They are a scam

They charge 2 payment for maintenance in one year, do not sign up with Sapphire resort's mistake. Sapphire resorts they sold to you, They are very nice when you purchase they do not answer their phone when you go to Las Vegas stay away from Sapphire resort if there was 0 I would give them a 0. The people that work for them is very disrespectful,

Need to speak to sunny the ceo very upset with Customer Care

Called customer service very rude asked to speak with a supervisor. They do not let you speak to the supervisor very long weights on the phone to speak to somebody.

DOES NOT FULFILL ITS OBLIGATION

I have been a member for a long time. When I first started with this company it was very good. But now it has turned into a complete rip-off. This year they have started to charge for carrying points over into the next year. That is something that I am required to do if I wish to use my point in the second year of my two year contract. They have never required that in the past. This practice should be illegal. Then, to top it off they have turned into a booking agency. They do not have any properties open where you can use your points to stay. But they constantly advertise places to stay for dollar payment amounts. This company is not living up to its commitments as per the services they are supposed to be providing.

Basically we have used ours very few times. When receiving my annual maintenance bill it always includes late charges when in fact the bill arrives late. Almost $1000 a year and we don’t even use it

The company is a big scam in our opinion. You get so called free vacations to start that expire and when you want to travel theres no availability

Billing question

Matter was resolved thanks to Customer Service person, Daniel. But my other issue is that our 5,000 credits (every other year) Do absolutely nothing for us. We would like to be able to use Sapphire but just cannot. We are paying a yearly maintenance fee for nothing. Thank you listening.

Scam beware

They lied about everything asked us to sign papers saying to show we sat in on speech then said we can have trial deal it was oct then said we had to pay for the year in dec and new year starting jab and we never did anything but sit in a meeting and no trips ever and they want thousands

Sapphire resorts , formerly Geo Holidays is worthless! Membership maintenance fees paid every year but unable to book one of their supposedly beautiful resorts!

Can not log in excessive wait on phone, pay maintenance fees and rarely use services as theyre rarely available. Nothing more than con artist selling time shares. You cant go Anywhere, Any time ! If I always wanted to use *** hotels Id never bought into this. Very deceptive selling!

To warn anyone and everyone that this is a scam

Listen to the presentation was asked for 13,000 when we said no they said I will sign you for 6000 I thought OK we can do that what they didnt say was it was a package that would get you nothing then Cove it happened for a couple years so I didnt really pursue anything. Received a phone call in the next year or so and they pressured me into upgrading paid 11,000 now total another 5000 still get nothing talk to someone a month ago pressured me into oh you need to pay five more thousand and then youll have the ultimate package. Youll have three weeks of vacation every two years and thatll be it. I just now called to pay off this stupid credit card is full in less than one months Time And they said no your payoff is $9700 thats not what I was told but apparently I didnt read all the doc you sign notes so I was lied to and now trying to get it fixed! I am very embarrassed. My husband warned me said dont do it. Dave Ramsey says dont do these things I did it I was stupid I believed I was getting something worthwhile. I feel like an idiot now $20,000 later not one vacation plus yearly fees no help online. Their website sucks please everyone anyone who is listening. Do not listen to this company do not get sucked in. I believe the only people that take vacations in this rat trap. Stupid scam are the people that work there thats probably about it.

Why am I getting a bill for a past due with late charges when we have paid everything? We haven't even used it after 4 years because nothing is EVER available on where we want to go. Not even on RCI as the salesman promised. I don't even really want this timeshare anymore which is why I KNOW it's paid because I get angry every time I pay it!!!

False billings

The sales clerk had my husband sign my name because I walked out & said no! I just found the contract & yea not my signature! To top that off my husband is in stage 4 colon cancer & can not even travel anymore. I would like my money back please!

Scammers

They promised extra vacations-lied. They promised to roll over points-lied. They promised you will be able to take at least 3 trips with the points-lied. They also did not invite me back the next day for the in depth information segment. This should be provided to all new members but not us

Deceptive Sales Tactics and Zero Customer Support

On 01/09/2023, I called Sapphire Resorts to dispute a bill sent to collections. I was disputing the bill because Sapphire had already taken the amount from my banking account without my permission. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Someone finally answered and asked for my phone number. Then I heard him saying "Hello," "Hello"? The call was then dropped. There is always a wait when calling Sapphire, and I've had dropped calls more than once. This leads me to believe that it isn't accidental. I then called Equiant, the collection agency used by Sapphire, to explain that the bill had been paid in December. I was told there would be a 114-minute wait but that I could pay online. I went to their website, and their certificate was expired, so I didn't continue onto the site.

Yearly Fee

Couldnt get their website to take off the grey card $69.00 fee they add on the optional fee even if you dont want it. There are the worse timeshare company. Please run away from them while on the Vegas strip.

Nothing but lies

Me and my bf signed up in September . Everything sounded great.. until the lies and the scams come to light. Told me every 29th of the month i get billed well thats a lie. Then maintenance fees they hit me with $912. First off i didnt sign up for gray card. Nothing in the contract says what it really is. Im regretting every bit of this and wishing the better business bureau would take over and we can all sue the *** out of them!

Total scam w misleading sales info

We signed up in Aug 2022 being told that we have 20k credits to rollover into next year and a personal sales rep. THE SALES GUYS IN SEDONA ARE LIARS. Since the beginning of sign up I've had to call and follow up to get our member # which we were told would take up to 45 days to process! This brings us to October where I followed up again to get our account info. In the meantime I sent in our paperwork for our free trip which is totally bogus - they never sent us our paperwork back and now into Dec and I'm still trying to book plus you cant even use your Sapphire points to extend your trip since its booked thru a 3rd party. No personalized customer service Rep like it states on paperwork. Long hold times and apologies that they are short staffed to manage the call load. No manager available to speak with. We were billed $600+ in SEPTEMBER ! Just after we signed up which included a $200 "temp holiday credit" which we are now being told we have to pay an additional fee to have them rollover or lose. WTF. And we still have yet to book a trip and already paying $700 with nothing in return this year! We're going on 4 months here with no follow up, no service and lots of fees to pay with nothing in return. BOGUS. FRAUD. SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES GUYS.

Talk about presentation I attended

I have called 3 times prior to this review. I was told I would receive return call but hadn't.

I contacted company again and was told that rep would check over paperwork and will contact me by Monday 12-5-2022. I am awaiting return call

I was approached by a lady at Denny's in Branson Mo. to attend Sapphire resort presentation. I never saw nor marked marital status on my form. I was also never told anything about how marital status would affect my gift of $150 for attending presentation. I was told my form was marked single but it was not marked by me. I attended presentation and then was taken by a representative of yours to speak re: possibly purchasing a timeshare. I told the rep that I was very interested but I would have to talk to my husband. He continued pressure to purchase until I explained to him that I would not be able to buy anything without speaking to my husband. The rep then asked me to follow him to lobby and was asked to sit down and wait for forms to sign. I eventually approached by a lady and informed I would not be eligible for the $150 because I was married. I explained I was not informed of my husband having to be there with me and that my time was just as important as anyone else's. I completed my part by attending entire presentation and they should complete their end by giving me my money. I again explained I was never notified of marital status and eligibility of the $150 depending on whether I was married or not. My cousin was also at Denny's and signed up to attend presentation. She will vouch for us never being told about marital status. If this was a problem I should have been asked about my husband before I attended presentation, not after. I strongly feel I should get the $150 as the mistake was not my fault If you would look at the photo you will see all questions are marked with an x except marital status, which is checked . That's because I didn't mark single , the rep did I will be forced to go to all social media sites and post an extremely negative review of your company. I fulfilled my part of the agreement by attending your presentation now you should fulfill your part by giving me my $150
