Lost purse

I came on thurs 1 45 from leeds bradford to alicante was in seat 15 d and im sure i must of left it on plane as i paid for something on plane and never opened my bag till we gt in apartments and wasnt there iv tried to get in touch a few times but still no reply please can you help

Good well Tran staff polite, please I like to make a claims for a cancellation Of my flight from Zaragoza Airport in Spain to Brussels Charleroi on the 29/07/2023 when I got to the airport I check in with my children waiting for the flight after sometime the screen show up there where no flight to Charleroi Brussels I immediately went to costumer care to ask for my refund. And I have to be in Belgium that same day on the 29/07/2023 or 30/07/2023 because on the 31/07/2023 I have to be at work .so I immediately took the bus from the airport for 2 per person I pay 8.for 4 to train station in Zaragoza getting there I took a train from Zaragoza for 183.80 to Barcelona sants from Barcelona sants I bought a bus tickets for 549.92 to Paris from Paris to Brussels i arrived the following day on the 30/07/2023 its was *** and very very stressful for me and the children is not what a mother and her children we like to experienceGloria

Still waiting for refund.6 emails.4 calls to refund customer service team.told all is ok refund in 5-7days, they cand find forms ,some was deleted and to top it off got cut off twice ..its a farce. Its been 10weeks now.yet theymake millions on profit but wont refund you joke .

If there was something less than 1 star i would give Ryan air. They advertise low and cheap budget flights and find other ways to rip you off for more than the cost of the flight.

I booked a return flight for 2 teenage kids, younger kid and I. Ryanair website directed indicating the ages if the teenagers in a separate column from that of the kid the booking the teenagers which was done On the day of the flight, I was not able to check in any of the Kids as they had been grouped ad adults and not teenagers. I got to the airport very early as was unable to contact their non-existent customer service. The booking attendant was also on hold for about 1 hour without getting through to Anyone. The live online chat was just the same automated responses for over 2 hours. In the long run i was asked to pay £165 for a manual check in or miss the Flight. Totally unfair and a rip-off. If your website has an issue, correct it and stop ripping people off. I have sent several emails, but no one is reading it. They are just sending generic messages without even reading my mails. You can't even register a complaint, How bad can they get??? How can the screen shot below now default teenagers bookings as adults and ask me to pay £165 to be able to check manually or miss the flight???

I can not get verification for my ticket, it nit accepting my selfie

I can not not get through verification process to see mt tickets, as many times I have tried, probably 50 times to take my selfie, the program did not accept it. So, i have contacted, Ryanair help desk twice. First time i was on the line waiting for 30 minutes to someone from help desk /customer service to pick up the phone, then i was told by member of staff that they can do it manually, to help me with the selfie to go through the process of verification. Nothing happened, did not work. Yesterday, I have contacted customer service again, I was waiting for on the line 45 minutes someone to pick up the phone, eventually I was told by member of staff that they can take my signature instead of selfie for verification, but there was no option like that, so, how can i go through verification?

Been deleted over 10 hours

We been left at the gate with absolutely no information,and zero care,the flight been deleted for over 10 hours and we received just a bottle of water an a sandwich all night, we slept at the areoport in the floor, the day after when we go on board they keep us an extra hour on the plane with no apologies from the staff

Missed flight

Dear Rayair Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my recent flights with your airline. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues and delays during my journey with Rayair, which caused significant inconvenience and financial burden for me and my companion. On June 27, 2023, I had booked a flight from Vienna to Milan, with flight number PL239H. It is regrettable that my flight experienced a significant delay, leading to considerable inconvenience and negative impact on my travel plans. The queues were disorganized and chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. This resulted in an unnecessary delay during the check-in process, causing me to miss my flight on June 27, 2023, from Milan to Tenerife, with flight number KSN5QT4. The first incident occurred on June 27, 2023, when I missed my flight to Tenerife. Unfortunately, there were no other flights to Tenerife on that day, which forced me to cancel my hotel reservation, costing me 95. Additionally, I had to book a new flight (flight number KSN5QT4) to Tenerife, incurring additional costs of 466. Moreover, we had to unexpectedly stay overnight in Milan, resulting in additional hotel expenses amounting to 143. I won't address the expenses I had planned for my 30th birthday on June 28th at this point. I kindly request appropriate compensation for myself, Blagojevic Sabina, born on June 28, 1993, and my companion Alexandra Riza, born on November 23, 1971. Furthermore, there were further delays on my flights with your airline. On July 2, there was a delay of 50 minutes during the departure from Tenerife to Vienna (flight number AKUI5E). On July 3, there was a delay of 30 minutes during the departure from Vienna to Palma de Mallorca (flight number FR488). Additionally, on July 6, during the departure from Palma de Mallorca to Vienna, there was a delay of 2 hours and 15 minutes (flight number FR9701). Due to this delay, I was unable to use public transportation and had to book a Bolt ride, incurring an additional cost of 50. The repeated delays and problems with my flights not only significantly disrupted my travel plans but also caused considerable inconvenience and additional expenses. It is regrettable that I couldn't celebrate my 30th birthday as planned due to these delays, and it resulted in further financial burden. I expect Rayair to take appropriate measures to ensure that such problems and delays are avoided in the future. Additionally, I request suitable compensation for the incurred costs, inconvenience, and the missed enjoyment of my 30th birthday. I sincerely hope that you take this matter seriously and take necessary actions to improve your service quality and address the issues that have arisen. Charged 60 euros sin motivo, y sin opciones

Booking number FCH7FY I was not allowed to check in at the airport, although the flight was delayed , it was supposed to depart at 16:35, but it departed at 18:00. I was threatened that if I don't pay the 60 euros. I will not get a boarding pass and don't fly. The reason I didn't check in on line was because my mother needs assistance and I was told to do the check in at the counter. Please REFUND the 60 Euros, if you can't, please, give me the contact of the headquarters so I can escalate this matter to the top level. Thank you. Buon pomeriggio, una cosa che non mi è mai capitata prima, mi sembra un po' un peccato da parte della vostra azienda visto che mi sono sempre trovata bene. Dalle 12:30 avrei dovuto prendere il volo dall'aeroporto di Londra Stansted per Bergamo Orio al Serio. Io Christian Demez e il mio amico Martin Senoner eravamo davanti al Gate 30 alle 11:30 e il volo era in ritardo di 40 minuti, il nuovo orario era previsto per le 13:10. Ho parlato con una tua collega che lavorava al Gate 30, poco prima dell'accesso alla pista per prendere il volo sono andata in bagno, quando sono uscita e sono andata al Gate ho visto che tutte le persone erano già in direzione dell'aereo e il tuo collega mi ha detto che il Gate era chiuso e non mi avrebbero più lasciato andare a prendere l'aereo, io ho risposto che mi avrebbero solo lasciato scendere le scale e mi avrebbero fatto uscire sul pista, perché tutti i passeggeri erano ancora in coda in attesa che salissero sull'aereo, la dipendente mi ha detto che non poteva accettare la mia richiesta perché il gate era chiuso, ho pensato che la sua richiesta fosse assurda, Successivamente sono andato all'ufficio Ryanair e mi hanno detto che l'unica possibilità che avrei avuto era comprare un altro volo per £ 100. Quindi non avendo altra scelta ho acquistato il biglietto per il volo da Londra Stansted a Verona il 2 luglio alle 19:25. Numero di prenotazione: BM71YK La mia richiesta sarebbe la seguente, poiché non sono riuscito a prendere il volo delle 13:10 con il ritardo di 40 minuti per motivi banali che mi ha detto il tuo dipendente, questa mi sembra una brutta cosa, la richiesta è se posso avere il risarcimento di £ 100 per il volo per Verona in quanto non è colpa mia ma colpa dell'organizzazione. Reembolso

Olá boa noite, hoje no dia 19/06 eu fiz chekin e ao entrar na expensao fui travada e demoraram muito tempo para fazer tudo, abriram todas minhas bagagens desnecessariamente e eu perdi o voo, o pior que tentei entrar e não consegui, logo após me mandaram email dizendo que o voo tava atrasado, por favor peço que me reembolse pois gastei tempo e dinheiro. Não foi justo! Por favor se caso não fizer irei entrar em contato com meu advogado para entrar com uma ação sobre a situação! Não é justo pois eu estava dentro do horário permitido, dentro do horário que informaram que poderia! Eu aguardo a resposta pois fui lesionada por muito dinheiro! Por favor me ajudem com a situação aqui citada!

Did not get any respond from the company about how they intend to solve my claim. I am very much disappointed by Ryanair customer service at all, about cancellation possibility and other issues raised in my claims.

Damage Pram

To whom it may concern, i boarded with your airline yesterday from France Marseille to Glasgow Prestwick airport. Upon my arrival home and unpacking my things i realised that the airline has damaged my pram. I have contacted your customer service and spoke to a gentleman called Paul he advised me to go back to the airport and speak to customer there to fill in a claims form. When i drove back to the airport, i spoke to a lady called Carla who advised that because my flight landed yesterday theres nothing she can do. I requested to speak with her manager Steven who then advised me to contact Ryanair as they do not have Ryanair representative at the airport to authorise them to fill in the claims form. He however took pictures of the damaged pram. I called your customer service again i requested for a manager but unfortunately no manager was available. I then spoke to a gentleman called Kamil who has advised me to complete a general complaints form with pictures of the damaged pram. Please bare in mind i had to drive miles away from my 34 miles away from my home with a baby to the airport. I have barely used my pram as well. Refund

Yes.. the way I was treated was disgusting.. I have hand diablitys.. an I was left to suffer... trying to check in was in possible.. it would mot let me do it.. I called Ryanair a number of times.. to ask for assistance.. but kept getting told thy could not stay on the phone for long... day of flight got airport ould still not checkin an no one to speak to... Swiss port tryedcalling use.. no answer.. so in the end me an my party.. had to pay 55 each to board the flight.. which we were nit happy with. Horrible start to my holiday an my has suffer.. with holding my phone.. disgustingdisgustingnoneno

Injured leaving plane

I flew out on Friday the 10th March from stanstead airport to Malaga and when we landed we were getting off the plane and as I stepped down from the plane I slipped as the stair was really slippery. They got me an ambulance as I couldnt walk on my foot. I was so upset as we was only there 4 days and I didnt even get outside the apartment it ruined my little break I was so looking forward to and as for the stair it shouldnt off been slippery also since I have returned home I havent been able to go out as its still painful
