No Possession till now. Paying every month.

Purchased flat in 2013 with subvention scheme. No posession till date. Was not suppose to pay anything till possession other then 20% downpayment. now paying PEMI for last 4 years with no refund. Pathetic builders. Keep away from any SARE project. If possible raise a criminal case and get your refund.

I bought flat in ebony greens sare homes ghaziabad from that time no good tenant r there n all gunda elements r running this society no help from office people n paying society charges from last five

No possession only pre emi

I had purchased a flat in Springview heights Ghaziabad in 2013 and builders is not paying any pre emi under subvention. I'm paying emi to bank for no property. Pls join hands and file a case in NCLT for solvency of this company to get our money back. Nclt is an expensive option so I need more Ppl like me to go together. I'm reachable at 91-7838****66

Sare is a big cheat....They have shut their office in Gurgaon and run away..no one is in the office for past seven days security excuse is the company server is Down

I bought a four bedroom flat in Sare in the year 2012 and have paid 95% of the cost till date have not got the possession. Entire staff from their Udyog Vihar office is absconding no one is answering phones including the Sare MD Vineet Relia . I am going to file an FIR against the MD and the company for cheating and filing a case with RERA ... contact me on 981009****

It is horrible to stay here. Builder is taking residents for granted. Nothing is right. Generator not being serviced. ARD of most lifts not working posing life threat situ

Power is cut 25 times a day. Electrical appliances burning. Lifts getting stuck every day. Watchmen on stike every second day due to non payment of salary. It is a jungle Raaj. Do not even think to buy a flat here. See the so called green area which is a mess and security hazard. STP in a mess whole township in a mess. Feel horrible to stay here.

SARE the cheater of false promises.

directors of SARE Jubilee Shelters Pvt. Ltd., having its regional office at Chennai in First Floor, SKCL Icon C-42 & C43, CIPET Road, Thiru-Vi-Ka Industrial Estate, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai- 600032, the representative of the above said company had approached me in August 2011 and stated that they are constructing International Lifestyle residential apartments namely SARE Crescent Parc Township at SowbhagyaVijayam Nagar, Thiruporur Post &Taluk, Kanchipuram District with all the amenities. 2. Further the above said persons have promised and used the following flimsy words for selling their flats: a. The building will be constructed by the Builder who is No.3 in India. b. The flat owner will enter aWorld Class Cosmopolitan Living c. The project is undertaken by the UK based billion Dollar Company d. 104 Acres of Gated Community with Secured Compound with 60 Acres of Open Spaces (Greenery)etc. e. Proposed Thiruporur OMR bypass road and Railway track 3. Further they also misrepresented that apart from the above, the following amenities will be provided at the site: a. International School- Centralised AC class room b. International Hospital, Proposed Bank with ATM c. International Standard Club with GYM, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Outdoor Games-Basket Ball Tennis Court d. Family lounge, Old Age home, Children Play area, Park, Landscapes e. Only 40 % Built-up Area, Shopping Complex, Restaurants f. EB Sub Station, Police Station, Fire Brigade etc g. 24 Hrs securitised compound h. Water – Individual RO Plant, Drainage Connectivity, Rain Water Harvesting etc 4. Believing the flimsy words and promises of the said persons, I have booked a flat bearing no M-6101, measuring an extent of 1012 Square feet, Phase–IV, Block M, Crescent Parc, Dewy Terraces, OMR, Chennai.The cost of my flat is Rs 28,28,508 and I have paid 98% of the amount at regular intervals by availing a home loan with Axis Bank vide Loan Account No. PHR00820072**** and registered my flat through sale deed on 2nd March 2016 bearing document No. 3429 of 2016, SRO, Thiruporur. 5. As per the construction updates shared to customers through email and published in company website only 75% of the construction was completed as on May 2016. The builder deliberately misrepresented the facts to cheat and employed fraudulent tricks to obtain money from me and other customers. The builder without completing the construction, issued an offer of possession letter stating the flat is ready for possession dated 28.11.2014 demanding the final 10% payment which should be paid only at the time of possession. 6. As per the sale agreement, builder must deliver the possession within 24 months and 3 months’ grace period (i.e. Before November 2014) from the date of building plan approval. (i.e. June 2012). However, the above said builder has not completed the construction till date and there is no construction progress for the last 2.5 years. The builder has no intentions of delivering the flat with repeated attempts trying to contact the builder through various means that includes electronic medium (Email, Phone calls) and personal visits to the regional office. 7. I am being a honest tax payer, had purchased my first property investing all my 12 years of hard earned money in buying a dream home to live with my old aged parents, wife and kid with proper amenities. Owning a dream home was shattered into pieces because of such fraudulent activities carried out by the builders. The builder has swindled our money by not employing the funds collected from me and others for the said construction of the flat. After collecting the money from me, the above said persons have not completed the construction and not provided the promised amenities. On account of the above, the above persons have obtained illegal profit/benefit. 8. The above said persons have committed fraud and cheated all the homebuyers including me. I am in a state of despair, having lost the hard-earned money to the said persons. I am staying in a rental home paying rent, loan payment with Interest to the bank with tremendous mental stress and financial strain. 9. Therefore,I request you to take appropriate action against the above said directors,SARE Jubilee Shelters Pvt Ltd, freeze their bank accounts and to carry out real estate fraudulent proceedingsagainst them. I also suspect they might be indulging in tax evasions, money laundering using their muscle and financial power by cheating innocent customers like me. The above persons have committed offence punishable under law, hence kindly bring thembefore justice and punish them in accordance with law

Samaag Sare Homes:Worst builders:Do Not Buy at Ghaziabad

I would like to share my feedback, of this Sare Springview Floor Ghaziabad world class society. 1. They have installed low wattage CFL in place of halogens ,as street lights ,so you cannot see things properly till you are at a close distance and please come during the night to see for yourself and hence forget about security of yourself ,kids or your vehicle as even the security guards have a difficulty in reading your number plates however if you go to any reputed builders you will see for your self that they have proper halogens installed so during night their streets and common areas are well lit so you do not have to use your cell phone's torch to see things like we have to . 2. In this entire NCR have you ever seen a project which is giving an entrance which passes through the centre the main society , to economically weaker section society (EWS)which is different project of the same builder .Request you to please visit Sare Springview Floors Ghaziabad to see for yourself. Springview Floors was supposed to be a closed society with one gate for entry and exit however builder is building economically weaker section society and has planned the entry gate for this EWS which passes through the centre of Sare Springview floor society which means common sharing of the facilities and mockery of security and integrity. We already are Facing incidents wherein our belongings have been stolen, strangers have been found using GYM and other facilities. When this issue was raised the representative from Sare indirectly threatened the residents by citing examples of how they have filed defamation cases against the residents of Ebony Greens Ghaziabad which is the neighbour society.which means that we should shut our mouths to this injustice and the mockery which they are making of the system. 3.No CCTV Cameras any where which means freeway to anti social elements, burglars etc. 4. Some common problems wall cracks, seepage in walls, dirty water, powercuts,malfunctioning door locks, to name a few 5. I also would like to share that i came across this person who claimed to be the president of resident Association of Sare Springview floor society and was left in suprise as when did i choose him as president? when i spoke to other residents they informed that Mr. President is friends to the Manager of Sare and is their associate hence they took signature of residents on paper which had invitation to attend a meeting written on it . They attached another paper over it which read that the residents are giving their consent for electing five people with their names written on it as resident comittee president and other positions however with no resident signatures on this particular paper.And Manager being such an innocent person did not verify as to whether the consent of the residents has been taken but in all his genuineness accepted the document and formed the resident committee which will be the puppet for bulider Sare. Some residents have even claimed that their signatures have been forged and if it is true this is a criminal offense. When the residents asked the Manager to show the document he did not show it publically but said that he will show it individually now what is he afraid for if the document is genuine and moreover it belongs to the Residents so why not show them. Manager did not had the audacity to put a mail to the builder regarding dissolving the fake committee and formation of new one. I have read other reviews and quite surprised to the kind of tailor made responses from Sare side . So please do not bother to respond as below, if you have nothing new to do or say "Kindly provide us your contact details so that our CRM team can help you further. Or you can contact on our toll-free no. at 180*-419-****. Sincere Regards, Team SARE Homes" And why are you guys so much interested in knowing who has written the review rather than giving resolutions. Sare Homes Ghaziabad India Cheater Company, Corrupt Management, Cheating in everything.

Hi, I want to share some points on how fraud the Sare Homes Ghaziabad is. If anyone is planning to buy a Flat here, please think of some other options, here is my experience : Very poor and fragile construction quality. Most of the Houses in SPRING VIEW FLOOR society have got serious cracks on the walls. This has happened in 3 months after possession. Management has no answer on why such poor construction was done and how they would compensate for that. BIG SURPRISE is that these SARE people who boast of their projects, they DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN CONSTRUCTION Department. They had HIRED an INEXPERIENCED cheap construction company for building their Ghaziabad projects to increase their profits and that's their prime objective to befool the customers and rob hard earned money by cheating. Another BIG fact is that they HAVE NO COMPLETION CERTIFICATE from GDA. Their first ghaziabad project was Ebony Greens, and that TOO HAS NOT GOT COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM GDA EVEN AFTER 6 YEARS. IF I had this information, I would have never bought any flat form them. The SARE Management and the Maintenance Management(Hired company) ONLY keep conspiring about how to shut the mouths of residents who raise concerns on serious and long pending issues . I came to know that SARE HAS FILED DEFAMATION CASE of several Crores AGAINST SOME OF THE RESIDENTS WHO WERE RAISING QUESTIONS ABOUT POOR MAINTENANCE and other issues and wanted to bring truth in public about Sare's conspiracy and UNETHICAL way of working. They are charging Very High Maintenance FEES in SpringView Floor society EVEN WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE VERY LESS INITIALLY. Note That They DO All the False Promises while Selling you something and once you paid the money, they would start showing you about the Terms And Conditions and Decision Changes Management. Note that SpringViewFloor Does not have Lifts as it's only 3 Storey buildings still they are charging very high Maintenance with Extremely poor service. It's Just their Tactics to fill their pockets. Note that their Highrise Project SpringView Heights is under construction here for several years and all the sales staff take the prospective customers for a visit in Spring View Floor society to show the green grass because that is the only thing they maintain to Attract the new customers in their TRAP. So I request all the future buyers to do a thorough research before buying any flat from any builder because builder will never inform about their cheating styles. They actually hire sales staff who are expert in impressing a novice customer. The only way to find out the truth is to talk to existent residents who are facing the issue day in and day out. Their are so many issues that I can write much more on that but this is a basic heads up information for the good of other first time customers like me.

Pathetic experience at sare springview floors ghaziabad, please do not purchase

Don't know where to start from, purchased a flat in springview floors ghaziabad, pathetic ,unprofessional finishing of the flat and terrible ,illiterate ,foolish & *** manager who has nothing to do but to fight with clients. Charge hefty maintenance per month with no facilities, but only the gardens being maintained for prospective client to fall in their trap,if you face any issue and lodge a complaint it takes hours with continuous followup for somebody from the maintenance to have a look at it and ages to resolve it.Frequent powercuts with the power being switched to dg(which costs 15 to 16 rs per unit) even when the sorrounding locality is having no power cut,and they have no justified reason. I would like the senior management of Sare to take this complaint very very seriously & address the issues of the residents by visiting and would like to suggest them to change their illiterate *** management over here so that at least we can know that you guys really care about us.
