Rumoke took my trash can

Rumpke stole my trash cans on two separate occasions. I've went weeks with out disposing of my trash

I was asked to review

Container requested, and was told that I must wait 14 business days until I can complain. It's 13 business days, 19 days in all waiting for a replacement container.

Not getting any answers

We have been in this home about a month I have call numerous times to get trash cans from them. Everytime I call I get the same old song and dance they will call me with a time they will be drop off never get phone call or my trash cans , Never in my life had to deal with this , lol now I have to wait tell NEXT FRIDAY to either call or have trash cans over a month been waiting.such bad business for them.

Terrible service all around.

This is the worst company can you imagine working with. There customer service is atrocious. They constantly raise prices. They are unreliable and dont deliver anything they promise. Choose anyone else but Rumpke. They are just terrible in every way imaginable.

Complaint unresolved

Failed to take trash in its entirety and refused to take accountability and pick back up. Asked for superviser, was told they would not give me any name, position in charge or contact, Forced to file online complaint and city complaint, as well as discard my own trash

Inconsistent. Missed trash, but took recycling. Overpriced. Horrible monopoly. The Suuuuu$$#$##!!k. No good. No good.

Not happy about where driver leaves csn

Your driver leave can in middle of driveway every week is same thing Ive called numerous of times on this matter

My bill has never been consistent

Bill has never been consistent. Holiday service wasnt collected and no return call or collection. Customer svc was super rude.

2 Months and No Pickup

This is the worst trash company to work with. We have a dumpster that 3 families use and it is in my dad's name. To be fair, he missed a few payments and paid them 2 months at a time or something. My fiance and I told him we would take over the payments because we were tired of them not coming to get our trash for weeks at a time. About 2 weeks ago, I called them to ask them to come get our trash because we haven't had any pickup since March. I called them May 16. The lady I spoke with said that the account was locked for some reason (even though the balance was current), so she unlocked it and said that we would have service the following Tuesday... Another week, ok, but we could deal with it. Next Tuesday comes along and no pickup. I call them Wednesday. The lady I spoke with said that they would get out there today, tomorrow at the latest. They did not come Wednesday. I called them Thursday afternoon to ensure that someone would come out before the end of the business day, and the lady I spoke with took my number so that she could give me an ETA. No call. I wasn't worried about it. I trusted that the company would do their job. We left that afternoon for Gatlinburg. We arrived back home SUNDAY evening and guess what, NO PICKUP! So of course it's Memorial Day weekend, so I have to wait until Tuesday (today) to call yet again. This will be my FOURTH phone call in 2 weeks to try to get these people to pick this trash up, which has not been done in 2 MONTHS! I'm not hopeful. I wanted to give them a chance, the benefit of the doubt because my dad had been late on some payments. Even then, they should have come out immediately after receiving payment. I thought it was just us, but after reading some of these other reviews, I realized that they are just a terrible company. -10/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company is terrible. Nothing but problems once I stared with them in December 2022 including forgotten pick up, billing issues and the latest issue of charging for 16 extra bags in 2 weeks

When I never exceeded the maximum of 6 per pick up. Asked about yard waste before securing them and was told yes they take it or I would not have gone with them. Since I complained about extra charged now refused to take my trash. Asked to speak with supervisor still waiting to hear from one.

Fail to provide service

I am highly dissatisfied with their service. Despite countless calls to their office, they still fail to come for my recycle pick up. This has led me to the conclusion that their service is not worth my hard-earned money. It is for this reason that I would urge anyone considering their services to search for another service provider. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the service that you deserve.

Had to call regarding a broken lid on the garbage can.

Broken Lid. Need replacement can. Customer Service was very helpful and issue will be taken care of.

Non existent customer service

I don't complain when the trash men don't close my ATTACHED lid on my trash can when it's raining or when they spill more trash in my driveway than they get in their truck. BUT when they can't even pick up my ONE can although they picked up everyone else on the street (country road), I called to ask them to pick my trash up. FOUR times I called and got different answers each time. I called the same day that they missed so they could pick it up and not leave my trash can out. At the end of the day it was still there. I called the next day and was told they have 24 hours to pick it up. This was on a Friday. When they hadn't picked it up by mid day, I called again. They girl said she would report it. It still wasn't picked up at end of day and I called again. This time the I got a different story. The girl said they had 48 hours and want did I want them to do about it! I said "pick up my damm trash" She then goes ballistic and says "don't you cuss at me" and makes this call all about her instead of the service I'm paying for and not getting. It is now Sunday evening and my trash has been sitting at the road since Wednesday evening.

Service and fees

Service and outrageous fees! Service sucks, yet they increased their fees 37% in the last year! Oh really? I have to write at least 100 characters? Okay. How about this? Screw Rumpkes!

Horrible company to do business with

Paid $1000 for a dumpster. Dumpster was late several days then when I initiated contact they said your dumpster isnt available but will get you the next size down plus a refund. THEN they attempted to remove 3 days early; when I complained on the website it directed back to the person who had all the mess ups to begin with. Took 2 weeks to get the refund and was told I would get a call from our manager and that never happened. LITERALLLY will never do business with these clowns again. I still need 1-2 dumpsters and wont even CONSIDER Rumpke.
