Thief’s

Took my money, didnt send the meds, refuse to respond to my emails and messages. Cant report to BBB because they are a non profit-yeah right! SCAM is what they are!! Run fast and far before they steal from you

NO confirmation of purchase or shipment

Customer reps and Manager are misleading and evasive, say contradictory things. I can't get verification/tracking info of shipment. I have requested callback and email to no avail. Was first promised a call then an email by a manager, confirming purchase and shipment information -NONE RECEIVED. I desperately need this medication for pain management. Script was submitted by Dr weeks ago, and it has been PAID FOR.

Contradictory statements from customer reps no shipping info available

Used to have good customer service, not anymore. Have not received any shipment information on current script. I don't even have proof of purchase , even thought they charged me! Customer service reps and Manager dishonest, misleading and evasive, don't respond to emails or phone calls. Promised shipping information would come in email, never received. Script was sent weeks ago. I desperately need this script for pain management and I have PAID FOR IT,

Out of medication again!

For the third or fourth time I am out of my medication and waiting on RX outreach. New script from doctor was sent in a week ago. They are so SLOW and incompetent! BUT this is serious! Too many patients are running out of their meds! Email or call one of their main persons: Bridgette Sims Outreach Coordinator 314-627-**** bridgette.sims@***.org They need to know that they need some type of management!

Poor customer service,poor resonse time mixup on order

I called Monday i was supposed to be 3 meds found out later i was billed for 4 called back to cancel order thought i had it straightened out but later found they had debited my checking account for 4 meds.. I no longer take atorvastatin. I called to see if I could return the atorvastatin but was told I had to speak to a supervisor which would call me back within 24 hours good luck on that one too many cooks spoil the broth. . makes me wonder broth. it appear the left hand does not

CALL ME, CALL YOU, WHO CALLED WHO?

I WAITED 33 DAYS FOR ONE OF THE PAIN MEDICATIONS THAT I GET. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR YEARS. I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT AFFORD MEDICATION FROM TRADITIONAL SOURCES, SO I GO HERE AND PUT UP WITH THE ABUSE. THAT IS ALL THIS IS. NO ONE HERE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LIVE WITH PAIN SINCE THEY WERE 5 YEARS OLD. THAT'S RIGHT FIVE. I AM NOW 70. I HAVE ON MANY OCCASIONS TOLD THEM THAT I WISH THIS PAIN ON THEM. THEY DO NOT RELATE, THEREBY, THERE IS NO EMPATHY.

Complaint

Going on a month now to receive my refills. Cant even get through on the automated telephone system as their voice prompts and number keys don't register ......UNACCEPTABLE! Have been using them for the last 5 years.....guess it is time to change....

Called for prescription refill and lady was very rude and not concerned about my needs; said prescription was out of stock and I informed her that it was a Rejection medication I called in last Friday

And all she said there was nothing she could do for me. The order was put on hold this past Friday

Resolved: Waiting for Rx refill for more than 10 weeks.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. 15 days after RcOutreach had received their resupply, I received my Rx in the mail. No compensation for the very long delay of necessary medication..

No one contacted me when the medication arrived at RxOutReach.I called them and reminded them that I was promised that they would ship the Rx overnight once a supply had come in. They did not.About 15 days after RcOutReach had received a supply, I received my Rx in the mail.I was in moderate to severe pain with trouble breathing every day for about 12 weeks while RxOutreach arranged a resupply of the medication and to ship it to me.Their communication with me was not good.I had to call them many times.They did not keep their promise to ship the Rx quickly to me.I have to decide if I will rely on RxOutreach for necessary medications in the future.

Still waiting for RX refill for more than 10 weeks. Patients cannot rely on RxOutreach to fill necessary medications. I have been in severe pain for 10 weeks now.

Lapse in time from refill to processing to being sent.

I have been using RX Outreach for several years and have noticed a decline in service over the past year. One of my scripts is a controlled substance and CSs are only sent out twice a week. They cannot/will not process my refill before the refill date. If I had immediate access to this drug I could understand this. However, consider my refill date falls in between those two days a week, add a weekend in and delivery time I am always out before receiving my refill. 3 - 5 business days from them to me. I pay ahead so that doesn't hold up processing and I always get a call telling me it cannot yet be filled and in the past several refills (90 days) when I try to pay the amount is incorrect which would hold it up. I call and am put on hold for long periods. 55 min, 40 min and do not always get the option of having a return call. I have had a rep speak rudely to me telling me I wouldn't run out...well, yes I will. Count...and consider the 2 days a week my order is sent out and the delivery time. oh yes, I run out. This should not be difficult to understand.

While "trying" to do the right thing, these guys are incompetent. When it comes to dispensing medications "competence" is important. They dont' do what they say they are going to do, they do NOT answer the phone or return inquiries, they screw up orders, they are NOT on time with shipping. If you are ordering something like Viagra it might work. However, if your life depends on your meds, you better have a back up plan. 4 out of 5 times these guys are going to let you down!

CALLS DO NOT WORK. TRY COMPUTER.

I NEED A RENEWAL FOR RUSUVASTATIN DESPERATELY. WAITING A LONG TIME FOR RENEWAL. WHEN I CALL, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR AN AGENT TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. CANNOT GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT EVEN THO THEY HAVE MY CHARGE CARD.

Over priced and couldn't get a human on the line

Rx charged 3 times the amount charged by my local pharmacy ( 120.00 vs 360. ) Tried to cancel when I received an email listing their charge to my account . Called their offices was on hold for 30 min , was given the option to have them call back , chose that . No call back . Will dispute charge and refuse delivery.

Horrible company

Several times they charged me for a medication and it would come in so late that I would have to buy it somewhere else defeating the whole purpose so I wouldn't run out and the most recent one has been on hold for 60 days even though they charged me this is the worst company ever stay away from it and get a GoodRx card that was my second go to option it's a little pricier but it's a lot cheaper than normal even with my insurance which is trash.. but whatever most are.. like I said stay away from this company they are garbage!!! I can't stress this enough do not go through these people you will tear the hair out of your head even if your bald like me.
