LEGAL DEPARTMENT : ATM not disbursing DTA/EBT funds on February 6, 2023

On February 6, 2023, I went to the ATM machine at Santander Bank, 1513 Bethlehem Pike, Hatfield, PA. Transaction #0402 at 1:23PM to withdraw $280.00 from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mass DTA card #600875****5307****. I live in Massachusetts. Next thing I received from the machine was a receipt #0402 but no money came out. I tried again and got a transaction declined receipt for insufficient funds, Transaction # 0403. I tried again and got a Balance Inquiry, Transaction #0404 stating Unable to Complete. I have copies of the receipts and my Mass DTA card. What I did not get from this ATM machine was the $280.00 that I requested. The machine sounded like it was counting the money, but it did not distribute any funds to me through the cash draw. I immediately went into the back to talk to someone about this and was rudely told by some older gentlemen that his computer was showing that the ATM was working perfectly and there was nothing the bank could do about it. I sat and waited for an officer/manager to be finished with customers but was never given the opportunity to speak with her, as the old rude gentlemen went to her and next thing, I know he told me they could not help me and to file a fraud report with Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Which, I did on February 7, 2023. To date I have not heard from the Fraud Division of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or from anyone at Santander Bank. The old rude gentlemen told me once they balanced the ATM that evening, my $280.00 would probably show up and they would put it into my Santander account. Today is February 13th and I have yet to hear from Santander or from Fraud Dept in Massachusetts. I need the $280.00 that I did not receive from your ATM in Hatfield, PA. Hopefully someone did not come through that drive thru after I went into the bank and stole it, if it, in fact finally came through the draw. I am very upset about all this, and my next letter will be addressed to the Commissioner of Banks for Pennsylvania and the Attorney General's Office in PA. I look forward to hearing from you within the next 24-28 hours with a resolution to this matter, or the letters will be sent out accordingly to the above- listed entities.

Online banking

This is the problem, in a nutshell, the E-bill notification is not reset after payment is posted. I canceled the BJS payment for August and redid the BJS payment notification continued to be displayed.

Identity theft

Someone stole my identity and opened a credit card and bank account with Santander Bank. I haven't been able to speak with anyone at the bank to report this. It is a fraudulent transaction.

Attorney general handling

I turned over to the attorney general of my state. I told them either the car back or the 12,000 that my mom paid in. You cant come take stuff from 73 year old women that was left TOD by their husband and up to date with payments. We have gotten letter from attorney general and they are contacting Santander Consumers USA

Lack of reliable service in solving account issues

After one month without any contact from Santander, I went back to the branch in Denia, refused to take a number to wait in line, walked passed the guard and stop in front of the first desk with an idle person. I explained the situation and that I was not happy with Santander's lack or serve and lack of communication.

I sat down with the representative and after one hour everything was resolved.

MESSAGE, avoid the lines and the bank tellers, a waste of time with unqualified people. GO FIND SOMEONE WITH A DESK THAT IS SITTING IDLE.

As non-resident property owners in Spain for over 20 years, our account is now blocked. The bank told us that we needed to prove that we are NOT residents of Spain and that we ARE USA Citizens and that we pay all our income taxes to the IRS. We produced all the documents to prove that we are USA Citizens and pay ALL our income taxes to the US Treasury. That was over 4 weeks ago. Our account is still blocked. Our local utility bills and property taxes are not being paid from our account as usual. We cannot use are debit cards. WE CANNOT ACCESS OUR MONEY.

My mother who is 73 years old was told by the auto company as long as she laid the payment after her husband passed away the car will be hers The title is listed HAROLD FERGUSON TOD GENEVA Ferguson. My mother is on Social Security, She has paid over 12.000 with the total cost 15.000, coming from her monthly pension of her husband and the rest her own. Theres not behind on payments and when the guy came to pick it up he said that was the case so they lied to my 73 year old mother and took the only thing left that her husband left to her. This is not right, taking advantage of a 73 year old elderly widow is very much frowned upon. I have contacted the Attorney General because no one there wants to talk after they took my.mothers car from her.

2017 rogue sport lien release letter

Hi, my name is Morgan MacDonald. I financed my 2017 Nissan Rogue sport with Santander Bank from September 2020-about this January / February 2022. I refinanced with Capital one. And they are still awaiting the lien release letter from Santander bank. I got into a accident Saturday, and State Farm is trying to issue me a check to pay off capital one; but this cannot happen until you send them the lien release letter; perfected title. Please assist with this in a timely manner, as I have no vehicle and I cant get issued a payment for my pay off to capital one until Santander Bank does their part by finally sending the perfected title to capital one. I tried calling the Santander bank auto loan customer service number 10 times today and have not gotten through. Please if someone can assist me ASAP I would greatly appreciate it or someone call me at +151******** in regards to this. I will give u any additional information needed. Thank you in advance. We got approved for a refinance through a different credit union, and I need some answer about the gap insurance and being reimbursed for the 900 enrollment fee. Ive tried to contact a human person to talk too, but there is no option for that.

Missing money from Santander ATM at CVS pharmacy

This afternoon i tried to withdraw with my Ally card today .the cvs location is 1688 weschester Avenue bronx NY 10472 the terminal is VS088940 the last 400$ is Only give me 100$ out of the 400 and iam shorted 300. Out of 1600 .i tried to reach out all customer service as it never happened before . I have all the proofs and i want to make sure someone look inti this matter this my hard earned money.i contacted my bank Allay about the issue .

I have tried getting a hold of the man I bought the bag from. His phone number is 984-305-****. He’s not responding to my texts.

I would like a refund for $450.00. I bought a Louis Vuitton bag that was supposed to be real and its fake. Plus it has a horrible odor. I am disgusted with this seller for selling me a fake bag.
