Hard to contact anyone in your company

I purchased a ruroc Atlas 1.0 how about a year and a half ago? It was a leftover in your stock brand new. Im very disappointed in this design I was riding my motorcycle a couple days ago and all of the hardware that holds the windscreen fell out. I lost the screws and all the hardware that holds it together. Been trying to contact your company for the past week and no answer trying to purchase hardware for the helmet I really like your product. I was also considering and purchasing a 4.0 to upgrade but your company is almost impossible to reach for customer service so if I dont hear anything back from ruroc, I will not purchase any more of your products sincerely, yours, Juan Herrera .

Your customer service is really bad

I really like your product but I purchased a 1.0 ruroc motorcycle helmet about a year and a half ago Brand New left over. Im to contact your company to buy replacement parts for it. I was riding my motorcycle with my helmet on and the hardware that holes the sunvisor all came off. Im really upset because I really like your product and have been trying to contact someone in your company to buy replacement parts for it but no luck, Was looking to upgrade to a 4.0 because I really like the design of your helmet but if Im gonna have this issue with a $500 helmet and cant get no replacement parts for it then its not worth me spending that kind of money no matter how much I love the product. Hopefully hopefully I get a return response from your company.

Missing shockwave

Ordered a helmet with free shockwave but didnt come with the shockwave on the box, need to pay delivery fee, custom fre tax fee and that its missing shockwave which they said its free when i ordered it

Still waiting on my Helmet

I ordered a helmet for you sometime ago and have not received it. I have gotten emails from you repeatedly saying it has been shipped. When I put the tracking number in all it ever says is that it has been shipped. One email said that it had been delivered in Alaska waiting for me to pick it up, I dont live in Alaska. Another email says that you have no order form from me even though I have sent you a copy on my order several times. Im getting a little confused, worried and pissed with the run around Im receiving from your company. So I would appreciate a call from your customer service representative to solve this problem. Return Policy and customer service

Helene sizing was way off. Had to pay 120 in shipping. The package was held by customs for months and then I was denied return because the didnt receive the package in time. I have paid 600 dollars for a helmet that is a kids size.

Exchange of a product

Hi I purchased the harley Quinn helmet for my daughter, in size XS, I had her this weekend, and she tried the helmet on, and it is too small. I would like to exchange it It hasnt been worn at all, and is still in the original black box it came in. However I dont have the shipping box it came in . It was delivered approximately 2 weeks ago, but this weekend was the first opportunity I had to get her to try it on. Could someone please get back to me with a path forward to exchange the helmet for a larger size?? Thank you

No help from Ruroc re broken ski helmet

Bought ski helmet. Fist time trying it on and the ear protector broke. Tried to contact company re return and refund but doesnt seem to be anyway to get through to them. When emailing we just get a reply from pissedconsumer.com! How do I speak directly to Ruroc?

No customer service

My order number was 600016****. I placed my order for 2 helmets back on August 9th (2 days after my buddy), 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. Total price for the order was $1400. My first issue is that after placing the order, they wouldn't ship out my helmet even though it was ready until my wife's helmet (preorder) was available to ship. They said "they don't send products separately." Meanwhile, my buddy received his helmet after just a week and a half. Whatever, that's fine. This shipping issue only cost me a trip that I had planned for 2 months and about $600 (non-refundable). When they finally arrived over a month later, they were the wrong size because at the time we placed the order, we used their sizing guide they had posted on their website. When we tried them on, and they didn't fit, I rechecked the website to find that they had updated their sizing guide for their new 4.0 helmets. Why wasn't this updated size guide online when they released their new line? Anyway, I sent an email and they responded within 2 days with return shipping labels for both helmets. I ship them off and 2 weeks later they receive them. They stated there would be a small delay in the processing to get the new helmets shipped. Again, fine. Then I get an email for my wife's helmet stating that it had shipped and was on the way. A week later, I have her helmet. But you know what? I don't have MY HELMET! What happened to the whole "we don't ship separately" bit? I sent them an email about this a week ago and got the response that they would be contacting me shortly, through email of course, because this company apparently doesn't own phones. I sent another email a few days ago and still nothing. I am ticked off. I'm currently short 1 $525 motorcycle helmet and this whole "customer service team" is an absolute joke. I am starting to think I will NEVER refer Ruroc to my friends due to these issues, which is a huge mistake due to the fact that I'm in a fairly large veteran motorcycle club. That's a LOT of lost potential revenue there. I'm just in disbelief in how the customers who spend this sort of money on THEIR products are treated. I want to know where my helmet is and if I need to start finding a way to sue over this.
