Flooring
I do not have a complaint. However, I am trying to find hardwood flooring of the type we have in our Ryland home that we purchased 16 years ago. I had no contact information for Ryland until I received an email for public review or complaint. If Ryland can help me in any way find the flooring, I would appreciate.

Ryland Homes build the worst houses. I bought a new house from them in 2009and I have been repairing the house since then due to structural damage. Customer service is terrible, they are unreachable.
They deserve zero star. However, theres no thumbs down or zero star on the review. My roof has been leaking ever since I bought the house. I have repaired the roof several times. Apparently the house is not well leveled so water sips through the bricks when it rains. I have spent thousands of dollars on this house. When I got in touch with Ryland homes back in 2009, I was asked to contact my insurance company for the repair. I have changed the roof multiple times, and repair the ceiling several times. I have attempted to contact Ryland homes on this matter, but all attempts failed.

Unhappy with quality
Ryland Homes wants to portrait an image of a company that creates an upscale product yet, that is not what I have experienced. I am the owner of a townhouse where the carpet doesn't even have padding. You can feel the wood under your feet when you walk. Poor quality, dressed up as "luxury".

Quality of work not good
I bought my home in somerton valley, Trevose,PA When I bought home I have specificity told for range hood exit from home. I have in agreement vent hood to exit of home. Till this year after cooking smell remain in home. So we decided to change the hood which has more cfm. When we remove the old hood, we show no vent behind the hood. Due to this all my cabinets are now sticky.

A/C issue
My Arnie bought an AC system is not working. We are running 110 today in corona California. Service technician is telling me that the system that was installed here Ryland Homes builder use two components for the AC. The system needs to be replaced and I need to speak with someone at Wright Lean. Number 562-483-****. My name is Jesse Castaneda. I have my grandson who is three years old and my granddaughter who is three months old and should not be putting up with this heat simply because an AC system was installed incorrectly and cheaply done by the builder.

Having issue with structural damamge

Quality is missing
My driveway was paper thin. It fell apart. They refused to do anything about it. It cost me almost 12 to replace. Plumbing is cheap. Expect to start replacing within 7 years. Trim. Poorly skilled installers.

Not pleased with the house and materials used
I purchased a Ryland home in 2003 because everyone in Georgia said Ryland built good quality homes. After 17 years, I am discovering how cheaply all of the products are that they used. My biggest complaint is the windows. I had an expert to give me an opinion about the foyer window and everything is cheap and now I am faced with replacing the entire front because of water damage. I have done my part in taking great care of the house and that's why I am pissed. I thought I was paying for a quality home. I will never recommend this builder to anyone.

Don't Buy
The materials used are cheap from siding to doors, electrical outlets and switches. Breakers trip constantly.

Excellent company
All perfect services, no delays. The superintendent was outstanding that worked for Ryland. That is the key of excellence for any builder. Great constructed home built in 1988. Neighbors concur.

They did not seal my roof, therefore with every high wind and rain the roof leaks, new home 1st time memorial day leak in the fire place moved in that April May the roof is leaking, Harvey leaks every where, Imelda leaks every where. the roof repair has photograph the roof was rotting and had to be replaced, I want my money back.

I’m the owner of Ryland home in Aliana subdivision,17419 Sandalisle Lane, Richmond, TX and this house was built in 2012. Recently I had to replace the bottom panel of the garage door and I need to paint it. I’d like to know the color of the door to match the existing panels. Reimbursement for water leaking outside of house
Happened 2018 December, water bill was very high nobody lived in there. Discovered there was a pipe leaking in the yard more than 6 months. Called them to fix it and send a report so i can get a refund for the water company but they say they don't have it. So we called them 8 times everytime they say they will put in a request but nothing is ever done and we never get refunded. Tell all friends never to buy a house from the company again they care nothing about the buyer.
