Very displeased with Management.

Bad installation. And cant ever get in touch with them. You get the same ppl. That wont help. They sound pleasant on the phone, but been caught in lies. Refuse to turn service on, but wont apply the months of non service that I paid on towards balance. And refuse to turn service back on. Big mistake after I just read THIER reviews. Dont have enough help to handle their clients. I consider them to be very unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Looks like they will be wrote up to BBB no matter the red tape I must go through. Others must be warned. I suggest others to do so. So they cant keep doing this .

Our new phone service can not work with your system Your Repair person has been two times here and told to get it working and could not get it to work. So I want to cancel.service I do not have the dates he was here But I'm sure you have that dates that he was here so I told him to cansel the service on that date Thank You for your service

Cancel account

I am sending this message as you requested in order to cancel this account. I have met my 5 year contract, In fact last year. When I decided to get home security, I had just lost my husband and it would have been just me and my daughter in the house. Now, there are several people living in the house and I feel safer. There is one or more of us going in and out of the house all times of the day and night. So the alarm is never turned on. And I don't want to pay for something I don't need. I have lived here for 32 years and have never needed a security system. So as soon as you get this I would like for you to start the process of canceling my contract. I have received the next months statement. So when my next check is deposited, I will pay it.

Cancellation of service / settle account

I have continually been attempting to cancel my service and settle my account. About a week ago I was conversing with one of your representatives by the name of Memphis concerning this matter. There was a question about my account that he was going to investigate and then get back to within the hour. I never got a call back. I have repeatedly been trying to contact him at his extension number 1730 without success. Trying to get all this settled has been quite a headache. Please respond!

Cancel my account

I would like to cancel my account since I have not received any service from you since 6/20. Brink's security came in and changed all my equipment and offered me better and updated service. I did not realize I had signed a contract with you until Oct.2023. Therefore I would like to discontinue my service with you today and not have to pay the upcoming fees for the coming year. I would also appreciate if you refunded the recent amount of $37.48 on November 17,2022. Obviously, you understand that you did not give me any service during that extended period and it would be kind of you not to extend the fees to me for the next year without your equipment being in my home. Thank you for all your help in cancelling this account.

Cancel acct

Cancellation I wish to cancel my acct 81497 and understand it is still in effect until September 30 2025 and 53.74 will be deducted every month of 53.74 until 1,700.00 is paid up. Safe home secuirity alarm

Defective alarm system , and misrepresentation lead to lock customers in long term lease , thier equipment faulty and send fales alram signals , and thier customer service takes for ever to answer after alot of phone calls

Cancellation

After closing my store, I was mislead into extending contract and transferring to home address. I was told the cameras would work outside of my house. They don't and tech sent out to install said his company told him not to install because cameras are strictly for inside use. I do not need cameras inside my home, your rep at extension 1128 (Cameron) says he research the cameras and they were suitable for outside use, but after hearing the tech refused to install and why, I has not heard back from your company. I have been dealing with this botched transfer ever since I closed my store, from day one I was given fictitious, misleading information about this account. All I have is an unnecessary panel on the wall that serves no purpose. I am still trying to rebound from closing my store, and all of this back and forth has been so unnecessary. My last calls were not returned.

They won’t cancel my alarm, I sold my house but they still keep taking out of my bank account.

I sold my house on August 3 and they want proof of my sell and still take out the monthly payment from my bank account. I would NOT recommend them to any one. I had a problem about a year ago and it took them 2 weeks to come fix it after several calls to them as the panel kept sounding an alarm so loud I couldnt sleep.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT

For more than a year I have tried to stop this service. I have sent numerous letters and emails up to and including this month. After SEVERAL attempts, I asked my bank to discontinue allowing funds to be withdrawn from my bank account. Since then I kept getting invoices in the mail! I've called 3 times during this Spring/Summer and have talked to many considerate and helpful customer reps who assure me that I will receive an emaiI confirming the account is closed. have never gotten that email and now my credit report shows that this account is delinquent. My emails are met with an autoreply stating that I have not included all the necessary information needed to close the account. So I have replied USING THEIR FORM/REQUIREMENTS and provided all necessary information. I still have no verification that the account is closed. I cannot, especially in these times, afford to have my credit rating negatively affected.

I sold my house and want to cancel my service

When I called to cancel they told me I had to give a 60 days notice or pay $2130. I didnt know 60 ahead of time. When I cancelled with other companies I did not have to pay. The service I received when I had a problem was slow to arrive, most of the equipment in my house was from my previous company.
