Horrible Accountibility
Misrepresents pictures on website. Different product arrives and doesnt fit application. Provide pics and they argue it does fit, what?! Finally agreed to refund but wouldnt cover return shipping. Im not paying to return for their false advertising and misrepresentation. Called customer service to plainly say I didnt get what I paid for and they refused to take blame and hung up on me.

Stay away from Rvinyl Poor color quality control waste of money
I placed an order with Rvinyl for aCamouflage wrap in November, applied in March warmer weather everything went well but i needed another 5' wrap so i ordered the same product. When it arrived i saw it looked totally different so i sent pictures and an email to Rvinyl as per Collin M and 2 managers they said the color difference was acceptable, Sorry nothing we can do about it. Now any normal person can see theses 2 wraps are totally different one has a tan tone and the new one has a salmon tone. Not acceptable SORRY I wasted $250.00 No one take accountability anymore. Poor quality wrap and a bad company Stay away from them Tried to load picture but failed

Ordered Oracal 951 vinyl in gold... Immediately realized I needed gold pyrite... So I emailed them immediately to no return email for days... Vinyl had already shipped but they still refused to recognized that I needed a different colour. After several emails this is what I get...Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, we do not offer to swap, sorry. Thank you, Collet M Rvinyl Customer Service... Although their return policy clearly states "we're happy to accept a return for a store credit, gift certificate or exchange" ... Don't do business with these people

Fraudsters
Received a defective product. Company refuses to make it right. Searching online will show that this is a regular thing for them. They send out faulty, incorrect product, or just don't send anything at all, then they try to keep your money. Every organization from the BBB to Google is covered with complaints about this company. How has no one done anything about this?

Wrong size wrap
I paid for a 5ft x 6ft wrap, got a 5ft x 1ft, I would like to get the right size wrap for my hood not something that doesnt fit if there isent that size please call me at +153******** and let me know if there is other wraps that size I could choose from.

Horrible Product and Support
Ordered PPF for my front pillars and top roof edge. Realized I ordered for a Cherokee when I meant to order for a Grand Cherokee. Immediately emailed sales and support to get a refund and they said they cannot refund it but would send me the correct one. When I got it in the mail, it was for the wrong model that I initially emailed them to correct. Now Im stuck with $100 film that they never corrected. I emailed them minutes after the order was placed. Send them photos of the wrong item they sent me, and now theyve hosted me. I had to contact my bank to get the order reversed and open a BBB claim where they currently have an F-rating. Ive made many purchases from this business in the past and this will be my last. Theyve lost a long term repeat customer. Avoid Rvinyl at all costs.

Very disappointed
I ordered the door pillar covers for my 2013 Porsche Panamera (gloss black). So far the product is great, BUT when my product arrived I was missing half of what I ordered. The 3 M Primer Pen was not shipped. I waited 8 days for my order to arrive, and I was looking at waiting 8 more for the pen. 16 days before I could use the product I ordered!! I called Rvinyl customer service and spoke with someone that was no help at all. When I received notice that my covers were being delivered, I removed my vinyl wrap from my pillars. Under the wrap is sun burnt and faded. I thought I would be able to put the Rvinyl covers on immediately, but because of their shipping error, I was expected to drive around with my car looking horrible. I told the representative that I expected a new set of covers and the 3 M primer due to the fact that I had no choice but to install the covers without using the primer and if it turned out bad, I'd like to do it right with the new set and the PRIMER. He basically laughed. He told me it wasn't going to go my way. Well, apparently not because my way would have been receiving my entire order. I told him that I would be documenting my displeasure with Yelp and other review platforms,and he didn't seem to care. Order #302278

Ordered the wrap and didnt review full amount . The 60x5yd should of been well more than to wrap the car but only got enough to wrap a hood ,fender and back bumper

The material they sent me does not match what is advertised on line. After several attempts to rectify this issue, they still refuse to send me my money back.
