I want to know where is my refunds 2021
I'm still trying to find out where they sent my refund. All I'm getting is it was " put on a green dot card". Well no it wasn't!! I've talked to green dot! I've never had a problem like this before. I'm not getting any answers as to where my tax refund is. After talking to numerous people

No way to report FRAUD
I've received a fraudulent check drawn off of CVISTA bank. They said I had to contact Santa Barbara CTG. There is no way to speak with a live person or get anywhere with them if you don't have a tax refund account. I've spoken to the HR department of the company that supposedly wrote the check and they said it is not from them or their accounts. Any financial institution should have a way to report fraud.

It's been over 6 weeks since my return was approved, and now they check has vanished into thin air. Also, my inquiries to Santa Barbara TPG take days and days to answer.

The real *** thing is that me not getting my tax return literally was the Reason my fiance and I losing our place because I was laid off and she had just had surgery and had to apply for ssdi and to where i ended up being her care taker so it was a rough patch so we where getting assistance for our local eviction program and because that money would have paid for 2 months if rent the apartment's waiting 3 months the courts fave us 3;months while we were on the back up list eviction programd ended up being two weeks late and to where constable kicked us out the next day our street bike were stolen at the apartment my fiance had a breakdown she is smi with BPD and i swear to God Santa Barbara tax product group was the main reason for this and the eviction programbtried to talk to the apartment ls and they gave them a stiff no what been done is done and we still hadn't made arrangements with the office for our belongings when the eviction place had been turned down from the apartment's office slash owner of place my fiance still is in a psychiatric facility and I can't even see her I was to say to them thanks for not giving a *** about us little people not caring what or that some people give world just one more chance after pulling them. Selfs up again and when they already give up but soneonevlike myself asks them just one more time that I'll keep them safe and something as little as what was rightfully mine amd still is how we this country have. Refund not received
So Ive been waiting on my refund for more than a week going on 2 the irs released my money on the 8th and I checked the tpg website they have it but just have not sent it to me I dont know exactly whats going on Ive never had a problem from there and used them for more than 10 years I know

I was trying to call and speak with a representative and all you can get is a automated recording line I wanted to change my banking information and there is no one to get any information
Its a bank and you guys need to do better than what youre doing with the customer service we are suppose to have a right to talk to someone

It hasn't updated I just says that when I try to call tpg I can't even talk to customer service representative now because it shows that my my information as my social security number now no longer works it says it's not valid or it can't be found and I'm essentially...

You guys have now had my money for the past year and a few days now exactly the IRS sent it to your account number so if I don't get any response or at least my money sometime soon my parents are already going to start a small claim suit against you guys and if I don't get it soon like the IRS says you have it then I will send all the recordings from day one and from day one I've had the recordings of everybody I talked to and you guys also admitting you have the money and no checks have ever been sent from you guys because that's not like I never not received them cuz my address have been the same and I would get them so just letting you know what's happening here is fraud all the way my name is Anthony Fisher and you can contact me at 520 268-**** answer the 520 area code again just want what's mine and what's fair thanknno

I havent received my 2022 tax refund which was filed more than 10 months ago. The IRS processed and funded my refund and somehow my bank returned it. Over the course of 10 months Ive filed Form 3911 with two different IRS agents. Completed Indemnity Bond forms for TPG with notary. TPG took 6 months to return the funds to the IRS and gave me a Green DOT yet the IRS still hasnt received any funds from them what so ever. The IRS has submitted the case to BFS for an investigation. At years end 2022 TPG website no longer shows my refund on the site. TPG stated theyve mailed a refund check which was never received. Website stated funds were direct deposited which my account shows it was rejected and sent back to TPG. Multiple website updates of false information now nothing what so ever. No to mention the hours of waiting on hold to speak to some incompetent agent with no answers.

I filed my taxes with freetaxusa and my account with chase closed before the refund could hit the account so it went to a closed account so i read that if my refund went to a closed account that freetaxusa would automatically have to send that refund back to the irs ..me thinking freetaxusa was going to send the refund back i read that the process of sending it back would take a couple of weeks...so I waited 5 weeks then I email freetaxusa to see if they had sent the funds off so then freetaxusa tell me that I would have had to call for them to send it back...so my question is..what if I never called...ok wait for a answer so then they told me they would begin the process of sending it back and that would take 90 days...so waited the 90 days then I email freetaxusa again what's up yal 90 days over no answer request a supervisor she send me a email telling me my refund was sent back to irs...so I start calling irs to find out how long it would take them to send me a check in the mail they say that the trace I put in takes 120 days so I wait cause at this time we was at 90 day so that meant we had like five more weeks..so we wait...me and my family who are now living in a hotel because of this mess so the five weeks past I call the irs and say it's been 120 days now what's up with my money...they say the trace is not complete and that they do not have the money..I'm like what you mean...so I go look up TPG see if i can find someone over this company cause RUBY FAIRCHILD IS A LIAR...I have the emails where she says she sent the refund back to irs..today is oct 9 2022 on a sunday and I still do not have my 11,344 that freetaxusa, TPG, Ruby Fairchild, and Green Dot all owe me...

ASanta Barbara tax products group or SBTPG/TPG is a third party, Green Dot Bank affiliate used by Turbo Tax to write tax refund checks for customers who opted into paying for their preparation services with their refunds. Forewarning, this company is a joke. If you are like myself and are for whatever reason unable to get a bank account, you are pretty much screwed when it comes to cashing your tax refund check. No one! And I mean absolutely no one is jumping at this chance to cash this check first and foremost, second of all if youve have messed up on endorsement or the check gets damaged, and you are required to get another check issued to you, good luck! I dont think anyone actually works in this office!! I have called numerous times for the last week, followed the automated prompts just like Im supposed to, finally get the option to speak with an actual human being and then get put on hold for ungodly amounts of time! The first time I was on hold for and hour and a half and then all of a sudden the line just hung up! I almost threw my brand new iPhone 13 pro max across the freeway! Each time I get on the phone with this company, which like I said, has been excessive this past week, I am put on hold not even having spoken to anyone with an actual brain, sit there for hours upon hours, hoping this time Ill actually get to talk to someone and then.. click! There was a time that someone did answer, as soon as I said I needed to have my check reissued I hear that monotone 3 series beep that tells me they were done with that conversation. I now have a piece of paper, that was potentially worth a substantial amount of money; my money, that is now WORTHLESS! Should just turn it into confetti at this point, I might get more joy out of it! Beware fellow taxpayers! Oh and p.s. these people are conveniently the only ones that can help me, because they issued the check, not GreenDot in which this bank is a subsidiary, not Turbo Tax who hired these Imbeciles, and DEFINITELY not the IRS! I am bringing everyone down on this one buckle up!
