Stay clear of this company
we had a crew of 2 young fellas come out. 1 of them was a trainee It took them 2 weeks to complete a 1400 sq ft house which was straight forward and should have been completed in 4 days max. they went thru the roof in my living room area and didnt mention that they went thru the garage stippled roof as well which we didnt notice till much afterwards. We noticed the next summer that they had swept all the nails and garbage into our eaves which were plugging up at that point making a mess and clogging up which was another disaster. A total nightmare! Stay away at all costs. They did fix my Living area ceiling but not the garage and never even apologized. These 2 unskilled crew members were a joke as well as the company. I gave them 1 star cause there was no option to choose a zero rating.

I didnt know who to call so i asked around, my friend recommended that i call ryder roofing and let me tell you that i more than satisfied with the job they have done. My neibour had hos roof done last year by another company..not sure who it was but it looks horrible and took them a month to finish the job. Ryder roofing were in and out the job is clean and they also had the best price of all the company i got estimates from. Thank you!

Ryder Roofing - working before 7am
This is a complaint that brings a big no no in construction. These dorks started working before 7am, in fact I was woken up at 6:30am to these guys making all kinds of noise tearing off a shake roof next door. These guys better get their act straightened up. I went out there to tell them and the one guy says," there probably is somewhere in Canada." What the ***? I just told the guy.

Did a repair but roof still leaking.They will not fix their fix.
They did a roof repair costing me over $1100 but roof is still leaking in the exact same place.They have been contacted by me on several occasions but will not even try to solve their bad workmanship.I even went down to their place of business and spoke with the owner.His attitude and response to my complaint was to tell me to leave his office.He didn't like the fact that i was upset with his answers (repairs are not under warranty--we will just take your $1100 and run,thank you very much.)I will now have to contact another roofing company to do the repair properly.This was a small repair job---I can't imagine what they would do to an entire roof job.Beware people.

Ryder Roofing out of kelowna bc is the worst home repair company I have ever heard of! I could deal with the chain smoking and littering of butts in my yard. I even gritted my teeth and ignored the rude demeanor of the shady employees that should up pounding at my door a week late completely unannounced. Where my patience started wearing thin was after the day of the appraisal they were set to begin the next day. Well, the next day they showed up....late and after an hour of working they called to say they would have to leave because they didn't have the proper equipment. Hmmm, not a very good start to the job. So, the ill equipped men leave my roof, leaving behind their cigarette butts and an old beat up half tonne truck, kissing my garage door so that no one can get in or out or even to the front door without serious maneuvering, my husband has to park on the street, and a real annoyance for the "trick or treaters" as this was Halloween. The next day our lives are arranged to accommodate the home repair on our roof only....no roofers. They left there truck and garbage in front of our house for 6 days before bothering to show up! No explanation or apology. I have never been so livid!!!!!
