Explain my not finding true burgundy color.

I love the rugs & the fact I can easily return if the color is wrong. I have had quite a time getting a true burgundy color. Too much red in the rugs. Still did not find one that truly matches my room color.

Wuestion

Ordered 2 rugs online. When artived they were useless on a hardwood floor. Asked snout trturn and had questions answered. The rugs will be refunded.

I was thinking about ordering the padding but I can put on top of my old rug. I just wish they had more colors.

I would like to see more Indian type patterns and more brighter colors. A lot of choices, but colors arent that great patterns arent that great but I did find one that I really like turquoise I just wish I had more options.

Defected product

Company gave me forty dollars towards another rug My new rug got here and I'm very pleased as I have always been in the past with their product. Thank you rugs.com I will be a future customer and recommend they're product

Customer service. Lady need to quit talking so that I could explain to her so I could give her information and she could help me when she spoke she was very well at speaking

Out of the rugs I have bought I have always been pleased. I have one eye bought in October that is frame on the edge. I am a single woman no pets please help me with this situation

Wrong address given

Not pissed lol just want my rug. FedEx ground called me and I gave them my unit number and they still dropped it off at the wrong address! Then they tell me its my problem because the shipping label forgot my unit number.

Question about a pull in new rug

This was not a pissed off complaint. I called to ask what I should do about a pulled thread(I created). Im not sure if I should cut and knot it or what??!! We are VERY PLEASED with the rug. Excellent customer service, beautiful color blue and fits our room perfectly. Looking forward to hearing from someone about the pulled thread. Thank you.

Update on carpets ordered.

Not great on tracking information. I received a part of my order , however I did not receive any information that the order was coming. Ive been waiting about a week or so now and nothing else we been received. Im still waiting for the rest of the items to arrive. My confirmation # is sdhewb9cyu. Please help me find out when the are coming. Thank you

Terrible quality, Terrible company

I ordered a 7'10 x 10' Francesca WASHABLE rug WITH an Everyday brand Rug Pad. I ordered the Renaissance style in Teal Green. The rug and pad were delivered promptly, and it was then that disappointment came. The rug is Forrest Green and RED! The pad has a factory-pressed crease down the length of the rug. There is raveling along the edges. We made several attempts to press/ steam out the large crease, but it is still there. NOW there is rug weakening in several areas. This is a rug in an area that seldom gets traffic and there are only 2 living in the home. The label on the rug says DO NOT CLEAN OR GET WET! The ad states washable. I made several calls to right the wrong, finally, they told me to send it back, but it can't be over a $200.00 shipping charge. The pad is non-refundable. This is a large rug, and I have no way of taking this rug to the next town to send via FedEx. I am still paying for this disaster, and they have refused to return my calls about the holes forming (as if the material is rotting). The excuse for the wrong color is that all rugs have color variation. This company is not a quality company and people need to be informed before they purchase from them.

Company will not respond to a return item

Rugs.com sent a $200.00 partial order that was not be sent. Rugs.com canceled part of the order it was a rug they sent a rug pad can't use the pad without the rug can not get any to answer the phone or will not respond to any emails.contacted the BBB in the state, left bad reviews etc.it a shame that a company can rip someone off my phone 928-892-****
