Awful!

Poor quality and service. I think they may be a scam company. Something just seems really fishy with their customer service and business practices. Dont take the risk.

These people are in the Philippines! They speak terrible English! What a waste of time to employ these people to handle issues in the United States.

Terrible customer service! RugsUSA takes care of their customers from another country! These people do not understand English much less speak it . You need to reconsider where you base your customer service.

Not recommended

Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend this company. Their site advertises free 2-day shipping, which is great, but it's been two weeks and my rug still hasn't even shipped. The person I spoke to over email seemed pleasant and originally refunded me 20% of the purchase price for the delay, which I appreciated. However, they said they would ask the warehouse to expedite my order and I should see my tracking information within three to five business days. Frankly, I don't consider that to be expedited service. I understand that they may be understaffed or have other lingering effects of COVID on their business and I wouldn't be so incensed if they had just been honest about the time to ship. I've now requested to cancel the order as well as a full refund because I doubt very much that it will be shipped at all. I've had no trouble with Wayfair or Overstock before, so I'll be sticking with them in the future. Heck, a trip to HomeGoods would even work!

No communication

I got mail saying my 15x18 rug was delayed with no dates as to when I can expect it, tho I did receive the pad, I have no clue as to when my rug will arrive.

Would give zero stars if I could.

Over a year ago, I ordered 2 of the same rugs. They were well made and I was happy with them. A few weeks ago, I ordered a 3rd of the exact same rug. It was NOT the same rug. It was so cheap and thin. I emailed the company to complain and have not heard anything back. Also, if we were to return it, we would have to pay for the shipping so its not even worth it. Its a shame that they lost a loyal customer.

Damaged rug

The rug I ordered came damaged. It was oddly folded when delivered instead of rolled and caused extreme creases that are nearly impossible to get straightened out. So disappointed. I am putting weights on the areas that are really bad and Im wondering why I even have to do this. If it was delivered in the proper way this wouldnt be an issue. I have pictures to prove how bad it is if youd like me to send. Hoping that rugs usa will make it right. Thanks.

Terrible customer service

We bought two rugs from this outfit and one of them was wrong color. Rugsusa wanted US to pay $132.00 for return shipping for the mistake they made..Well ,we filed the claim with our credit card and put this behind usrecommending to find better place.. they claim that the color of the rug is beige when in reality it is off white..

Credit refund

Over 6 weeks ago the rug was returned and this is the 2nd call placed to them for a credit. They have not credited my bank account. Its an oriental woman named MAHY and she said she would send an email confirmation. I am reporting them.

Scammed

Rugs USA seems to be a criminal enterprise. You send them $250.00 and you dont receive your product. Then Rugs USA cancels your order and takes $90.00 shipping fee. In short they're in the business of taking $250.00 from a consumer and returning $160.00. Not a bad business model. Where is the Attorney General to put their lights out?

I have made no less than 5 phone calls to Rugs USA to take my number off of their texting list. I have wall to wall carpeting and I will never buy from them.

Refund

After ordering g a rug that was available, then put on back order and finally cancelled, I am waiting for my refund. This entire transaction started a month ago.

Incorrect size

The rug delivery took too long. I received the rug pad first. I received the rug the next week. I ordered a 9x12 area rug pad and a 9x12 rug. The rug pad was a true size of 9x12, but the rug was 8x12. I've seen all of the complaints against this company and I value my peace. No it's not fair that I've paid for a 9x12 rug and did not get it, but if people could read the reviews before they buy like I should have done, then maybe it will stop others from purchasing from this company. I refuse to go round in circles trying to get a refund from a substandard company. It's not worth it to me.

A wonderful easy experience with returning a rug I ordered in the wrong size! Love all my new rugs! Can’t believe how quickly they arrived!

Had to return a rug I ordered in the wrong size, so easy and was handled very quickly and professionally! I will continue to do business with this company and enjoy sharing my experience!
