Can't find my A12 phone

I lost it and the number on my account goes to that phone and I can find it I need my new phone number on there

The compressor in our Samsung refrigerator went out after a little over a year and we have been on the phones for hours and hours and cannot get anyone to send someone out to fix it.

We have had a 3500 frig a little over a year old, the compressor went. We have been on the phone for hours and hours wirh Samsung getting rhe runaround. We are 2 weeks wirhout a frig now. We will NEVER buy Samsung again. Everytime we call you get a different person and you have to start over. This is warranty work. We had to go buy a small frig so we had something. It's ridiculous and we don't know where to turn. We feel we've been screwed royally.

long story short I had my phone stolen they sent me a replacement in the mean time i was able to get my phone back cause the thief was arrested in a town 60 miles away i had to go to Williamson County Jail to get my phone back so I sent my replacement back prior to getting my old phone back well he ran with it in his pocket and cracked the front and back screen so now i went to make a claim for repair of this phone but they still are showing that im in possession of the replacement they have that phone back since the 8th of june I have called and called to no one doing anything to change that back and show that i still have my old imei, the system will not allow me to do a claim on this phone cause it according to the system no longer has warranty thru servify all that is needed is someone to reactivate my old imei so i may get my phone serviced and when I call and explain i get the same response that they are sending this to the techs and they will resolves this in 24 to 48 hrs this has been going on since the 21 of june 2023 please i m becoming so dishearted and im a Samsung die hrd fan but servify is causing that to b diminished quickly I very well could have just kept the new replacement but I decided the best would be to return it just in case I had something else happen and i paid 149 plus tax for the replacement no has even asked if they could return that money guess its just gone

My new tv is locked because I tried too many times to get it to work.

WaI couldnt get my new tv to work. I got locked out for 2 hours for trying too many times. I am at the point to scan the QR Code. I cant use the tv at all. HELP

Lost reconnect with TV from Netflix !

He took the necessary time it took to resolve our problem and we are so grateful. You need more associates with this commitment to customers and to Samsung. Refund of TV Mount INstallation

My order US56380**** was returned due to it being broken on arrival. I installed it and once we turned it on there was an internal breakage that was discovered. I promptly returned it and was reimbursed but after many emails and a 1 hour and 12 min call on 07/18 where i was hung up they said that they could not return my money. I am out $110 of installation due to a delivery of a faulty product.

Quick response

My picture quality is showing shadowing and Ive noticed white backgrounds produces more pixel look than darker ones. Also is it normal to feel heat when you close to the TV screen? I noticed when I was dusting last week. Not sure if thats normal? No weird smell or anything. Other then that I absolutely love your products

Samsung Specialty Claims is a JOKE

Our Samsung washing machine malfunctioned on May 31,2023 damaging our laundry room tremendously. It was like the washing machine was possessed. Nevertheless, Samsung Specialty Claims has DONE nothing. I have reached out, submitted the pictures and the invoice the asked me to provide. We have not heard anything back since June 7th. They claim the specialty claims manager will call between 24-48hours...IT IS NOW JULY 5,2023!

It use to be you buy something its yours right now you buy a cell phone bug the *** company has More ownership thru the programs on the phone than the buyer then they snoop on everything in tge name of progress and its from companies that arent even American this is bs i was hoping or trying to figure out maybe a website like this one that can gather the real feel about citizens on this country as to these corp abuses and making it heard on congress that how the vast population knowingly would aprove of these corporations gathering this kind of information its almost communist and i believe it can turn into a national security issue so i woild love to hear what uou think ive missed here yhank you

Stupid Technicians

I got my AC delivered a week ago and till now no technicians came for installation! So much delay in service and even I the customer support would ask me to keep waiting furthur and further telling me that they have escalated the issue to higher official! Such a pathetic after sales service! *** you samsung electronics this will be my last purchase!

TV Broken.

No assistance with getting my issue resolved from Samsung. I just want to get my money back from this purchase. I need to have someone pick this tv up, as Walmart will not take it back. I have tried to get this issue resolved but to no avail. I would think that Samsung would be more available to work with clients.

I cannot afford to ship my only phone off without a replacement and so I been stuck with my phone all being broken and not working correctly

On my third samsung galaxy a13 5G and they keep trying to have me without service while they get my phone to do whatever . I can't get reimbursed for my wireless services I couldn't receive during these issues so now I basically took a loss totaling about $120 since Jan 24th when the issues first started

UPDATE:Apparently Samsung has been taking heat for this kind of thing since the beginning of the year. When I called right after leaving this review, I finally got a person willing to help. It turns out the grey SHINY glass is discontinued, but they have a 'matte'...

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's in Newburgh NY on July 22, 2022 BECAUSE of a rebate for the glass panels that are for the front of the unit. The rebate was offered through Lowe's (specifically) but 'fulfilled' by Samsung. The entire timeline and the Samsung and Lowe's responses are in the document attached, but I will write an abbreviated version here: 7/22/22 Purchased the refrigerator from Lowes and submitted the rebate form for panels the same day 8/26/22 Checked on rebate status since it had been four weeks, and was told by Lowes (email) the purchase didnt qualify. Called them and they made me upload everything again, and told me I would hear back 6-8 weeks. 9/14/22 Rebate was approved, and I was given a code to use at checkout through Samsung to purchase the panels for free. 10/2/2022 I ordered the four panels through the Samsung website order #US30134**** 10/6/2022 Three panels arrived, but not the bottom panel. I called Samsung multiple times to inquire where the panels were, and they never could give me an answer, kept routing me to other departments and kept getting cut off. Finally, they told me the bottom panel is on backorder. The bottom panel should be Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Panel in Matte Grey Glass - Bottom Panel Model Number: RA-F36DB431/AA All emails I received after I tried to call numerous times on October 6 are in the attached document. 10/11/2022 Received an email from Samsung that my three of four panels were delivered today. (which is untrue, as they were delivered on 10/6/2022) but whatever. I called Samsung multiple times from October 6 to November 11, trying to get updates, but was unsuccessful. I just had to repeat the same story to many different people over and over again. Below are emails I received from Samsung after I tried calling multiple times. 11/1/2022 Received an email from Samsung saying my bottom panel was delayed more than 30 days and I could cancel the order. I didnt cancel because I had hope that it would come off of backorder and be available soon. Between 11/1/2022 and 11/18/2022 I called many more times and did not get a satisfactory answer. 11/18/2022 I called and was told the bottom panel was with XPO, the shipper, and they would email me with a delivery date. XPO never emailed and I didnt receive the panel 12/26/2022 Extremely frustrated, I called Samsung, and they told me the panel had been delivered and case closed. I NEVER got this panel, and in fact, when I call Samsung, the automatic telephone prompt tells me I am still waiting on a part of my order. The woman at customer service (by the way, they are outsourced and I can barely understand anyone), says she will do me a favor and let me choose another panel. The only bottom panel available is stainless steel, which doesnt even match, but at this point I need something, so I order it with a promo code she gives me. She tells me I can pay for it up front and get reimbursed when it arrives, or just use the free promo code and it might take a little longer. As I am no fool, and I realize I will probably never get reimbursed, I take the second option. I order the panel order #US30731**** 12/27/2022 Email from Samsung says the bottom panel has shipped today. 1/14/2023 the tracking STILL says label created. Nothing has been shipped. I called, and the automatic phone prompt says i have two orders pending delivery. It has not been shipped. I have since been to Lowe's several times. Lowe's basically tells me to go pound sand and if I DARE mention that I am going to go to the State consumer authorities, they refuse to speak at all anymore and insist that I leave the store. 1/19/2022 Received the stainless bottom panel that we did not agree to and did not order

Do not stand behind faulty equipment

Stove caught on fire and burnt my cabinet and my hood and they said it was not their responsibility to fix the damage from the stove. SE code apparently is an issue and causes the unit to come on by itself I was lucky I was home now they are trying to blame me for it. Horrible customer service and support will never buy anything with Samsung name again
