Discoloration and taste of peanut candy they melt if they arent properly taken care of but customer service really provides a better explanation of what happens thank you.

Damaged packaging of 16.1 oz, Russell Stover pecan delights
One of the individual packages was empty, another had a pecan delight halve way smashed in pressed closure and another in the bag unpacked. We have purchased and enjoyed Russell Stover candies and chocolates for years. With my wife's mother owning a Hallmark Store for many years in the past and having Russell Stovers displays we purchased many varieties of chocolates and candies. To finish, this is the only time there was a mishap with your product

Haven't received candy
Customer service lady I spoke today was great. My experience has been poor because u use FedX. They take purchases to the wrong house or they r like this purchase where I dont get the purchase at all because it gets stuck somewhere along the way. My checking account has been debited but u havent received the purchase yet. U r using my money free.

Found something in the candy
I bit into a Dark Chocolate Truffle and felt something hard, it was metal staple in the candy. I spit out the staple (of course) and the first part of the box was fine, tho I didn't finish the box. There are six pieces left now in the box.

To let Russell Stover company know I no longer like their product.
For years I have eaten your candy product. Something has happened to the quality of your product. Also your have changed your Easter egg product. The candy eggs use to so light and fluffy on the inside and big with a good chocolate taste. I just bought some recently and you have totally changed the recipe. They are flat with no fluffy center. I will buy my chocolate elsewhere.Its sad because your product use to be very good. What has happened?

My disappointing Valentine’s Day 2023
My husband came through for Valentines Day 2023 as usual with a red foil heart shaped box of Russel Stover candy. This stuff used to be a real treat, better than everyday candy. Now it is not at all discernible from the cheap,no-name brand boxed candy that people buy for their kids on Valentines Day because kids wont know the difference. Russell Stover candies used to each have a distinct flavor, tasted like what is was described to be (coconut,maple,peanut butter,etc) and the chocolate was rich and melted in your mouth. The new candies are garbage, every flavor tastes the same, overly sweet with no flavor contrast between the chocolate and the filling. The chocolate is also cheap tasting and waxy. I am telling my husband to just get me a bag of Hersheys kisses next year. Such a bummer that this once great candy I used to look forward to on Valentines Day now sucks. Of course there is also less in the box too now for more money.

False advertising for chocolate covered nut assortment
My husband and I buy a box of Russell Stover chocolate covered nut assortment every year for ourselves and our children for Valentines Day. We only like chocolate with nuts in them and your assortment was something we used to enjoy. We were very surprised to see that this year you removed "5" of the chocolate covered nuts and replaced them with "Dark chocolate coconut clusters". Where is it that coconut is a nut? I looked up if coconut was a nut and it said it was a fruit called "drupe". We will never buy Russell Stovers again, this is false advertisement. It's bad enough you only give pecan pieces that you can only see only under a microscope but putting "5" coconut chocolates in as a replacement for another chocolate nut shows your company must be really struggling!

40 years ago we used to buy over 100 pounds of chocolate Russell Stover at a time. Thats when the recipe was good. Now that they use some toxic chemical maybe aspartame in their chocolate and all of their flavorings, theyve ruined it. Thats why the prices come down. I think the original owner would roll over in their grave.

It's pretty sad that the attached photo is what Russell Stover has become. I can recall when they were known for being one of the better candy companies.

Do not bother ordering from site. Items are never shipped.

Then since I am a 77 year old Diva and have Low Blood Sugar. I bought Whitmans Sugar Free but always got when on sale 50% got My Whitmans Sugar Free for the same Sale price. $5.99. HOWEVER THIS TIME HAD TO PAY FOR MY WHITMANS SUGAR FREE $10.99 SO VERY DISAPPOINTED HAVE ALWAYS GOT THE 50% OFF MY REGULAR WHITMANS SAMPLERS AND MY SUGAR FREE FOR SAME 50%. 2 Different Stores was out of Sugar Free. Save your money
I have been speaking with Russel Stover for 2 weeks. First, they told me that the do not take any returns, yet it clearly states on their return policy that any unsatisfied customers can return their product. I emailed them everyday for a week straight with ZERO response. I emailed again and was sent an email that had a gift certificate attached to it. However, there was NOTHING attached. I responded to the customer service rep about the issue and they have not replied in 4 days... THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I was so afraid of the chemical taste and the purple dye that was so thick on my tongue.

I was glad to find this candy after having been deemed to be diabetic. When I bit into the purple coated peanut (like M & M candy) there was an awful taste. I thought I was poisoned. The purple was thick and my tongue was totally discolored. I quickly spit it out and it took a while to get it all out. Had to brush my tongue and then scrape it too with a tongue scraper . Im telling you I almost had to go to the hospital. I wanted to bring it to get an x-ray of this candy or to get them to run a test to see what kind of chemical that was that tasted so awful. I still have this candy in a ziplock bag and the rest of it and Im curious to see what's in it.
