Junk products must pay for return shipping.

They dont post negative reviews m. They scam Canadians with . Ca address thinking products ship from Canada. You must return ship to USA. Half cost of the rug.

Very disappointed in the quality and appearance

It arrived within several days as promised but on the website it was described as in very good condition. In fact it was incredibly worn where you could see the backing in about a quarter of the rug. The colours are very faded and there is very little nap left anywhere on the rug which was 9 1/2 x 12. There are several holes that look like they may have been made from moths, and several stains. It pointed out one area that had a huge flaw which I expected, but did not mention a second one which was very noticeable as well. This rug is nothing like the description or the photo. I would never buy from them again.

Stain in rug

Purchased a rug and once unpacked, my daughter pointed out the yellow stain in the gray rug. Such poor quality for the price. Really disappointed. Never again. Scam!

Misrepresented and no refund

Ordered an outdoor rug that was to be IVORY and teal. Not bright white. Talking to their lack of customer service is beyond frustrating. Spent 80 to return rug and still zero refund. Do not buy from rugs.ca which is an American website. Don't be fooled like i was to think this company is Canadian.

Bad quality rug and the return cost more that the rug.

I bought a $90 rug which looked like it had body to it in the picture. What I got was a cheap piece of printed cloth stuck to a rubber back like a doormat. They want me to pay them $99 in shipping to return it to get my $90 back. Horrible experience

BAD SERVICE, BAD COMPANY

PLS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . They have by far the worst customer service ever. They have untrained customer service representatives who are very ignorant, rude and unprofessional. I was also misled by the url, thought it was Canadian based company. They are based in the US and do not pay for returns. If you have a reason to return, you pay a lot. I made a purchase and decided to return. They made me an offer to keep the rug but i declined and went ahead with the return. They offered me their return label which cost about $107 which was $27 more than the UPS option which i used for the return (UPS cost me $80). I sent them the return info after it was sent and last week Tuesday when i received delivery confirmation from ups, i notified the company that the returned item was delivered to their address. I have spoken to 3 different reps since that day and up till this minute, they still have not acknowledged receipt of my returned item. They all say the same thing, they said they would have info for me if I used their carrier but since I decided to use another carrier, I'll have to wait for the warehouse to notify them of the receipt of my returned item. Its one full week since the item was delivered and still, they don't have info me. I have no idea how long it will take for me to get my refund. In addition to the delays, the attitude of the customer care reps is the worse I have experienced with a business. Dont buy from this company, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Double charge

Hello there, I have made an order online and paid $571 by PayPal on Dec 1st. Then during an hour I found cheaper rugs and sent an email to cancel my order also I made a phone call to be sure that my order was canceled and there is no charge to my account. Now, I ended with double charges to my account and No replies from the info@***.ca, full ignore. It is so frustrated... no one is willing to fix a problem.... When I talk to Justin, he said that in their system is only one charge as CHARGE FAILED... but on my credit card there are two charges for $571. Please Help to resolve this issue.
