Lack of info customer service is pretty messed

Order my order 7-7-23 its 7-19-23 currently As per reviews order shipped with 7 days I honestly have enough time and all of sudden no human to be found but vendor got paid but no answer just a run around it would be different if they help and manage there accountability

Order hasnt arrived

Second time I have ordered goods. First was excellent. Second I Have waited well over 2 months for goods. Still no communication from SAFishing.

Missing items

I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phones calls to this company regarding my missing item and as of almost 2 weeks I still have not heard one word. So I assume they just keep people's money and give them half of their order. This is a joke and I will not be shopping here any longer.

Terrible customer service

I am reporting you to the better business bureau . Terrible customer service and no call or emails returned. First responders will not buy from you. This company will for sure go under with this kind of service.

Order address wrong

I accidentally wrote my address twice so it came up incomplete, therefore purchase couldn't be sent. However, SA Fishing were awesome and completed the order and sent it out immediately. Waiting on purchase to arrive, but this is the 4th purchase from this company and e will be purchasing in the future. Thank you

Substituted order took months, still isn't fixed

D I ordered in April. The masks arrived over a month later and were not the designs I had ordered. I ordered some print designs, and I received faces with a card they substituted for similar items. 5 months back and forth and not fixed despite promises. Now they say they can only offer replacements from what is currently in stock, despite promises they were going to make it right with the items I had ordered instead.

Didn't receive order

when I made contact, I was passed onto another page wanting me to pay a dollar, then be charged monthly fee after an amount of time! Don't want, just want what we ordered! Spent over $80.00 an just want what we ordered, nothing more, nothing less!!

No package as of yet

I ordered my product on 7/17/2020, and as of 8/09/2020, I still have not received. I contacted through live chat, they stated some products were out of stock, took my order for replacements, and stated that my package would be upgraded to priority shipping. They sent a tracking # and the package has never been received by USPS. EVERY time I check tracking status, the delivery date shows later and later. They have the worst customer service! And obviously they lie! I will be disputing this purchase with PayPal due to product never being shipped or received!

Pissed custo

I placed my order last January 2020 and second order February 2020. None of these two orders arrived!

No product, no refund

I ordered at the beginning of May. Tried to speak to someone via chat numerous times. Finally on May 13, I spoke with Donique who said my order was backordered. I asked for a refund and they said theyd put in a request. May 30, no refund and no product. Waited online in chat forever again today and never got in touch with anyone. Checked Better Business Bureau and they have an F rating and millions of dollars in claims against them. I made a claim today for my $35.

Order

I ordered face mask 4-28-20,they took the money out of my account April 29,20. It is now May 25,20,still no mask,cant get ahold of anyone by,FB message, phone, chat or email. Their website says they may be 30 days behind, but still would like to have a update on my order or better yet,my order, I paid for.

Mike from SA Fishing reached out to me immediately to fix and correct anY issue. Just received original order...

Mike sent it literally the same day after contacting me.

Really appreciate the fact they jumped on this so quickly. No run-around no hassle...Just wanted to make sure I not only got what I ordered but also happy ...which I am tremendously.

One of the asst. managers Mike reached out to me literally the same day as the first order and wanted to fix any issue that was not to my liking. Immediately sent out the correct items and even allowed me to keep the ones that were first sent. Just received original order and couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Mike and the SAFishing team for jumping on this and making sure I not only received what I ordered but was happy with the product...which I absolutely love. Greatly appreciate the immediate attention
