The customer service did not accommodate my needs/services.
I called for regards of my refund from the disputes that the hotel has overcharge my rush card. I filed a disputes in May 2023, then I got a letter that Rushcard found that hotel did overcharge my card so the Rushcard are refunding my money. Since the card is no longer in use, they closed Rushcard. They will send the refund 45 days from June 28th, 2023. Now it is August 21st, it has been past 45 days so i called the customer service several times, the customer service answered and asked me my information, then say nothing every single times. They hang up on me. I am getting frustrated and angry for withheld my refund/money that being owed to me. This is so unbelievable.

Some one just took money of my card
Need USA folks to answer the phone. Have to repeat your self over and over again And when you ask for a Supervisor or a USA representative they will not do it.still no help with someone taking my money from me and I have my card .and it was used at a cvs ATM

About a transaction
About a transaction in which about Walmart is that I had a annual membership with them and they charger my card twice but they say you all withheld 106.00 of my money and then they charger 106.00 and I didn't ask them to take and annual membership from my money and they say they refunded 106.something to my card and they owned me another 106 .00 and I told them I got paid one of the 106.00 but not the other and they say I had to talk with you all about my other 106.00 .so can you call me at 662400****and proof is on my account.

I received a email that said I only zero dollars in my account and I went to the ATM and after I took money out I still had 40.00 left snd the email said 0 dollar left. I been with Rushcard since 2004 and nothing like this has ever happen!!!Its

I can't get anyone on either phone number. And the system won't let me login to my account I have tried several different ways of reaching out to these people and still nothing I am so upset and they won't even return my call. It is really sad to say. But their customer service stinks.
