Payment

I tried to pay off my balance using the Affirm after realizing that even though I a credit score in the 700s the interest rate was a whopping 30%. They wouldnt accept my American Express. So I called Saatva and was able to cancel the financing and take the credit card payment. He was extremely helpful. The financial practices leave a lot to be desired

Representative kept telling me I should be turning my mattress and it’s only a few weeks old and he was getting old.

New mattress already sinking where I lay and if I stretch out to the middle of the bed its higher. Thats why I got a new mattress

Bed is frozen on feet up mode

My elderly mother has a single lineal adjustable bed I can't get the remote to work the feet are way up and remote won't work I replaced battery and web site said reset by remote does not have reset button? can you help the bed is no more than a year old

Customer service

I bought my bed in 2020. I have a five year warranty.. my remote control stopped working with my mattress over two weeks ago and my bed is stuck in a position that I do not prefer for sleep.. I have tried the customer service number and emails and have only received automated replies. It is been over two weeks and I have yet to get an appointment to repair this bed. I find this customer service to be very sorely lacking. I have spent hours on hold with no one picking up. I have left several emails.. I have received a series of automated replies. I was able to speak to one person on one occasion who told me Saatva would be contacting me and a ticket would be issued for repair. Hasnt happened yet The mattress itself has been wonderful. But that does me no good if I cannot use it. The automated base is apparently made by Leggett and Pratt. At least I was able to have a direct conversation with them but they do not honor the warranty unless Saatva tells them to and since I cannot seem to get anyone to get a technician out here I seem to be stuck. Keep in mind that if you decide to use this mattress company and get an animated base, you are on your own -warranty or not. The customer service number is useless.

I shouldn’t have to call to get details on my delivery. The date shown on the track my order listing turned out to be wrong. It said delivery was tomorrow even though I’d heard nothing.

Kevin at the central call center was very helpful but navigating your system to get to a live person was not easy. It looks like our mattress will arrive next week, but I would not have known that if I hadnt called.

I want my mattress

I called on Monday to ask when will my mattress topper arrive. I was told later Monday or today. Obviously your employee was incorrect. I need to know when. My son post back surgery will be here for thanksgiving. I wouldn't have this problem with Amazon. Call me and make by this right

Where’s my 100% white glove treatment?

I did my research and found that Saatva was highly recommended. I made my purchase. I had a bit of a hiccup with customer service, however, they were professional enough to reach out to me. The one issue I had was the delivery. The base and mattress was delivered, set up until they left. I realized items left on the floor, in the corner. The delivery men did not tell me what the items were or how theyre suppose to use. When I called the company I was told they were braces for a headboard and should have been installed if I had a headboard. I also got in touch with the delivery company who told me they needed an invoice from Saatva. I got an email and voicemail informing me that deliver does not include installation of braces onto my headboard. Right now the braces and screws are sitting on my bedroom floor, not attached to my headboard. I am disappointed that delivery and set up, the white glove treatment is advertised, but feel I did not get all of this service. I am however pleased that I requested a topper and the company told me they would send me one.

Horrible Warranty Service Policy

Read to good to be true reviews online 5 years ago when purchasing a king size bed for around $1250 then. Mattress was used 6 months out the year since we winter in Florida. Well in August 2 coil springs were popping through mattress! Called company and had to keep calling to get a hold of a warranty person. Finally a Rueben told me it was almost $600 to replace the faulty one they sold me five years ago.. He said "non pro rated" policy..What a joke that line was. They wanted 50% for what amounted to 2-3 years of actual use! Bad customer service as we also purchased one for our home in Florida which is now 4 years old and it too shows signs of depressions! No way was I going to let them steal my money again! We are senior citizens that paid good money for what we thought "based on bogus reviews" was a superior product. Finally

Their guarantee is worthless. When a return is made because of THEIR failure to deliver ordered bed frame in estimated time frame you will be refunded only 75% of your purchase. My estimated delivery time for bed frame ordered was one month, Saatva changed estimated delivery time to over 3 months without informing me. me. When

Poor to no customer service, Unable to contact anyone regarding problems,

Response to calls and messages almost non existent and frustrating. Twenty-seven days later and no resolution to my problems. i feel like my only resolution is to return the merchandise when the problem is simple to fix but SAATVA seems uninterested to take action, No way that zI can find

Not full-filing their promise

Purchasing a mattress is easy as there are so many competitors. When buying online you have to go with what they are marketing. Saatva marketed their product (mattress) and their service to include their 'White Glove' service and there commitment to remove the old mattress. You base your purchasing on these type of sales pitches. When the third party delivery service (CDW Logistics) brought the new mattress, they would not take the old mattress due to it was soiled. I asked why they would not dispose of it, and they said we do not dispose our mattresses as we donate them. Saatva is contracting with companies which do not provide the promise Saatva is marketing. If I knew this upfront, I would of never purchased my mattress from Saatva as there are plenty of competitors out there who provide a competitive product and provide all the services they claim they will do. From a service perspective, when I called Saatva, the representative, Kareem was very rude and suggested I take it to the dump myself or set it by the curb. My neighborhood does not have curbs, and this neighborhood is not where you set a king mattress out at the street for someone to possibly pick up. Very disappointed in this company and pledge to tell everyone what to expect from them.

Resolved: Defective Product. Deceiving advertising.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Picked up bed.

Had to wait two weeks.

Delivery service was professional. Not a upper end bed..

Company was very good about return and refund. There was a hundred dollar restocking fee.

They asked me to edit my review before submitting.

I am going to do that. Should have sooner.

Bought a mattress sold as a luxury mattress. It is sold in three firmnesses, soft plush, medium firm and firm. I bought soft plush. I sleep in many hotels and my old mattress was plush. I know what plush is.This bed was hard as a rock. Not plush. Also the color, materials and quality of stitching and construction of bed were different than the online photo used to sell the bed. The online photo showed clean white and a thick soft second layer. What I got was yellowed material, a thinner top, uneven stitching and uneven bed. They say they will take it back, but I have to pay $99 to the shipper AND the shipper won't call me to arrange a date for pickup for two weeks.

Don't trust

I have been looking to buy a mattress. I have painful hips and back so I have been learning all about mattress measurements. I just asked Saatva what their ILD (Indention Load Deflection) numbers were. That tells you exactly how hard the bed is and you can find charts online that tell you what will help with various aches.
