one knows what they're doing. I asked to speak with the manager and they said that they cannot cancel and I have to call Corporate

Worst manager at Southern Park Mall kayla Kirk so disrespectful

The manager was being really rude to the person In front of me when she came to me cussing and everything else coming from someone who was a general manager of a fast food place this isnt right at all and she shouldnt be the face of the company she should be fired for the disrespect

Manager refused to cook my order due to Black Friday

I paid for three large cheese pizzas and I went to go pick them up when it was ready and was told that they are not making them because its Black Friday and I was charged $53 already so I have no pizza and was charged
