Did not get what I ordered

I received the order on Aug.4, 2023, but it was incomplete. I ordered 10 alarms and got 8; I ordered 2 packages of batteries and got one. I hope the missing items will be sent soon. THank you for your attention to this matter.

Pricing

I realize inflation has hit us all, however, I am wondering why your alarm has doubled in price - again, about a year and a half ago I ordered about four which were $19.95 bogo - before I order four more (which I want to give as gifts - I am wondering if you will be having a sale at a better price than $39.95 BY THE WAY I AM NOT A PISSED CONSUMER

Just got an email from customer service. They are Sending two replacements at no additional charge

I bought two personal alarms for 50% off that came to $48. The alarms dont work I sent, as requested, pictures of the alarms and all information required. If I want a refund, I have to send it back at my expense, even though its defective. So I asked for a replacement. All they are doing is stalling and telling me how do use the Product. Awful customer service. If a personal alarm is what you want, go to Amazon, they are reliable and much cheaper too

Alarm not working

Good afternoon I purchased 2 of your alarms a while ago and now one is not working. I have replaced the batteries although when I tested the original ones they were fine, but it is still not working. Can you help me please. Regards Sharon Tobias

Pressuring seniors to “buy now”

Why do you have a timer that resets every time you refresh the page as if youre gonna run out of the product they you sell? Youre putting pressure on seniors making them think they have to buy right now and thats not OK. That is the worst kind of advertising for seniors citizens, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Only scoundrels advertise this way I was going to buy one myself, but I saw that and I said no.

Merchandise received yesterday 10/11/2022 ( 12 Items ) in the same grayish color. I have the impression that I'm ordering multiple colors for this item but I was wrong. Your order form doesn't show what specific colors the customers wants to order so I assumed I'll be getting the three colors you have on your advertisement.

Made my day horrible

The pin decided to drop out of it as I was walking in the post office. I thought the alarm in the post office was going off. But I realized as I got in my car it was me. Then I thought it was my car. I drove three miles home before I figured it out listening to that horrible sound. And the pin wouldnt stay in. No matter what I did. I had to get my toolbox out open tne back and remove the batteries while this thing is blaring in my face. Almost making me sick the sound is so deafening. Then I find out from a gal hers did the sam thing. She had to break hers to get it to stop

False advertising

When I placed my order it said buy 2 get 8 free, which sounded good. But, in order to complete the order you had to buy more of the product and batteries before you could go to check out. I was charged &159.00 bc I decided to order 3 more for $12 a piece. Well when my order came I received 5 in total and a package of batteries. I was refunded $39.00 for the three extra I had ordered. So I paid $120.00 for 2 devices bc thats what I agreed too, with 8 supposed to be free. I was also told they were as loud as a jet taking off!! Lol maybe a small airplane! Nothing that would scare anyone off!! Dont get ripped off by ordering!

No receipt of products

Yes, I ordered several of the personal alarms back on 3/3/22/. I did get an email from you stating they are on the way. As of today, still no products. I need them badly as I have a voice disorder and deal with severe anxieties...Please email me as to when I can expect them..Thznk you

Device worked once. Then not at all

No support. Recorded message. "Agents not available. Please call back." Then tge system hung up. Unacceptable
