Company is a shell of itself
I managed Ryans back in the mid 80's and I can tell you the company owner Mr Mcall could show up at any moment so we were always on top of our game, as he had a point of traveling and checking his interest. I had a waitress that worked for me that had bought stock when the company had 1st gone public and was a millionaire as the stock doubled &;;;;;;;;; tripled and went crazy. We I can see that after he sold it the attention to detail & quality disappeared. As a result stores started closing and instead of leading the pack its not even in the race as Golden Coral has taken the lead. With this Total Plannedemic Hoax I doubt even Golden Coral will survive this madness.

Food was horrible either burnt or old looked like it had been sitting there all day. And seen a cockroach crawled right beside our table. We spent $50.00 eating for a family of 5. And was highly dissatisfied. We will not be back. Only good thing was we had a great waitress

This was the WOREST buffet restaurant Ive every been to The food was awful dried out and the meat was so tuff that my husband could even cut it. After spending $24 and not finding one thing to eat Really cant rate the staff seeing that you serve your self. But will definitely Never go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone

My husband and i visted ryans last week both of us heading straight for the salad bar withing two minutes of eating my husband was like omg what is that..he proceeds to show me something(who knows what ) that was n his salad..i found the manager and ahowed her,she also had no idea what it was she said it might b a olive seed they come n large cans...no im sorrys no nothing at this point i said he litterly just chipped his tooth n u have nothing at all to say how about i call corprate guess what i did while im still at ryans they said o u need to speak to a district manager.. Almost a week later not a word from this so called district manager or corprate!!!

Disgusting restaurant!! Had maggots on floor by serving counter and floor.
Had reserved a room for today Saturday July 27th. Had a back room in Conroe Tx, service was excellent but as we started taking pictures after eating and children were playing. Noticed live maggots on carpet crawling and by station where tea and coffee were. All over. Asked for manager he came back, did not apologize to our group, told me he had sprayed that morning and had to get the room cleared where he could get cleaned. Don’t worry we are leaving, thought he was very uncaring about how upset the group of about 25 plus people. Which had children on that disgusting floor. So will not ever be going back to Conroe. And we have had several previous reunions there. But never again.

Ryan’s on Brevard Rd. In Asheville, NC is close to my home and I eat there fairly often. Yesterday the person taking care of our section was excellent. Her name is Vickie and she kept our table cleared and our glasses filled. She was noted to be scanning the section and keeping others taken care of as well. Not everyone is as conscientious by far!
