Wrong product
The power supply cord you sent is the wrong size. The tip is fatter & doesnt fit in the camera cord.

Wrong item received, but was given a complete refund.
The item I received was incorrect. Initially, they agreed to let me keep the wrong item and refund my purchase price less shipping. I convinced them that they needed to refund the entire purchase price, which they did. Be advised that the policy of this company is to not refund shipping if an incorrect item is received. They granted me an exception, which was the fair thing to do.

Order placed for 1 day delivery 4 days later still not here. Disputing the charge through my bank. On the other hand it is being shipped by the USPS which in my opinion is broken!

They sent the wrong item. I tried to contact them for return instructions and to have the correct item sent. No response, so I put the charge in dispute. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I didnt authorize any payment for Coulogy. I want my refund asap. My phone was stolen from me and my account was hacked by my ex sister-in-law and I got a notification from Coulogy saying they took $94 out of my account via PayPal.

Sent counterfeit of HP product order I had cancelled
I had ordered an HP specific product from this vendor. 10 minutes after ordering it online, I cancelled the order. But this vendor sent the item anyway--when I received it I saw why. It was a generic of an HP product. The generic could be purchased for $12.99, but they shipped it as HP brand--and charged me $35.99. Called them directly during regular business hours, and received a message telling me to leave aDOND voicemail

Wrong item sent
I ordered a power cord adapter for my computer. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Received the wrong adapter a week later. I have been trying to contact them for days. I have e mailed them several times and also have called their customer service number. When you call there is no way to speak to anyone, all you can do is leave a message. I have left a message every day for the last 3, no one ever calls back. Their message says they will call back soon. I now see how many complains there are for this company. DON"T ORDER FROM SAVINGOLOGY.COM THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY.

To warn others not to waste money
I gave the model, make and serial number and they matched me to a charger. Shipping was expensive. When it arrived it did not fit. I have to pay to ship it back and pay a restocking fee because they can't get the match right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM
