I had to make a payment at my local Walmart on 7/18 because customers service said my Visa card was no valid! I made the payment with the same card and I alway have a problem making my payment online

My payment was made at a local Walmart $400.00 with the same Visa card you said was not valid. I have always had a problem with logging in online to make a payment can you send me a statement every month I dont get any mail about my monthly payments

Repossessed car

Pissed iff

Go elsewere you appreciate this reviewgHorrable customer service. Do not know the true rules of loans and lied to me numerous times to benedit the company and do not have customer service skills nor care about there customers and we are hust money to them. Deff need alot of training from the first call center people all the way up to management... will never utilize them for another loan, which is horriable since the wife and i are looking into buying houses now and putting atleast 50k cash on it. .there lose i guess

Because trying to a payment and it’s not letting me

I been calling all of yall phones lines to make my payment before 12a.m So will not be late on payment. But its not going to the payment option, It keeps send me to customer service and its telling me that yall are closed. This is unfair to me , because I havent been late on any of my payments . And a late payment will have a inpack on my credit score. I would like for someone A knowledge that I was trying to make my payment on time and hes not my fault yeahs system is not letting me process my payment so I feel that this miss happening with yall system should not effect credit score that yall report to the credit Companies

About my car account

Could not connect with anyone at various Santander phone #'s ...today. Need to know what is happening with my 2013 VW Jetta TDI that Santabder is financing. I called Tynans VW in Aurora, Colorado today earlier, where I had purchased the car - and they said, "Call Santander". I need an answer about this 2013 VW Jetta TDI... THANK YOU

Title

I've tried over three times calling about my title. I have gotten a bunch of mixed reviews. I paid my car off in May of 2022 and still have not receive my title. The person told me I would have to contact the title replacement in my city to get my title. I contact the city and the Tennessee department of revenue transferred the title to Santander. The person with Santander said that they can not send me a copy of the title. I am very frustrated with customer service. It has been over 6 months and I've still have not receive my title. I am very unsatisfied. I wouldn't even recommend Santander consumer for lien. This situation has not been taken seriously.

Repossession

Yes, I still have a issue with Santander, my vehicle was repossessed and was damaged in the process, I reported it and refused to make any payments until the damage was repaired, my request went ignored, and my vehicle was again repossessed and sold for $3,000 dollars. And I've yet to receive the documents that I have requested, regarding my license plates and the date of repossession.

Santander Consumer USA’s Refusal to pay portion of Class Action Settlement

I have contacted Santander Consumer USA repeatedly in reference to settlement payment. Ive been told loan was sold to Crown Management who never contacted me for collection. Class Action Settlement had already been filed so sale of loan was null and void. I still have not received any compensation. They are in default of Class Action Court Settlement.

Bad business to work with

They screwed my over on my car with interest fees 90% of payment goes to interest this company should be investigated for altering there contracts to make it impossible to own a car with them being the loners.
