I wanted to write you a short note to Thank You for your commitment and professionalism once again this year. The gentleman, Patrick that attended our event was pleasant and so accommodating. It was a pleasure to deal with him and your organization. We had a great event and look forward to dealing with you again in the future. Amazing experience
Provided proof of insurance and TSSA even though we asked the day of. Very helpful staff and the inflatables were better quaility than others I have rented in the past from other companies. Will have them back next year!

Using Runamok Amusements was one of the BEST choices I have ever made!!!
I would like to share a very enjoyable experience I had with Runamok amusements. The staff running the concession stand and inflatables were awesome! Always smiling and doing a great job keeping the children safe while having a positive and worry-free experience. We had them out to a company event and the staff were exceptional. Having staff who know what they are doing and are constantly monitoring your children for their safety. The kids had a great time and I will definitely be using Runamok Amusements for future events. I would highly recommend Runamok Amusements for your personal or company function. You will be very pleased you did.

Runamok Amusements - Kids Event Planning Review from Ottawa, Ontario
I can't believe the amount of untraind staff this company has as employees. Here's an amusements company who is there to offer safe and risk free entertainment for their clients and they offer neither. The staff is made up as mostly students and a few older staff staff but their complete lack and disregard for their clients (mostly school aged children) safty and disrespect for their parents concern falls far short from the expectations of the entertainment/amusement industry standard.
